Our tenants reported a loss of hot water, but due to staff shortage our usual plumbers were unable to assist as quickly as we required. Gaslec stepped in and attended the same day, swiftly diagnosing the problem. A quote was promptly provided and on acceptance of this the part was immediately ordered. Once this was available, the engineer attended to fit this late in the day to ensure that the hot water supply was restored at the earliest opportunity. The service was superb, with full supporting information. The tenants were also very happy.

Gaslec have done our Landlord Certification for our boiler on the flat we rent out for the last 2 years. This year they also did a boiler service. Excellent and polite company to deal with on the phone, they then coordinated access to the property with our managing agent and tenant, turned up on time and did a very professional job. Great value as well. See you next year!

Thank you so much to Deen and all at Gaslec (Kent) Ltd for the excellent service they've provided me. I had a quite old combi boiler which broke down unexpectedly. After asking for engineer recommendations, I chose to call Gaslec and they quickly came out to investigate. Sadly, I did need a new boiler. Just two days later, Deen arrived and spent the day expertly fitting my new one. By that evening I was back in business with heating and hot water. Deen is an excellent engineer and his work is superb. He made virtually no mess and was very happy to leave the space clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have him in the house. Also, many Thanks to Ann and the admin at Gaslec for their very clear communications with costings for the new boiler etc. The whole thing went very smoothly. I'm so pleased. Cannot recommend Gaslec enough. Excellent service all round.

Dean arrived on time and completed an annual service of my boiler. He was very thorough and took his time stripping the boiler down and checking everything. He also noticed the pressure on my water tank was low and adjusted this for me. He seemed to do a lot more than previous engineers I’ve had in the past and it was nice he had a chat with us throughout. Won’t hesitate to use these guys again in the future! Highly recommend! Thank you.

I was very impressed with Dean who came today to service my boiler. He was very polite with good manners and friendly, plus his knowledge and sound advice regarding the workings of, and advice on how to maintain the right temperatures to get the most efficient ways to use the boiler, and with the best way to save on energy costs. He was in my opinion the best engineer I have had, and will definitely use him again going forward. I’m really happy with the experience of knowledge and attitude he has towards doing a really good job, and very comfortable to be around whilst doing just that.

Dean came to service my Worcester Bosch boiler that had not been done for three years. He took it apart and thoroughly tested it. He had to replace a gasket and the electrics, showing me the poor condition that they were in and he cleaned the vent which was badly clogged. He had the relevant parts on his van and soon had the parts fitted, the pressure tested and the casing reassembled. He also tested and adjusted the temperature on the hot water tank. As a separate job he also replaced the silicone seal around our shower tray. It was a very professional job. The amount charged was very reasonable considering the parts replaced, the work done and the time taken. Thank you very much, Dean - see you again next year!

Our old boiler finally gave up, so we called Gaslec as Shawn and Deen had helped us with it previously so they were our first go-to. As usual, the job was carried out efficiently. Everyone is polite and professional and although in the best possible way, we don’t want to see them too often, it’s always a pleasure when we do! Shawn and Deen go out of their way to help and make sure the job is done properly and to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
