I had been looking for a supplier to fit a new gas combi boiler and after searching and obtaining quotes Gasco quickly became my proffered choice. The engineer who carried out the pre visit was prompt, courteous and backed up what I was expecting and I was looking for. On 24.04.25 two Gasco engineers arrived am and from the get go were well organised and nothing was too much trouble. The old boiler was decommissioned and the new boiler installed, tested and a hand over by early afternoon. Not a spot of rubbish anywhere and you wouldn’t have known all the work that had gone on that day. I highly recommend Gasco and will be using them for more service work and installs in the further.

I have used Gasco services for several years and they have always been excellent and very reasonably priced. This work to replace the 17 year old boiler was done efficiently, exactly on time as promised and everything cleaned up and cleared away. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service.

Both fitters, Jim & Will were excellent. They kept us informed all the way through and gave us options when "problems" of routing pipes arose and catered to our preferences. We have been using Gasco for at least 30 years which tells you of their long term excellent service.

Our gas central heating stopped working in the coldest week in February. Gasco came the day we phoned them. Our boiler needed replacing and Gasco had sourced the new boiler and fitted it in four working days. Job Done. They were helpful pleasant and did a super job. its all neater than the original installation. Brilliant!

The engineers arrived in the quoted time slot. They were polite, professional and caring. The logbook was filled in with all relevant information.

The service that we received from GasCo was excellent. The first point of contact was with Elaine booking the job who was helpful prompt and professional. We decided to have our gas boiler and gas fire serviced in the summer and take advantage of their summer time service discount, which makes sense really because the most busy time for gas engineers is in winter. Our engineer was booked for a pm call which was between 12pm and 5pm. I emailed Gasco and requested if the engineer could give us a courtesy call 30 mins prior to arrival. Elaine was quick to respond with "no problem I'll get iain who will be attending to give you a call". This was very helpful and saved trying to juggle trades people as I had 2 plumbers fitting a kitchen tap (who incidentally were 6 hours late). Ian the gas engineer was a delight to have in the house and was meticulously thourough, very professional and came across as a genuine honest guy. We chatted a bit about OUR PREVIOUS SERVICE PROVIDER who shall remain nameless. That particular company wanted 100% of the payment up front even when you booked the job months in advance, not to mention the hard sell when they are in the house to try and con you out of money that you don't need to spend. With Gasco there was not of those shannigans it was all clear and transparent. The invoice arrived the next day was easy to pay electronically. Gasco came recommended to us which we are more than happy to recommend to others.

Gasco UK installed a new boiler for us in 2017 and have come back each year since to do a service for us. They always send us a reminder and we arrange a suitable time between us. They are always on time and do a thorough job and leave everything clean and tidy when they have finished. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new boiler or any maintenance. The guys are always polite and friendly.

I contacted this local family run company to replace my aging gas boiler, On enquiring I was offered a visit from there engineer to access the necessary work to be carried out, I was very appreciative for the sound professional & friendly advice given & excepted there quote for the necessary work to be carried out. A date & time was agreed and dead on time and day two engineers arrived to start work. All accesses to my property professionally covered & respectively carried out and work began as agreed. The old boiler and all water tanks pipe work removed by well planning. New boiler all necessary radiator valves and ancillaries professionally replaced all lagging put in place and fired up . Very happy and satisfied with all work carried by the two very friendly & professional engineers & cleanliness on leaving .

I had a condenser pump fitted on my gas boiler. This was an emergency breakdown. . The engineer came out and very thoroughly assessed the problem and advised accordingly. The office ordered the part, which arrived fairly promptly and it was fitted almost immediately. Gasco has always been reliable and efficient and extremely customer friendly and supportive. Great people. Excellent company. First rate.

Prompt call out, friendly and informative of problem. Was informed of when part would be available and able to be fitted. Work carried out without fuss. We would recommend and use again.

The title I have given this review sums up the work done.I do not intend to dwell on every aspect of the job but suffice to say from the time that the Gasco team arrived to fit my new boiler they got on with the job. They were efficient,nothing got left to chance,every part of the work was conducted to the highest standard. On completion all tests were undertaken successfully and I was taken to see the finished product. To say that I was impressed is the understatement of the year !!! Great Job done!!! I have been using Gasco for over 30 years. They have serviced my system every year and replaced two boilers for me. Their engineers are very clean and efficient and Gasco go above and beyond to help if I have any issues. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would definitely recommend the company.

I have been a customer of Gasco for several years and always found them very helpful . They have called out promptly to any breakdown and when the old boiler eventually died , fitted a new Bosch boiler within a couple of days. Well done guys.

We already have a contract with Gasco for boiler service etc and we needed gas pipes moving because of work being undertaken on the house. Gasco came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. Once accepted they booked an appointment within a few days to undertake the work. They turned up at the time specified on each occasion, completed the job efficiently and left the site tidy. An excellent job completed by very pleasant engineers and at a good price. Many thanks.

Boiler failed due to faulty component. Gasco came out the following day and identified the problem. Parts were ordered and fitted within 3 days. Fitter did a great job and we were up and running. Gasco responded to my e-mails and kept me informed as to the status of the required parts and chased the supplier. Happy customer.

Gasco engineer arrived on time, was professional and understood the work efficiently. They thoroughly serviced the boiler and checked the system to ensure it was working correctly. It's great to have the peace of mind that the gas system is in good order. Great company.

GasCo has done a wonderful job. We're signed up for a service contract (office support great) and had an annual boiler check (technical help also great). Everyone has been prompt and polite and very helpful.

Engineers arrived as planned covers put on hall floor. Work completed speedily and expertly with a friendly attitude had to wait for installation due Xmas and their workload.

We have used GASCO for 20+ years to carry out boiler services and repairs. The Engineers are always very pleasant and helpful and the office staff are approachable, professional and efficient and nothing is too much for them to do when we ask. On the phone, their customer service is impeccable. They will always try to accommodate us in an emergency situation. Gas certificates are always sent within timescales and they are always ahead of the game when booking services for the following year. We cannot fault their service and would highly recommend.

After nearly a year on from the annual service of a Worcester boiler the system is running very quietly - the best ever service!

The fault was diagnosed, the required part was ordered, and the repair was carried out, all within a few working days, which we were impressed with. Both the engineer who diagnosed the fault and the engineer who repaired the boiler were polite, friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the work done and the service provided.
