Great service. My mother’s house needed a new aerial as the existing one had virtually failed. Garry arrived within the agreed timeframe and replaced the aerial on the chimney and the cable. Garry is very friendly and is also very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing along the way. He stuck to the quote, which was very reasonable, and all the work was professionally and expediently carried out. Would highly recommend.

I asked Garry to advise on the most appropriate changes needed to improve TV viewing at my parents' house. After considering the costs and options he put forward, I asked Garry to install a Low Noise Block on the existing satelite dish and three new Freesat boxes, as well as new cabling between the dish and several rooms. The work was undertaken to a very professional standard and I would have no hesitation at all recommending Garry to others. I plan to use Garry to do further improvements at the same house in the coming months.

I explained to Gary the problem I have with my AV network. He asked pertinent questions and requested some documentation, which I sent. As promosed, he called me back withing 30 minutes and gave a comprehensive analysis of the issue with a recommended course of action. He would have come to do the work but advised differently. I am now very clear about the cause and the options for resolution. There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend him very highly.

Contacted Wrights Solutions because all TV signal lost. A very prompt appointment was made but by the time he called saying he was on his way, the signal had came back again. Provided friendly helpful advice despite no actual callout. Will be the first company to call next time I need assistance.

We were experiencing problems with our CCTV system which Garry had installed about 5 years ago, and he arrived punctually. He got the system up and running again very quickly once the problem had been identified. He explained what had happened and helped us so that we could sort things out in the future. Gary was an absolute pleasure to deal with. After a night of hell with our alarm system playing up. I turned to trusted traders to get someone out to stop our alarm from intermittently beeping and causing mayhem. He talked to me over the phone, gave me great advice and was litterally over to my house within the hour to help. I found Gary on Which trusted traders. Good communication from my initial enquiry to job completion. Gary is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, clean and tidy, took his boots off when entering the property, which is always appreciated. All the work was carried out in a methodical and professional manner. I received a follow up call the next day from Gary, asking if everything was working and to my satisfaction, which it was. I rang Garry regarding my Freeview signal, after seeing his company's reviews on Which Trusted Traders. After sending images of my aerial to him he came back to me very quickly with a lot of helpful advice, which stopped me from having unnecessary work done. Used Wrights Solutions to replace my Intruder Alarm and from the first contact to the completion of the installed system, Garry was impressive throughout! I have since had my Alarm System Serviced along with the same Care & Consideration he afforded me when he fitted it. I was treated with the utmost respect throughout (so was my property when he removed his shoes Before entering) and he was polite, caring and very patient when being asked to repeat instructions. Nothing was too much trouble in every aspect, plus he responds when called and honours appointment times with the same promptness. So, so pleased.......ticked all the boxes.
