Garage Doors London Ltd supplied and installed a new Henderson up and over garage door just after we moved into our house in 1983 since when our children have grown up and produced grandchildren and the door has been opened and shut approx half a million times without any problem. Last Saturday it jammed and would not shut. Being unwilling to leave it open all night. I removed it completely and leant it against the opening to retain a measure of security. In doing so I mangled the runners and severed some cables. I contacted Garage Doors London Ltd on Monday expecting to be told we needed a new door. Having studied photos I sent him Keith said he thought he could repair and rehang the door. Today, Wednesday, his colleague Mark came and carried out the repair at a reasonable price leaving the garage clean and tidy. The door now functions like new. Both Keith and Mark are friendly, efficient and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

From initial enquiry & advice to install completion cannot be faulted - professional throughout. Fitting engineer arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and finished his work efficiently to a very high standard. Our experience with this company has been positive since we made first contact with them. At our initial discussions we were offered several options for our gates on the drive. One which we pursued was expensive, so an alternate was offered. Our requirements were listened to and accepted, the gate was ordered and installed at the agreed time. The team that installed it were prompt, polite, efficient and very professional, leaving the site spotless when they departed. All employees performed professionally and we have a great looking gate at a good price and delivered to our satisfaction.

I have requested a quote for an electric garage door, Graham and his team were really quick and flexible to arrange a survey and even recommended a different model that I originally thought of. This model suited my needs a lot better and was even cheaper than my original idea. As my renovation project encountered delays, so did the installation date. Graham was kind to keep the door in storage and was ready to have it installed within 4 days of notification. The installation was quick and clean, they have even swept up, and removed all rubbish and debris. The result looks and works great.

Delivery time was a week faster than quoted, the installation was carried out on the day and time booked. All rubbish was removed including the old door. The team were excellent to deal with. Had a new garage door installed. The survey was thorough and professional. The installation itself was a bit earlier than expected considering I ordered a bespoke colour, but that was a bonus as far as I was concerned. The installation was carried out in a timely, expert fashion and the garage was left clean and good to go. To be honest, I can't fault this business, and that's saying something as I have gotten to be quite picky as I've gotten older! All members of the team were helpful, courteous and professional at all times. And communication was good throughout. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The visit to measure up and provide a quote was smooth and efficient, and following that w visited their showroom in Harpenden to reassure ourselves that the finished product was of the right quality. Keith gave us a reassuring assessment of the door, and on that basis we decided to go ahead. The fitting was earlier than expected, and the work was finished to a very high standard. I was especially impressed that the fitters told me that the job needed a small but important finishing touch, which was completed a few days later. We had a new garage door fitted and also a new side door into which the team transferred our existing cat flap. The team arrived in good time in the morning and I was impressed with their workmanship as well as the quality of the products. No issues or problems arose and the team were diligent and polite throughout. Excellent experience from start to finish. The process of someone coming out to measure up and then place the order was straight-forward. We then only had to wait a few weeks for the doors to be available for fitting. On the day of fitting everything went very well, the guys on site were friendly, quick and tidy. They arrived first thing, installed 4 garage doors and were gone by mid afternoon. Overall a very positive experience and the new doors look great!
