Two contacts with this trader answered his phone promptly both times came very early one morning at my request. Very smart both person and vehicle. Took sometime to fix a difficult fault on my TV. Reasonable charge - very courteous dealt with a second problem over the phone talked me through correction.

We are very happy with the installation. Excellent communications, both a text and a call to let us know when he would be arriving. Very pleasant installer listened to the requirements and made useful suggestions about how it could be best achieved, even took his shoes off to walk through the house! Very neat installation with the wires hidden where possible and properly tested before leaving. Highly recommended.

Mr Wright was mentioned to me firstly by the Check trade Directory HQ when my TV signal failed. A friend tried to restore it for me but was unsuccessful, after a very long time trying (Our local area was subject to re-tuning). Mr Wright came well within the timeframe he gave me, the early evening, and did the job in a few minutes for very reasonable charge. I found his manner friendly but also respectful and polite and he was also very well dressed.
