Nathan and Darren did an excellent job of installing the new boiler. They were very friendly and helpful. The communication was good and the quote and payment process was clear and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Nathan replaced our ageing heater system in our house, modified the pipe work in the kitchen and removed our old gas fireplace. All completed to a high standard. Nathan was great at explaining options helping us come to decisions on certain aspects as things were discovered and completed the job in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Nathan was recommended on a local group (by a number of people), as we needed a new boiler. He was extremely helpful prior to install, giving us several quotes and options, and running us through exactly what would happen on the day. He and his colleague arrived promptly, and did an absolutely stunning and professional job. They were polite and courteous for the duration, were brilliant in explaining the new setup, and the new boiler and nest system they supplied has been fantastic. They also helped out one of our neighbours at the same time. Can't recommend them highly enough, just fantastic.

The Gas Pro gave a very thorough service to my boiler, I have not long moved in so gave me some very good advice on a system which is new to me-excellent service!

After shopping around and getting a few quotes for a fairly big job of replacing our boiler, installing a new horizontal unvented tank in our loft, rearranging pipes, upgrading our radiator fittings, and a few other jobs it was clear that Nathan was the man for the job! He not only responded to our request quickly, but he was also very thorough in his investigation of what work needed to be done and how best to do it. Other plumbers we spoke to seemed a bit overwhelmed at the work that needed to be done but Nathan demonstrated his knowledge, experience and professionalism and provided us with a detailed quote at a fair price. Once on site we found Nathan and his team to be very friendly, thorough, professional and helpful. The work took a full week and we were very very happy with the end product. Dealing with the team was a pleasure and they left our place spotless after what was quite a big and messy job. I thoroughly recommend Nathan and his team we will most definitely be using them again. 10/10!!

Really pleased with Nathan at The Gas Pro. He was communicative, friendly and fair with pricing. Provided an efficient, tidy and courteous service - installed the boiler with no issues, tidied up previously messy pipework and even moved a couple of radiators for us free of charge so that we could decorate properly. We have a lot of work to undertake on our property and Nathan made the effort to prioritise the job. He and his colleague carried out the work efficiently, to a high standard, making sure we understood everything before they left the property. They turned up when they said they would, we paid exactly what was quoted, and we will definitely get him back in when it's time for a service.

Nathan was quick to come and give a price for the job, the work was done within 2 weeks, at a very fair price. He advised against replacing the boiler as he said it was an unnecessary expense for me at the moment. The work was quick and tidy, and the lads were pleasant and helpful throughout.
