Superb service from start to finish. First Gary advised me of some simple checks that might have solved the problem - hence potentially saving me money. And then when those didn't fix the problem, scheduling a quick appointment. Gary arrived on time, explained the diagnostic process and the resulting diagnosis. Gary then replaced the faulty controller, and explained to me how to use the new controls. He left with my thanks, and I have a nicely working garage door.

I cannot thank the young man enough for his help today. He guided me through the reprogramming of my automatic garage door via mobile, so saving me a lot of money for an on-site visit.
