Gareth Williams Heating was formed in 2007 and now has a strong customer base throughout Newport and South Wales. We specialise in Boiler Installations and as Accredited and Approved Installers, we can offer up to 18 years parts and labour warranties on New Boiler Installations.

Just had my 6th annual service with this company who replaced my boiler in 2019. Their post installation service is as good as their installation service and I'm very happy I chose them back in 2019. They are extremely efficient (with yearly service reminders, quickly arranged appointments and invoice copies and reports), prompt, reasonably priced, helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I've been lucky enough to have my original installer (Daniel) do all my annual services and he's a lovely chap - efficient, tidy, knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions and offer advice. I highly recommend this company.

Gareth Williams' firm replaced my 20-year-old Valiant boiler with a new one. Two men and all done in a day. They worked hard, they were polite, and they cleaned up. I picked up the number from trusted traders, and I can say that they are a good firm, and I am really happy with their work.

Daniel & Lorenzo fitted a New Boiler at the Property. Very Knowledgeable, Polite and Just got on with the Job. Cleaned up after themselves. Daniel came back the next day and completed the Installation. Tested all the radiators and Hot Water System. Took the time to explain how it all works. Gareth was very prompt with the original quotation and follow up paperwork. From quotation to fitted Boiler was 3 days. Great Job all Concerned. Advised of annual Service prompt for 2026. Thank You

Dan serviced our gas boiler and gas fire. He is thorough in his procedure and does a very good job. He also left the areas he worked in clean and tidy. He installed our boiler in 2016 and has serviced it and our gas fire every year since. We know that we can rely on him doing a good job and have no hesitation in recommending him to other people who require this type of work to be done.

Excellent service from Gareth Williams Heating Limited. The Engineer Dan was extremely informative fixing a problem we have had for the past ten years. Replaced a radiator and rebooted our heating system which now works more efficiently. Thank you as heating costs are high it is important to have an efficient heating system across the whole of the house which is important due to my wife who has medical and disability issues.

Prompt visit after my initial call to them. The engineer was very polite and courteous and explained fully the problem. Due to the age of the boiler, it is costly to repair. We've decided to have a new boiler installed and the great news is it can be installed in 2 days time. Can't fault that for service. I would highly recommend this company.

This company has serviced our boiler and found a problem with the flue, which was not fitted by them. Daniel was excellent, explained clearly and simply so we asked them to do the necessary work. I was updated with availability times and Daniel retuned a week later with their roofer Tim, exactly when they said they would, both were very professional, worked quickly and explained what had gone on. Very neat and tidy, I recommend Gareth Williams Heating to anyone.

I'm particularly impressed by the professional, methodical & thorough approach adopted, pointing out keys areas within the boiler that need to assessed ,to ensure the heating system operation & performance is optimised. We have used this company for a number of years and find them very efficient and knowledgeable. A reminder is sent out for the annual service and the engineer arrives as arranged. The service or work is always completed well and the engineer is courteous and helpful. Payment is easy via bank transfer and an option is now being given for a direct debit system to spread the cost for future services.

Gareth Williams Heating Ltd fitted our new boiler when we moved to Wales last year. They gave us expert professional advice and a clear quote. They completed the work before we moved to our new house from London, so we trusted them with the keys. They gave us regular updates of the works they were doing by phone, SMS and photos. They worked to very high standards and met the agreed deadline. They serviced our boiler this week and we also needed advice about a radiator. Again, excellent service. We would highly recommend them.
