I expected to have to have a new door. I phoned late on Tuesday afternoon, they arrived when they said and all was fixed and working better than it ever has by midday Thursday! Not only that but great value and a fraction of the cost of a new door.

I needed a reliable technician to fix the garage door at my parents house - they are 94. I live a long way away from March so had to rely on searching the internet. I rang to the landline number last Wednesday afternoon and spoke to a lovely lady called Joanne. She told me someone would call me that afternoon. Terry texted me within 15 minutes and offered an appointment the afternoon of the next day. Although I was messaging Terry his colleague Richard arrived to do the job. He was kind, polite and equally as importantly very efficient. He assessed the door and decided it just needed new rollers and an adjustment to the spring. From the time he arrived to the time it was fixed was not even an hour. Brilliant customer service... No hard sell to replace the door despite it being pretty old! This is the kind of trusted trader I want to deal with for everything! Thank you Richard and thank you Terry ...aka Garage Door Wizards - you most certainly are wizard for me!

Contact garage door wizards as we had no key to open the main garage door after purchasing a new house, they were out the following day changing the lock on the door.

As everyone else has said a very good service and would recommend without hesitation. They know what they are talking about, don’t try and sell anything not needed. They gave us a cheaper option just to replace the door if we wanted and to keep the current motor. They arrived on time done within the 3 hours expected, cleaned up and explained the functions. If only all companies were as competent and as professional.

I have no hesitation in recommending Garage Door Wizards of Huntington if the electric motor on your roller garage door shows any signs of loss of power. When I reported this problem Richard Chandler quickly attended and surveyed the situation, recommending a replacement motor comparable to the 13 years old SOMFY motor which was not surprisingly worn out. Within a week of my first enquiry the replacement motor was satisfactorily fitted. I look forward to a few more years of trouble free operation before I need to call Garage Door Wizards again. Our experience mirrored that of the people below. Terry clearly knows his stuff and offered a competitive quote. At no point did we feel he was trying to lead us towards a more expensive solution. On the day, he and Richard arrived on time and completed the job in exactly the two and a half hours they said it would take - clearing up properly at the end. We'd recommend them unhesitatingly.

Initial enquiry about a double garage door electric operator to its installation was complete within the week. Very efficient service, good communication and very reasonable price.
