The two engineers from Gas & Air Tech carried out the removal of an old boiler and installation of a new one with skill and dedication. They were very courteous and respected the property. The resultant installation was a tribute to their engineering prowess.

Seemingly competent & professional while installing my Bosch boiler ….. upon completion, payment is demanded immediately on-site; after which you realise the ‘honesty’ element of their homepage exclamations does not apply. Boiler has continually lost pressure, and continues to do so, since installation. Needed an emergency CADENT engineer to make safe a leak caused by G & A’s welding ….. company have avoided an obligation to service/repair my boiler on the assumption that am some kind of serial- accuser … but myself and the engineer in question know the real reason for their refusal to visit & maintain my boiler. Don’t trust them !

Gino and his colleagues at Gas & Air Tech Ltd - Norwich, were absolutely fantastic. The Worcester Bosch boiler they recommended is brilliant and so quiet, and the fitting engineer was incredibly efficient. A faultless service - can't recommend them enough, exceptional value for money. We will be using them now to service our boiler as we're so impressed.

Well what a fantastic experience from start to finish. The office staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The visiting engineer was very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed and advised us on our best course of action. The quote arrived very quickly and we were happy to be informed there would be no hidden costs. The installing engineers were brilliant, a very high standard of work and very tidy with it. They were respectful of our new carpets which was a relief! Would absolutely use again and highly recommend to others.

Gas and Air Technology installed a Worcester Bosch 18Ri for me just recently. I had previous got a quote from British Gas but decided to go with this company because of the good, local customer service. It all went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the new boiler - I can see from my smart metre that it's already saving me money. It took a day to do and all mess was removed. There was a delay in getting this particular boiler but I was kept informed and offered a similar alternative if needed but my old boiler kept going thankfully. Thanks to Gino, Sandra, John and Jack.

This Company have continually let me down! Since they serviced my boiler it has never worked on the heating side! I have also had a new Expansion Vessel fitted still doesn't work same fault in fact when they did the service originally! They have said they can't come out to me till the new year terrible attitude and iv just got over a serious illness.

We had a huge project which some installers just didn't want to commit to. A really old oil boiler which was in the wrong place, hot and cold water tanks to remove, and a very small number of ancient, cranky old radiators covering some of our rooms. Thanks to Gas and Air Tech we now have a lovely, energy-efficient boiler and a modern heating system with radiators in all rooms. It was a job that went on for a week, but Gas and Air Tech thought through each step logically and worked in a methodical manner, minimised disruption to the house whilst working with old pipes and laying down new ones. John and his team couldn't have been more helpful and they explained everything along the way. They cleaned up after themselves as they went along and removed all rubbish. They really went the extra mile to get the job done, especially on the last day, calling in extra help and working late. All we had to do was keep the coffee flowing and sit back! Thank you Gas and Air Tech, it was a pleasure doing business.

This was the third time Gas and Air Tech have done work for me, and each time I've been very satisfied. Matthew, like all their engineers, was friendly and courteous and careful not to make a mess. He left his shoes at the front door. He was also very capable, and spent time after he'd fitted the radiators going round and checking for any problems, not leaving until he was satisfied and knew that I was too. The bill was exactly what I had been quoted. Overall very happy to recommend Gas and Air Tech.

We had our old combi boiler replaced by gas and air tech yesterday the work was done by Brian he was the most hard working guy he completed the work in one day and done a fantastic job I would highly recommend gas and air tech thanks so much for a lovely job done

From first contact with Gas & Air Tech, good communication with office staff, prompt survey visit by Nathan, good advice given. On day of installation, Craig and Jack introduced themselves, and prepared the working areas. working removing old boiler, flue and controls. Preparing to install new boiler in original position, ensuring that all pipework etc. was in the correct location for the new boiler. Craig and Jack were very professional in the way they carried out all the necessary work, keeping us informed throughout. Clean and tidy through the installation, removing and cleaning up after themselves. taking all rubbish away on completion. Will be recommending to friends in the future. On completion all necessary certificates have been emailed. Will be using them for all servicing in the future.

In June 2021 I decided to get quotes for a new replacement combi boiler. Having left 2 unanswered voicemails with my existing boiler engineer I went to other suppliers. On hearing I was going for a couple of quotes, one supplier refused to do an on-site survey and gave a price (within the range I had researched and expected) over the phone. Gas & Air Tech came promptly on the day and time agreed, surveyed and the following day sent a quote fully listing the work and the warranties. The price was extremely competitive. I placed the order, paid a small deposit and John came on the day arranged. I was encouraged by his thoughtfulness regarding my property, work rate, overcoming a couple of issues he hadn't expected and, at the end of the day, the boiler, new pipes, all conforming to the new regs was installed. Before John left, he totally cleaned the whole area and gave me a full demonstration. The following day I was emailed all the certificates and warranties required. You can probably tell this company has deeply impressed me. Without any doubt whatsoever I thoroughly recommend Gas & Air Tech. Ta

We had a new boiler and three new radiators and valves. They were very professional and friendly. Did a brilliant job. Highly recommend them.

