Joe and the guys were excellent, the pandemic and lockdowns created long delays but Joe was very good at keeping us informed and up to date with the restrictions. When the guys were allowed into the house they were very respectful and socially distanced as much as possible. The guys went out of their way to save some of the trim from our original windows and managed to keep the new installation in the character of the original window. Really please about this and would highly recommend them in the future.

I would highly recommend Gavin and Wright to anyone looking for replacement windows, especially in a more traditional property. The windows look beautiful and are completely in keeping with the look of our street. I would like to especially highlight the exceptional workmanship of the fitting team. They were tidy, courteous and hardworking. Despite being in our home for two days, they worked away with minimal disruption. The finish on the windows is first class too. Thank you so much.

I had used Gavin and Wright previously in my house, therefore I knew I didn’t need to search for another installer to fit the front door on my sons flat. The products they use are excellent and the workmanship is great, always clean up everything after they have finished. Obviously due to shortages throughout the building trade, it took slightly longer than expected but Joe kept me in the loop at all times. I would therefore thoroughly recommend this company and if needed I would use again.

We had new windows throughout, and a front door fitted and it had made such a difference to our house both in the aesthetic and noise reduction. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Joe gave great information on the style of windows and door and we did not feel under any pressure. The fitters, Eddie and Willie are clearly very experienced. They arrived at the expected time each day and all work was carried out to a very high standard. They let us know what to expect each day and they took great care to protect all surfaces and leave the rooms in good order. I am delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this local, independent company.

My experience with Gavin and Wright Windows was fantastic. Initially from the first call for a quote which I was very happy with. Continued communication with updates for the installation date and then installation. The installation was great with the trade staff taking great care when in your home with dust sheets and cleaning up after them. The new widows look fantastic and great quality. I would highly recommend as the service from start to finish was excellent.

Gavin & Wright were recommended to us by a neighbour. They installed replacement UPVC sliding sash windows which have restored our house to its intended look and have much improved heat loss. The price was very competitive and the process was easy. Joe measured up very quickly and the installers were great, installing in the agreed time and minimising mess and disruption.
