Hi my name is Nathan, and I run The Gas Pro Plumbing and Heating Company. We do all plumbing and central heating work but specialise in boilers. Our services include (repair, servicing & maintenance), central heating systems and everything boiling related.

Gas Pro (Nathan) came exactly when he said he would both to quote and carry out the job. The response to my request for both was without any delay. He completed the installation of a new boiler in a day with little disruption. He is obviously extremely efficient and a very hard worker. Brilliant service I felt.

A most thorough and efficient boiler service. No other engineer has ever taken the boiler apart cleaned it leaving every thing immaculate when he had finished the service. Highly recommended.

The night before the scheduled visit, Josh text me to check that the agreed start time of 7.30am was correct. I confirmed this and asked a question re access to the gas meter box, which he responded to by return. Josh turned up at the agreed time and undertook the work as agreed, explaining what he was doing with regards capping the 'gas off' to the fire place in the lounge that we never used and what the options were before he started the work.

Top guys 👍 I was needing to have a boiler services for a house that we’re in the process of purchasing. Estate agent and current homeowner didn’t make it easy to set up time to get in, no call back and then not be in when they’re outside! But the guys persisted and worked it out with estate agent without me having to get involved and finally got in! And they provided the service exactly as I needed at a totally fair price. Have safety certificate issued and feedback as well on the system. Really helpful. Thanks for making this painless for my guys

Nathan clearly explained our options when it came to replacing our old boiler, happily answering any questions raised and helping us to decide on the best option for us. Once agreed, a date was promptly booked in and the new boiler was installed over the course of a morning before we knew it! We're really happy with how quick the whole process was, the quality of the work carried out, the friendliness of the small team of workmen, and the fact they left the place spotless and as they found it. I also really appreciated having all of the features explained to me after install - big recommend!

Nathan and Sean did an excellent job from start to finish during the installation of my new combi boiler. They turned up promptly first thing and worked diligently until the work was complete mid-afternoon. This included running new pipes into my loft and back down into my bathroom, where they decommissioned my old electric shower and installed a new one to run off the boiler. Before the job, Nathan came to my house and answered all of my questions, plus made suggestions before quoting for the work. Overall, I could not be happier with the service I have received. I thoroughly recommend Gas Pro Plumbing Ltd.
