Gary did an excellent job in installing and updating my CCTV installation. A competitive quote. Gary explained all the aspects of the system and responded quickly to any questions that I had. Gary arrived as arranged, quickly carrying out the enhancements to my system. Leaving everything clean and tidy after his work. He fully explaining aspects of the system. His customer service is excellent returning to make some minor adjustments that I requested as an after thought. I sought a number of quotes before finally selecting Gary. I chose Gary because, a) I liked the system he was installing, b) he answered every question I had and wanted to check that I fully understood everything before proceeding, c) prior to installation and again on the day, he discussed the location and rationale for the location for sensors, boxes, control panel to ensure he put things in the agreed location, d) his service is competitively priced. During the installation he was constantly hoovering the area around which he worked to ensure there was no dust and he left everything clean. After the installation he explained fully the use of the system and helped us download the app to everyone in the household.

Garry was recommended on a social media website for TV aerial installations, and so i got in touch to arrange for him to place a tv aerial at our home. As it goes it wasn't a straight forward case, given the position of our extension and old slate roof tiles amongst other things. However Garry found a solution, and quoted us accordingly. The price he quoted was fair, and Garry was prompt at responding to any messages, or calling myself or my husband back to discuss the options. The evening before the day he was due to start, he called to confirm we were still on, and what time he would be here as previously arranged. He arrived on time, and showed his ID badge at the door without me having to ask to see it. Garry carried out the job quickly, and efficiently (even taking his shoes off indoors again without me asking him to do so!) and once he had finished the job he cleared up any dust he had made with his hoover. When the work was complete, Garry checked I was happy with everything before he left. I would definitely recommend Wrights Solutions, and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

I have used Garry Wright three times so far and have always been pleased with his attitude and his work. Yesterday's booking was just to tidy up some cabling at the front of the house after having had double glazing installed. As usual Garry phoned when he was on his way, arrived on time, shook hands and got straight on with the work. He is very polite, conscientious and knowledgeable. Gary was great. Had an issue with my satellite system. Appointment was booked at very short notice and Gary turned up when he said he would and solved the issue very quickly. he is always a pleasure to deal with and does not leave until you are completely happy with the work. Garry removed cables that were passing through my window frame and transferred them to a hole he drilled in the brickwork.

First class work carried out by Garry quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Checked a couple of other things in addition to the main job which was much appreciated. A true professional.

Very small repair job - no problem in arranging and arrived early after telephone call to check. Very reasonable charge. Very helpful and did a couple of other small jobs he noticed at no extra charge "as I`m here anyway". Pointed out a chimney defect which will need a builder`s attention for which I am grateful. Will use again without hesitation.