The friendly and helpful office staff, promptly calling back with info about the next steps; the engineer visited within 24 hours; in fact, there was no problem, but I was given a full explanation about the signals on the boiler screen for my future reference; excellent service all round.

Survey and quote on 15/1/21. for replacement oil boiler. Job started on 22/1 and completed next morning. Very pleasant and professional staff. Excellent job and very reasonable quote. Would highly recommend this firm.

First class in all aspects from start to finish. John the engineer was very professional and clearly had pride in his work. Upgraded a number of aspects of the heating / hot water system which had not been quoted for but kept to the figure we had agreed. Customer service/satisfaction was evident throughout. From my initial dealing with Sandra and Nathan over the phone, to the actual install last week by Craig and the team, I can honestly say that the professionalism has been an eye opener. I have had a new combi boiler, and central heating system installed and they have kept my informed of progress, products, and installation issues and/or concerns - and always had a solution. Nothing has been too much trouble, even when other trades let me down which impacted the installation of some of the radiators, they had a solution and workaround. I can wholeheartedly recommend Gas and Air Tech and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A real credit to the company.

Despite the workload pressure at the busy time of year Gino made time for the heating system boiler installation at very short notice. Not only this but the team worked long hours and were there all the time finishing at 8pm on a couple of nights. The work was of the highest standard and they constantly checked to see if I was happy with all aspects of the work. They finished on time and cleared the site and left it spotless. The bill was exactly as estimated and they had been the most competitive quote. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them for maintenance work in the future.

We were given a good straightforward quotation by Gino, details parts and work involved. The Fitters were clean in their work, friendly and the job was done exactly as described. Found gas & air tech through local search in Norfolk. We required a full gas central heating installation in our new home, (bungalow) in Caister. Their customer care service kept in touch right upto the scheduled work start. They arrived when they promised and the team were very polite, tidy and very professional at all times. The team also stayed behind where necessary to complete the section of work, They kept existing heating on until the change over to gas. I recommend Gas & Air Technology highly.

Excellent and professional experience, I received from your team when my boiler broke down suddenly on September 12th! John came out at short notice within 2 hours of the call as the boiler had cracked so I needed a new boiler. He cleaned up and made safe and sent me to quote that very evening and arranged that the boiler could be fitted the following day Friday 13th! John was brilliant explained everything and gathered a wonderful hardworking team who worked solidly until nearly 10 pm. They all remained calm despite not having had supper and needing to deal with unexpected problems in the airing cupboard, that were sorted then and there. I cannot praise John and his team highly enough and would definitely recommend him and your company to anyone! As a result of their diligence and hard, conscientious work I was only without hot water for 24 hours! I found it miraculous how they took the old boiler out, flushed the rubbish out of the radiators ( which took ages ) and then installed the new boiler and new flue outlet with great attention to detail! I am sure that other workers would be tempted to cut corners but I saw that everyone in the team really wanted to do everything properly. I was especially impressed that at the end of the evening, John made time to go through everything with me and did not appear rushed! Complete professionalism! Highly recommend!

Gino and his team were the most hardworking efficient and professional team I have ever come across. The quality of their work was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. They did a brilliant job of installing an entire heating system and I cannot praise them enough.

Gino and Craig have just finished installing a new oil boiler for us and their work was fantastic. Their quote was competitive, and they were incredibly professional. We had to have our boiler location changed from a cupboard under the stairs to an external adjacent lean-to. As well as installing the boiler, they re-routed the pipework neatly to suit the new location and maximize the remaining space available. Any problems they found (and there were some - the existing system is 30 years old) were quickly solved and charged for at cost only after full discussion with us. No nasty surprises for us from them! They explained everything as they went along, and they didn’t leave each day until they had completed what was needed that day. Very neat and tidy and cleared up every evening. We have every confidence in recommending them.

Gas & Air Tech installed both underfloor heating and a boiler for me, after another company started the work and let me down. They also charged me a lot less than the original plumber quoted. Since then I've had Gas & Air Tech service another boiler and the Air Conditioning system and recommended them to a number of friends and family who've also been delighted with their service. It's so good, in this day and age, to have someone you can trust completely, who doesn't charge a fortune.
