Overall, very satisfied with job, which was removal of a full shower room and installation of a new one, including shower, toilet, wash hand basin, flooring, ceiling, lighting, tiling and new wall mounted radiator. It was a very efficient execution of the project, lasted a week. All tradesmen involved were great, helpful and very competent. In terms of price they are definitely not the cheapest but on balance they do co-ordinate all the trades and keep everything on track.

I was delighted with the work undertaken by Woods on my bathroom. From the outset, the process of arranging the fitting was easy and my options were explained to me at each stage. Being able to select my tiles and flooring from other local companies gave me a wider choice than I may have received at a showroom. It also meant that the money I paid was going to my bathroom, and fitters, not on a glossy marketplace for other customers. The main plumber came when arranged and got straight to work. I was consulted at every stage so that everything was exactly as I wanted it. Throughout the process of fitting the plumbers, electricians and tilers were all very professional and courteous. They were able to answer any questions I had. Protective sheeting was put down to keep the dust off carpets and furniture, and the fitters cleaned up after themselves each day ensuring any tools were not in my road and the toilet and heating system was working. As a plumbing firm, they could deal with any problems which arose. The fitters consistently worked hard to made sure everything was just right, and there was no feeling of them rushing ahead to get this job finished and push on to the next job. I had no concerns about leaving the fitters working in the house unattended as the standard of work was exceptional and they treated my house with the same respect as they would treat their own. I would have no hesitation in using Woods again, or recommending them to others.

On returning from a holiday at my brother's home in England my mum discovered her heating was not working. We tried several things but nothing worked so we phoned G.Woods of Paisley. They said that a heating engineer would be out that day. They also phoned me around lunch time to let me know that the engineer would be a bit longer than expected due to the previous job taking longer. I appreciated being kept in the loop. The worker arrived shortly after this call. We had already met the worker as he had installed the boiler. He looked into what was wrong and explained that he would reset it as the fault was probably due to the heater being switched off when my mum was away. He was very careful to make sure that all the radiators were working properly before leaving. I have found all the workers to be very thorough and also friendly.
