After recently having a new Kitchen installed with a large UK wide well known company and it being a complete nightmare we decided to use a local one and it was the best decision we could have ever made. Jason had already supplied our new combi boiler the year before and did a superb job. Jason and his boys turned up when they said they would, did everything they said they would all whilst being polite, friendly and professional. In fact they went above and beyond for us. I wish to thank Jason and Elliott for installing the above new heating . After being let down by local installers I contaced Gas Tech and Jason came out and we discussed my reqirements. I was e mailed the quote and immediately accepted and then we agreed a start date. They started on the Monday 27th November and had to remove an old existing floor standing boiler, all rads and redundant pipework, which was completed in one day. The new boiler had to be sited in an adjacent cupbpoard so it was not easy for them having to cut a hole for the flue through a 15inch wall . They were absolutely amazing, very hard working, clean and and tidy, and answered any questions I had. By Thursday pm everything was installed and the boiler was fired up. A small leak in the pipework to the bathroom rad was located and resolved immediately. I also had a smart thermostat installed which was explained, and is easy to use. Together with an excellent warranty on the boiler I cannot thank Gas Tech enough. I am so happy with my new heating.

Jason came when he said he would to have a look at what we needed and explained what would suit us best he took his time and explained everything to us we felt confident about going ahead A few days later we received a quote which said exactly what we were having and giving a complete breakdown of costs. The work was carried out to a very high standard there was no mess what was there, was the boys cleaned up On completion Jason explained how everything worked boiler and thermostat which we were very grateful. First class, everything excellent.

Used Gastech to install a Worcester combi boiler. Responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and offered good advice without any hard sell. Written quote provided with a break down of each element separately costed so that I could pick and mix as desired. During the installation Jason and Elliot cleaned up constantly and no mess was left anywhere - showed total respect for my property inside and out. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I made the right decision when I chose Gastech to install a new boiler a few years ago. Since then they have been so responsive and always delivered an outstanding service. As an example, I was in a spot recently and believed I may need a gas appliance to be disconnected urgently due to a safety issue. Once again Gastech were there for me. I was provided with reassuring advice and they were there for me within the hour. They are so professional and their knowledge and skill goes far beyond expectation. From the initial response from Jason to the completion of the installation of the Greenstar Bosch boiler, could not have been better. His invaluable advice and suggestions as to what best suited my property were based on his years in “the trade” and were much appreciated, before I made my choice. After we contacted Jason to ask for a quote for a new shower he came round vey quickly. We felt very comfortable with his approach as he took trouble to explain to us the different shower types and their pros and cons, but didn't bring any pressure on us when it came to choosing what to have. We also added two additional jobs to the quote ie a new stopcock and remedying a faulty tap, and again Jason explained the various options available to us so that we could reach informed decisions. The works were done within a week of us agreeing the quotes. We're very pleased with our new shower, new modern stopcock and new tap and valve, and feel that we've had a high level of customer care.

Jason and his team are brilliant! Jason came to give us a quote for a complete new central heating system with Worcester Bosch boiler and controls. During his visit he talked us through what would be best for me and my family. He went away and gave a decent quote and I chose him because of how he took the time to explain things to us so we knew what to expect. When it came to the installation, I couldn't have asked for more professional, hardworking or clean team to do the work. I can't recommend highly enough.

Jason and his team recently replaced my Nan’s twenty-year-old oil fired central heating system. Right from the outset it was clear Jason is an expert and I had every confidence in his work, which was proven by the thoroughly professional installation he did. Jason replaced the oil tank, which involved making a new concrete base, buried the oil line under the patio and fitted an external Worcester-Bosch oil condensing boiler. Inside the property Jason replaced every radiator and all of the pipework, there’s no visible damage to décor and all pipework is covered. Aside from it being clear the radiators, boiler and oil tank are new you’d have no idea so much work had just been undertaken. Dealing with Jason and seeing his work you can just tell you’re dealing with someone who does things properly. My Nan now has a completely new heating system that she’s really pleased with. Previously one room in the house was always colder, not anymore and each room now reaches the temperature it should. Jason thought of everything and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jason in the future and cannot recommend him enough.

Hi, I am Stuart 65 and I do check anything I need through Trusted Traders and Which? magazine. I had 4 other quotes, the prices were cheaper but I did not feel in my gut they would do what they said they would do. I had a walk in bath put in with a jacuzzi. They made a really good job of everything. They sent the wrong taps, so jason fitted the wrong tapes anyway but told me, he would come back to put the other taps in, he wanted for me and he did come back a few days later with the taps and put them in. You would not think there had been an old bath there they did such a good job anyone thinking of any type of work they cover you will not be disappointed with the work or price well-done gas tech.

Jason was very helpful in the planning of the change of radiators and the work was completed on time and in a very professional manner . I would have no problem recommending Gastech .

We were really impressed with the service we received from Gastech. We called Jason in a panic late Friday evening as our back boiler heating was making a strange noise, Jason was able to identify the issue straight away but unfortunately was something that he wouldn’t be able to resolve as parts are no longer available due to the age of the boiler. Jason then gave us the option to pop down on the Saturday morning to discuss our needs and provide us with a quote for a complete new Worcester boiler to be fitted and removal of the old back boiler system. Within 2 days the quote was with us and by the Thursday Jason and team were there completing the work. Jason and team were very friendly and polite, any mess made whilst working was cleaned up straight away. All the work was carried out to our satisfaction and in the timescales provided. We would definitely recommend Gastech to other people and wouldn’t hesitate using them again in the future.

New Worcester Bosch boiler installed. From the outset Mr Broom was polite, friendly and provided unbaised information on what was needed. Along with his two colleagues he worked in terrible weather conditions to ensure the work was carried out on time. On completion there was no mess and all rubbish had been cleared away. A credit to his profession and will use again without hesitation.

Replaced our system boiler to a combi following our requirements. Did a great job. All team very friendly and tidy. Left my house exactly as they found it. A+++
