Everything went according to plan ( installing an unvented water heater) with the staff, from office to tradesmen, all being quick to respond, flexible in their working and good at explaining what they were doing to me. Very good service.

Gas Appliance Showroom has serviced all our gas appliances for over twenty years. They have always been extremely dependable, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They serviced our central heating system yesterday, in a very efficient and professional manner as always. Fair to say that we have complete confidence in Adam, the engineer, and the company.

The people at GAS service our boiler every year as well as sometimes doing other gas related work. They are always very efficient, helpful and friendly and if necessary will "go the extra mile." Today Sam did the work and was as helpful and friendly as usual. I cannot recommend them enough.

As an existing customer I chose GAS to replace the current Worcester Bosch boiler with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler and radiator system. Grant visited to conduct a site survey and assess what would be required. Upon receipt of the comprehensive report and quote I placed the order. Work commenced on Monday 31st March and was completed on Monday 14th April, 1 day ahead of schedule. Stuart & Jez carried out the work. Their work is of a very high standard. They kept us informed of the progress and what would be done each day. They were very polite and considerate and did everything they could to reduce the inconvenience, moving furniture where necessary and lifting carpets etc. I have no hesitation in recommending GAS

Our central heating system failed to operate over the weekend. We telephoned Gas Appliance Showroom on Monday morning and explained the situation (we are both over ninety) and by 3.30 that afternoon an engineer had called and restored the heating. He was very efficient and understanding and we were very impressed with the service provided

We have used GAS for over 25 years now and would not go anywhere else for our boiler and fire servicing. The engineers are very reliable and punctual. We’re particularly happy with our Worcester Bosch boiler which had a 10-years guarantee and is still performing really well in its 12th year. Service with a smile!

The Gas Appliance Showroom replaced our boiler. They arrived on time and did a nice clean job. The staff were very courteous and followed the covid guidelines. They explained the workings of the boiler so that we could understand. Their after care is also excellent. Would use this company again.

Everyone from the receptionists in the Showroom to the people who carried out the work were helpful and polite. My old boiler had to be taken from upstairs and replaced with a new one. This was carried out in an efficient and considerate manner. Dust sheets were placed everywhere and they cleaned up nicely after them. Everything was done on time and to the agreed cost.

We decided to replace our boiler before winter and were delighted with the speed and service from GAS from start to finish. Grant undertook a thorough examination to assess what work would be needed and we received the detailed quote promptly. Stuart and Jez carried out the work. They were hardworking, neat, tidy, professional and kept us in the picture as they worked. They completed the job on time and left no mess for us to clear up. We would thoroughly recommend GAS.

Excellent service from start to finish. The survey and quotation inspired confidence and the installation team were excellent. The quality of the installation of a Worcester combi in the loft, and the removal of the old back boiler and gas fire in the living room was outstanding. Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout and the team were courteous and polite and a pleasure to have around.

The old boiler was positioned in the kitchen and had been installed with kitchen cabinets built around it. This was removed with the minimum disruption and replaced with a combination boiler positioned upstairs, with all redundant pipes and tank removed. This was all completed within the estimated time of three days, although an additional part had to be ordered to replace a gas regulator. The installation team arrived promptly laying dust sheets throughout the house and cleared away all redundant material. Overall an excellent job completed with five star service. I have no hesitation in recommending Gas Appliance Showroom for future work.

We were very impressed with the whole team when they fitted our new boiler especially Stu and Ben who were with us for the full four days. They were polite and prompt and kept us informed of what was going to happen every morning. When any problems occurred they dealt with them immediately and undertook extra work that wasn't anticipated or in the original quote. They left everything neat and tidy after they had gone and even replaced items that they had to move to undertake the work. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to any of our friends and neighbours in fact two of our neighbours have already booked boiler replacements with them!
