Excellent and prompt service, identified the problem, ordered the part required which was delivered the same day and the fitter returned later in the day to fit it.

Dan serviced our gas boiler and gas fire. He is thorough in his procedure and does a very good job. He also left the areas he worked in clean and tidy. He installed our boiler in 2016 and has serviced it and our gas fire every year since. We know that we can rely on him doing a good job and have no hesitation in recommending him to other people who require this type of work to be done.

Excellent service from Gareth Williams Heating Limited. The Engineer Dan was extremely informative fixing a problem we have had for the past ten years. Replaced a radiator and rebooted our heating system which now works more efficiently. The service or work is always completed well and the engineer is courteous and helpful. Payment is easy via bank transfer and an option is now being given for a direct debit system to spread the cost for future services.

Had to organise a new gas boiler and room heater for my mother, who lives 450 miles away from me, so finding a trustworthy and competent heating installer was paramount to me. We were looking to replace an ageing back boiler with a modern combi boiler. Gareth visited us and came back with his quotes within a couple of hours. The work was carried out the following week. Our old back boiler, gas fire, airing cupboard tank and loft cistern were all removed quickly and the new boiler and associated pipework installed with the minimum of fuss. This work took 2 full days. The morning of the third day was taken up by a power flush of the system. So job completed within 2 and a half days. I can't speak highly enough of the 2 lads who did the work - Dan and Lorenzo. They were professional, competent, friendly and kept us informed throughout about the work they were doing. After they had finished they explained how the system worked and how to use the controls. They filled in all the associated paperwork and sorted out the payment details. I don't think I could be any happier. I moved into a house with an old boiler in a bad location and with pipework all over the place. I aimed to move the boiler ASAP and Gareth managed to sort it all out within a week! I received my quote the day after I first called, took a couple of days to plan my finances and the next week my boiler replacement and move has happened! This is genuinely the fastest service I have ever received when it comes to big jobs like that. Two gentlemen that were working in my house (Lorenzo and Jamie) were polite, friendly and kept me up to date. I am absolutely amazed how the two were able to work around not the best conditions given that I only just moved in so half of this house is a building site. They answered all the questions I had, provided me with updates whenever needed and even arranged for a roofer to come in with a longer ladder - all so smooth that not even once I felt anxious about this. Following the installation of the new boiler last year by Gareth Williams Heating Ltd, have now had first service and was very pleased with the friendly professional service given.

On the 6th of Jan 2021 i had a smart meter fitted which works very well but on testing the gas piping the fitter found a small leak on my gas fire. After fitting my new smart meter he informed me he had no choice but to switch my supply off. I then promptly rang Gareth Williams Heating who said he would come later in the day as i had no heating or hot water. Later that afternoon his engineer called, rectified the leak and uncapped the meter and re-connected the supply. This company is very good and reliable, an excellent service provider, you will not find a better company than Gareth Williams Heating.

Our heating system required a thorough inspection and further to work to maintain reliability and functionality, this was achieved during the service provision. Works were carried out to a very high standard by a very competent engineer. Highly recommended.

I was looking to replace my combination boiler which was 20+ years old with something more efficient. I approached Gareth Williams Heating Limited in Newport as they were local to me and from reading reviews customers were extremely happy with them. Gareth arranged a house visit promptly and on the same day provided a quote, which I was happy with. A Valiant boiler was fitted within the week! and was carried out by Dan, assisted by Josh. The work was completed in a day with no mess left. The experience was a good one and would have no hesitation in recommending Gareth Williams Heating.

The engineer admitted he broke the control panel clip on boiler and now the control panel is loose/not secure. When I requested it be replaced, Gareth Williams wanted to charge me between £40-£50 and wouldn't replace it for free. I also asked them to ensure they replaced all the loft insulation to original place if moved, which they didn't and then I had to go in loft and put loft insulation into original place.

Moved into a house with a disconnected thermostat and then my timer gave up. Had no heating at night until Gareth installed new wireless thermostat. He arrived on time, was quick and left no mess. Was done in time for school run and now the house is warm!! Thanks Gareth.

Really great service and work. They came to supply and fit a new radiator and bathroom tap, fitted the radiator without any issues and made a lovely job, really tidy and no mess. Found that they didn't have the correct tool to fit the tap I supplied, asked if they could go and finish a couple of other jobs scheduled for the day and pick up the tool needed and return to finish the job. returned ad they had said and finally finished the job at 6.00pm, really happy with the outcome and the level of service provided.

Gareth was very punctual, polite and professional. He installed a brand new smart thermostat (Vaillant vSmart), which is a brand new product. He was able to install it without issue and perform a boiler service at the same time.
