Paul and Scott replaced our combi boiler with a new Glow Worm model three years ago and have been servicing it since (it has a 10 year warranty). They are friendly, reliable and hassle free to deal with and the new boiler has been reliable and much more efficient than the previous one (good news when the price of gas went up so high in recent years). They have also undertaken some other plumbing work for us, fitting a new Mira electric shower when the last one packed in. As well as good service, they also offer good value for money and I would recommend them highly.

Our family have been using the services of Paul and Scott for the last 2-3 years. We have had radiators, toilet cisterns, boiler services and most recently a full boiler system flush carried out. Over the years we have used other businesses but they in our experience and opinion are by far the best hence why we always use them as do our family members and now friends to. I first used Gas-Tech Scotland Ltd in April 2023 to service my boiler. Their work was very thorough, including identifying that the colour of the water going through my system was almost black! When they showed a sample to me the smell of iron was almost overpowering! No previous heating engineer had even suggested doing a clean of the water. This was booked in for shortly after the service and the difference in water colour at the end was excellent. Plus, when I switched on the heating afterwards my radiators felt like they were on turbo-boost! Needless to say, they'll be servicing my boiler - and gas fire, another bonus - this year.
