New boiler install

I needed to replace my 15 year old boiler that had packed in. Nathan and his colleague came within 5 working days of my original call. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily, using dust sheets to keep my house clean and taking rubbish with them ( I recycled the cardboard from the new boiler). The new boiler works great, it’s quieter and the central heating is noticeably warmer. A great job by Nathan, I would recommend this company.

Boiler Installation - Great Service

Nathan and Shaun did a fantastic job and I would thoroughly recommend them. The whole experience from initial discussions, getting the quote to having the boiler fitted was done in a quick and professional manner. The communication and advice from Nathan throughout the process was really helpful and he was happy to answer any of your questions or queries as well as provide recommendations. On the day of the installation the team turned up when they said they would and were done within 5 hours. They cleared the site of all rubbish and throughout the installation Nathan walked us through the system, the app and how it all worked, so we weren’t left confused. Great service.

My boiler broke on a Friday, Nathan was recommended by another gas engineer and soon got in touch to discuss options, budgets and availability. Nathan and Shaun arrived promptly on Monday morning and installed the new boiler quickly and efficiently, they were done by midday. They were great with good communication, tidy (including organising the collection of the old boiler) and ensured I knew how the new boiler operated. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I had a new boiler installed and Nathan was incredibly helpful from start to finish. When my old boiler broke I didn't have any hot water so he arranged for someone to fix my old boiler temporarily until he could come round to fit my new boiler. He made sure I understood the smart thermostat and how to use the app. Both he and Shaun were courteous, communicative and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

Nathan, Josh and Shaun all arrived on time and were quick to get on with the job. They completed in good time and with no damage to our ceiling. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else who might need a new boiler installed, as they worked together as the perfect team. Nathan has over 20 years experience and knew exactly what to do with what we were told was a difficult job.

Found Nathan and Sean on Which? and they lived up to their top rating, for installation of new Viessmann boiler. Arrived on time and immediately set to work. Quiet, polite and hard working. Finished by lunchtime and left it very very tidy. Clear explanation with all paperwork ready on completion. Arranged collection of old boiler within the hour. I highly recommend.

This was the second annual service of our central heating system which was fitted by GasPro. We had a prompt response to the request for service, and on the day Josh phoned to say he was on his way, with an estimated arrival time. The service itself was carried out speedily and efficiently. Happy to recommend this company.

Nathan came to quote for a new boiler to replace our old one which had broken down. He was able to fit a new boiler 2 days later and provided a very efficient service. We are very pleased with our new boiler which is working brilliantly. The process was smooth and everything was left clean and tidy.
