Gareth Williams Heating was formed in 2007 and now has a strong customer base throughout Newport and South Wales. We specialise in Boiler Installations and as Accredited and Approved Installers, we can offer up to 18 years parts and labour warranties on New Boiler Installations.

I called Gareth to arrange for the annual service of my gas fire and boiler, and I have done for several previous years. An engineer and his apprentice arrive at exactly the agreed time. The work was carried out efficiently, effectively and in a friendly manner. The price charged was reasonable. On a previous occasion Gareth repaired the push-starter button of my gas-fire which a previous engineer assured me could not be done. I thoroughly recommend Gareth Williams Heating Ltd.

Last March (2018) I had an ATAG boiler put in and after one year I can honestly say I am very pleased with it. Last week I had the first service done and again was pleased with the young man who did it. He was very efficient and able to answer any questions I asked. I am sorry I can’t recall his name.

This is the second boiler Gareth and his team (Dan and Josh) has done for me now due to house move, as well as other jobs and annual services. Again same as the first time - outstanding. Clean, tidy, polite, friendly, and do an immaculate, professional job. Without hot water and heating for only one night. Cold water turned on after the first days work so no disruption at all really. I even had a comment from a different tradesman at how neat the piping was and very professional the job was. Gareth is my first choice for any advice and heating and gas jobs, why would I go with anyone else.”

Priced up 2 quotes as I wasn't sure what I wanted at the time. Agreed on 1 quote and work completed to a high standard. Did a great job and showed me all work completed and instructions for the thermostat before asking for sign off. Super clean at all times, used dust sheets and cleaned up afterwards. They were too polite to help themselves to biscuits and drinks left for them. No hesitation in recommending.

The engineers were very thorough and efficient in carrying out the work, giving us the confidence that they were doing a good job. They also cleared away any debris on completion of the work. They have always been excellent from the time they fitted the new boiler 2 years ago and can highly recommend them.

From our first communication with Gareth right until the end of the job, everything was on time to the minute. Gareth's communication was exemplary; he gave an update every evening via text to let us know the progress of the job (we stayed away whilst it was being done), so we always felt like we knew exactly what was going on. He always turned up at exactly the time he said he would, and the lengths he and his guys went to, to ensure tidiness and efficiency was unprecedented. Gareth, Dan and Josh worked fantastically together, and were utterly trustworthy.
