Excellent job at short notice - installing new combo boiler in bedroom to replace obsolete old back boiler downstairs as no parts available. Highly recommend & the lads have been servicing old boiler for over 10 years

These guys have quite literally restored my faith in trades people! They responded to my messages extremely quickly, with clear and precise answers. They arranged the work promptly. Once instructed they did exactly what they said they would do. On arrival Josh was friendly and efficient, completed the task and left no mess. Safety certificate was issued within minutes of the job being completed. I will absolutely be using Gas Pro again.

Very professional service. Nathan was recommended to me by a friend. He was very prompt with a response to my initial request for a quote, which I was happy with. Nathan and his colleagues arrived on time and completed the work within one day (in very hot conditions). They made some great suggestions on the day which made things a lot easier for them and me. All the work was completed to a very high standard and they cleaned up everything before they left. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We were having issues with our 25 year old water cylinder, reduced flow and a small leak; having decided to replace it I had a personal recommendation for Nathan at Gas Pro. Nathan always answers his phone and promptly responds to messages, this is so reassuring when you are having problems. We discussed appropriate replacements for our needs and the accessible space, Nathan investigated and came back quickly with a suggestion and a fair quote, the work was booked in for a week later. Josh and Sean arrived promptly on the day, and completed the work cleanly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience, we are very happy with the service and will now use Gas Pro for ongoing maintenance.

Fantastic company my daughters boiler broke on the saturday and she has a small baby , we contacted Gas Pro on saturday evening and had response from Nathan the same evening and said would be over monday to look at it . Got boiler temporarily working and arranged to fit new boiler on the Thursday. Josh Replaced Boiler and found our Gas cooker hob had a slight leak and had to cap it off , we purchased new hob which Josh fitted ,how good was this. The work they carried out was exceptional , all neat and clean and tidy at good price. I used to have my own company and I know how much customer service is important and Gas Pro are at the top of that in this age of only being able to talk to computers or unable to talk to anyone. I also got them to service my boiler at my home which was also done so professionally I can not recommend this company enough , wel, done Nathan and Josh.

Nath and team replaced the boiler in my rental apartment very quickly. It was an emergency and was completed two days after initial phone call. Great advice on which boiler to go for and I was kept informed as the work progressed. Everything was left clean and tidy after the work. Would highly recommend.

I recently had to call out an engineer as issue with (error fault on boiler). The service was outstanding from start to finish. Wanted honest and professional company that knew their stuff . Communication was excellent - engineer arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and resolving the problem clearly explaining what needed to be done. The engineer also gave helpful advice on maintaining the boiler to avoid future issues. Overall, such a reliable and stress-free service. I couldn’t recommend them more , perfect. to anyone needing a boiler repair or emergency call-out.

Nathan, Adam and Shaun worked really hard and seamlessly! Our boiler had stopped working and they attended the property as quickly as possible. I got an honest recommendation of what my options were and chose to replace the whole system. They arrived early on the day they were installing the system - removed the old one, put the new one in and changed it from a gravity to a pressure system. Even fitted Hive and a carbon monoxide alarm for us, being attentive and knowing what I needed really helped ease the burden of the new system being installed. Cleaned and removed all waste, talked me through the system and showed me how to use the Hive system. I noted that all the work was very neatly done too, i.e. added pipe work. They even said that they match the outside pipe colour to what matches the house, and mentioned they'll be back with black pipes as the rest of my pipes are black. Details like this make me really appreciate this level of work. I would HIGHLY recommend The Gas Pro (actually already have) to anyone!
