After shopping around and getting a few quotes for a fairly big job of replacing our boiler, installing a new horizontal unvented tank in our loft, rearranging pipes, upgrading our radiator fittings, and a few other jobs it was clear that Nathan was the man for the job! He not only responded to our request quickly, but he was also very thorough in his investigation of what work needed to be done and how best to do it. Other plumbers we spoke to seemed a bit overwhelmed at the work that needed to be done but Nathan demonstrated his knowledge, experience and professionalism and provided us with a detailed quote at a fair price. Once on site we found Nathan and his team to be very friendly, thorough, professional and helpful. The work took a full week and we were very very happy with the end product. Dealing with the team was a pleasure and they left our place spotless after what was quite a big and messy job. I thoroughly recommend Nathan and his team we will most definitely be using them again. 10/10!!

Really pleased with Nathan at The Gas Pro. He was communicative, friendly and fair with pricing. Provided an efficient, tidy and courteous service - installed the boiler with no issues, tidied up previously messy pipework and even moved a couple of radiators for us free of charge so that we could decorate properly. Nathan came highly recommended by our electrician. He was friendly, timely and had great communication. We have a lot of work to undertake on our property and Nathan made the effort to prioritise the job. He and his colleague carried out the work efficiently, to a high standard, making sure we understood everything before they left the property. They turned up when they said they would, we paid exactly what was quoted, and we will definitely get him back in when it's time for a service.
