I've been using Gas Safe Heating & Plumbing for several years to carry out the annual servicing of our boiler. I've always found them to be very polite and professional. They always leave the area around the boiler clean and tidy once they have finished, and I find them to be competitively priced for the work carried out.

I asked Gas Safe to survey a property we are purchasing and produce a Homebuyers report for us – testing the meter, hobs, boiler, radiators and plumbing. David was great to deal with – quick to respond, sorted it all out, no problem. He went round wihtin a couple of days and replied promptly with a report with all the info and recommendations I needed. Would deinitely recommend – friendly, efficient, expert, good value.

Following the installation of a new water boiler approximately three years ago, Matt, the engineer, advised me from the outset as to which model of boiler to choose, and provided an efficient annual service. Matt is easy to get on with, yet professional. As for paying on booking, it may not be the usual procedure, but it works and is nothing to worry about - Gas Safe H&P follow up quickly with confirmation, etc. I have recommended my neighbour to them.

I found Gas Safe on Which? They installed a new boiler for me and we're very professional and courteous throughout the job. They diagnosed some faults and we're able to rectify them quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great. Easy to get on with and will definitely be using them again.

Having had a new boiler installed during a renovation five years ago we experienced difficulty getting hold of the installer to service it. I found Gas Safe through Which? and have used them for the past few years. The service they offer is very smooth and means I don’t have to worry about my central heating. I am reminded by their office my annual service is coming up, we make an appointment, I pay online and one of their team appears on time and services the boiler. The whole process is seamless. Once when I had a problem with my heating a couple of months after my service, when I had also had some new radiator thermostats installed, someone popped in to look at it within a couple of hours on their way home. All it needed was the water pressure topping up which the engineer did. He also demonstrated to me how to do it if it happened again so I could rectify it myself. I wasn’t charged for this which was a nice surprise.

I would highly recommend Gas Safe. They were able to fit our new boiler within 48 hours of contact and managed to complete the fitting in one day. Fairly priced and trustworthy. I will be using them again for any issues.
