I have been using this company for a number of years to carry out boiler servicing inspection and certification. The service is always professional, with prompt reporting and invoicing. Any rectification work identified is carried out promptly and to the quoted price. The work area is always left in a clean condition and all staff are courteous, knowledgeable and approachable.

3 years ago Gareth’s company installed a new boiler and the work was carried out quickly and cleanly. His men return every year to service it and without exception they have been on time, ready to get on with the work, happy to answer any questions and very polite and helpful. We had a Boiler failure and a friend recommended GWH. We were quoted a reasonable price and given a time to expect the repair to be carried out. The operatives arrived on time, were very polite and completed the repair quickly, efficiently and on budget. Would not hesitate to use the company again or to recommend them to friends.

I don't think I could be any happier. I moved into a house with an old boiler in a bad location and with pipework all over the place. I aimed to move the boiler ASAP and Gareth managed to sort it all out within a week! I received my quote the day after I first called, took a couple of days to plan my finances and the next week my boiler replacement and move has happened! This is genuinely the fastest service I have ever received when it comes to big jobs like that. Two gentlemen that were working in my house (Lorenzo and Jamie) were polite, friendly and kept me up to date. I am absolutely amazed how the two were able to work around not the best conditions given that I only just moved in so half of this house is a building site. They answered all the questions I had, provided me with updates whenever needed and even arranged for a roofer to come in with a longer ladder - all so smooth that not even once I felt anxious about this. I am not one to leave long positive reviews but there is no chance I could ignore this one - you pay for first class service, pleasant contact and a clear explanation of all the works. Today is the first day with my new boiler and I can already feel the difference. Thank you very much guys!

Following the installation of the new boiler last year by Gareth Williams Heating Ltd, have now had first service and was very pleased with the friendly professional service given.

On the 6th of Jan 2021 i had a smart meter fitted which works very well but on testing the gas piping the fitter found a small leak on my gas fire. After fitting my new smart meter he informed me he had no choice but to switch my supply off. I then promptly rang Gareth Williams Heating who said he would come later in the day as i had no heating or hot water. Later that afternoon his engineer called, rectified the leak and uncapped the meter and re-connected the supply. This company is very good and reliable, an excellent service provider, you will not find a better company than Gareth Williams Heating.

Our heating system required a thorough inspection and further to work to maintain reliability and functionality, this was achieved during the service provision. Works were carried out to a very high standard by a very competent engineer. Highly recommended.

Look no further if you want a good service and installation , no mess to clear up after their work and the engineers Dan and Jammie were polite and courteous... good company. p.s. fitted new baxi 830 combi boiler and recovered old tanks and pipework.

Gareth has done work for us on a couple of occasions now, the last one being cleaning out our radiators. He explained the job that had to be done and gave us valuable future advice, We found he was/is very good at what he does, will definitely use again. Highly recommend

I was looking to replace my combination boiler which was 20+ years old with something more efficient. I approached Gareth Williams Heating Limited in Newport as they were local to me and from reading reviews customers were extremely happy with them. Gareth arranged a house visit promptly and on the same day provided a quote, which I was happy with. A Valiant boiler was fitted within the week! and was carried out by Dan, assisted by Josh. The work was completed in a day with no mess left. The experience was a good one and would have no hesitation in recommending Gareth Williams Heating.

The engineer admitted he broke the control panel clip on boiler and now the control panel is loose/not secure. When I requested it be replaced, Gareth Williams wanted to charge me between £40-£50 and wouldn't replace it for free. I also asked them to ensure they replaced all the loft insulation to original place if moved, which they didn't and then I had to go in loft and put loft insulation into original place.

Moved into a house with a disconnected thermostat and then my timer gave up. Had no heating at night until Gareth installed new wireless thermostat. He arrived on time, was quick and left no mess. Was done in time for school run and now the house is warm!! Thanks Gareth.

Had old boiler & radiator removed for plastering & radiator & new boiler installed along with update of pipework around gas meter. Very neat job & very polite, helpful, hardworking & friendly installers. Wanted a neat & unobtrusive installation as boiler visible in small kitchen and installer took time & care to check & meet my location requirements & install boiler & pipework very neatly. Filling in of old flue & condensation pipe holes very neat.
