Garry diagnosed & resolved an existing 5g interference issue & ran a digital tv feed from to back to the front of my property. Informed me of my options and found the best & most cost effective way of completing the work. He was friendly, polite & honest. Excellent service. I asked Garry to advise on the most appropriate changes needed to improve TV viewing at my parents' house. After considering the costs and options he put forward, I asked Garry to install a Low Noise Block on the existing satelite dish and three new Freesat boxes, as well as new cabling between the dish and several rooms. The work was undertaken to a very professional standard and I would have no hesitation at all recommending Garry to others. I plan to use Garry to do further improvements at the same house in the coming months.

I explained to Gary the problem I have with my AV network. He asked pertinent questions and requested some documentation, which I sent. As promosed, he called me back withing 30 minutes and gave a comprehensive analysis of the issue with a recommended course of action. He would have come to do the work but advised differently. I am now very clear about the cause and the options for resolution. There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend him very highly.

Garry fitted a new CCTV package at our home. He was very efficient and professional explaining the set up clearly and checking that we were satisfied with everything. He answered all our questions, he was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Wrights Solutions have done various bits of work for me over the years on the burglar alarm and TV aerial that came with the house I bought which was in need of complete renovation. We were experiencing problems with our CCTV system which Garry had installed about 5 years ago, and he arrived punctually. He got the system up and running again very quickly once the problem had been identified. He explained what had happened and helped us so that we could sort things out in the future. Gary is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, clean and tidy, took his boots off when entering the property, which is always appreciated. Used Wrights Solutions to replace my Intruder Alarm and from the first contact to the completion of the installed system, Garry was impressive throughout! I have since had my Alarm System Serviced along with the same Care & Consideration he afforded me when he fitted it. I was treated with the utmost respect throughout (so was my property when he removed his shoes Before entering) and he was polite, caring and very patient when being asked to repeat instructions. I sought a number of quotes before finally selecting Gary. I chose Gary because, a) I liked the system he was installing, b) he answered every question I had and wanted to check that I fully understood everything before proceeding, c) prior to installation and again on the day, he discussed the location and rationale for the location for sensors, boxes, control panel to ensure he put things in the agreed location, d) his service is competitively priced. During the installation he was constantly hoovering the area around which he worked to ensure there was no dust and he left everything clean. After the installation he explained fully the use of the system and helped us download the app to everyone in the household.

Garry was recommended on a social media website for TV aerial installations, and so i got in touch to arrange for him to place a tv aerial at our home. As it goes it wasn't a straight forward case, given the position of our extension and old slate roof tiles amongst other things. However Garry found a solution, and quoted us accordingly. The price he quoted was fair, and Garry was prompt at responding to any messages, or calling myself or my husband back to discuss the options. The evening before the day he was due to start, he called to confirm we were still on, and what time he would be here as previously arranged. He arrived on time, and showed his ID badge at the door without me having to ask to see it. Garry carried out the job quickly, and efficiently (even taking his shoes off indoors again without me asking him to do so!) and once he had finished the job he cleared up any dust he had made with his hoover. I have used Garry Wright three times so far and have always been pleased with his attitude and his work. Yesterday's booking was just to tidy up some cabling at the front of the house after having had double glazing installed. As usual Garry phoned when he was on his way, arrived on time, shook hands and got straight on with the work. He is very polite, conscientious and knowledgeable. Gary was great. Had an issue with my satellite system. Appointment was booked at very short notice and Gary turned up when he said he would and solved the issue very quickly. he is always a pleasure to deal with and does not leave until you are completely happy with the work. We are very happy with the installation. Excellent communications, both a text and a call to let us know when he would be arriving. Very pleasant installer listened to the requirements and made useful suggestions about how it could be best achieved, even took his shoes off to walk through the house! Very neat installation with the wires hidden where possible and properly tested before leaving. Highly recommended.
