Gas Line

Gas-Line installed our first central heating system 23 years ago, and our experience then was that they were friendly, competent, knowledgeable and cared about the quality of their work. So when it was time to renew, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they were still in business after all these years. We were initially looking for a new boiler and new radiators, but decided to just replace the radiator valves and seals after being advised that the radiators themselves seemed to be in fairly good condition. In addition, our central heating pipework had been modified by other contractors to a sub-standard level and Gas-Line were happy to look at this during their initial visit and to quote for these smaller jobs to be completed at the same time as the other work. The work was carried out over two days at the times agreed. I wanted a completely stress free experience (as I would be working from home), with everything above board, and I felt that Gas-Line would provide that, and indeed they did. The review title and the other reviews on this site say it all really. In my view, there are numerous benefits in the long-term in choosing this company but too many to list here. Hopefully Gas-Line will continue to remain in business for the foreseeable future as I plan to use them for the annual service to take the stress out of that occasion too!

From getting a quote to installation the guys were fab, clean, tidy and explained the new boiler to us. Gave us options and recommendations. So happy with the work. Would recommend highly.

Existing System gas boiler removed from the kitchen, and a new gas Combi- boiler installed in the upstairs cupboard, with flue through the attic, and exiting the roof. All dealings with the Firm were very pleasant and efficient, from Fiona being the contact point, dealing with the administration. And Henry and Ian carrying out the installation of the new boiler. A not-straightforward job carried out very expertly, with due consideration of my property. Even installed an electric plug-point in my kitchen without asking, at no extra cost, which has made a big difference to the placement of appliances. My sister recently had a boiler installed by the same Firm, and I had no hesitation in using them to install my own boiler.

New gas combi boiler, flue, filter and condensate pipe fitted. All new gas pipework too. Professional, neat and tidy job at a fair price, done on schedule and to budget. Took time to explain settings and the warranty / annual service process. The office team also very efficient, helpful and accommodating. A local, family-run business that deserves your support. Highly recommended.
