Gas Technique is a long running family business spanning two generations of enthusiastic engineers. Based in Lyndhurst, the heart of the New Forest, we provide expert service throughout the surrounding areas and across Hampshire.

We have been in the gas industry for over 40 years, and although we have served an extensive number of happy customers in that time, we understand that each new project is unique and would love to hear how we could help you.

Our engineers can fit any new gas appliance you wish to have installed, using our expert knowledge to advise the best appliance suited to your system and needs - whether you want to replace, upgrade or install from scratch.

We offer competitively priced Boiler and Heating system Insurance for Homeowners and Landlords in addition to:

Installation of new or replacement systems and appliances
Landlord safety Inspections providing a CP12 certificate
Repair of gas leaks, water leaks and carry out small plumbing jobs
Power flushing of heating systems.

We own a B&B in the New Forest and Gas Technique look after the boilers/heating systems in the B&B and our own accommodation. It's reassuring to know they are in safe hands for both breakdowns and services. Just had the boilers serviced and gas inspection carried out. Gas Technique have looked after my heating system ever since I bought my house 8 years ago. Yesterday they carried out the annual service, fixing a small leak in the process. As usual they were punctual, efficient and tidy! I trust them so I’m happy to leave keys our so they can let themselves in. Highly recommended.

Our boiler decided to stop working on the coldest night of the year at 9.00pm. By 9.30pm josh arrived and by 10.00pm. Josh fixed it. We are very grateful for such fantastic service and would highly recommend this company.

Alan carried out a full strip down annual service of the boiler and filters. We were very impressed with his in depth knowledge, working method and safety with regard to Covid 19. He also gave us some very valuable advice about the future maintenance of the boiler.

Fantastic response to my call today after the boiler would not start following a really cold night. Josh answered my call at 8.a.m., said he could get to me this afternoon, but was then on my doorstep just after 9.a.m. even before I finished breakfast!! Quite the best call-out response ever, and I am quite old! All sorted perfectly very soon after.

Replace boiler & tank.

The old boiler system was 35 years old & the original system. We needed to have a new system installed into the original space. New boiler is very small & the system had to modified to fully pumped, meaning lots of changes to the pipework. We had a new tank fitted at the same time. Very pleased with work done the engineers were very helpful, friendly & cleaned up after themselves. We will recommend Gas Technique.

They removed the existing boiler. Arranged asbestos removal and they fitted new Vaillant Eco Tec Pure 830 Combi in the same location. Job was completed a day later than the agreed schedule. We were experiencing record breaking heat conditions. They did well considering the heat.
