Joe at Gavin & Wright was a great help firstly with helping us decide on the style and finish of windows and then getting it all organised at a great price. We talked to a few different window companies but Gavin & Wright were best in terms of service and price. Windows were installed quickly and look great and the workers were all friendly and tidied up after themselves leaving no mess. Would have no hesitation recommending this firm to others.

This is the second time we have replaced our windows and doors. The quality and workmanship this time is so superior to the last company. You deal directly with the company owner for the measuring, price and good guidance. The fitters were careful, courteous, and professional. When they left you would not know they had just been. Our house feels and looks so much better. Gavin & Wright were recommended to us and we recommend them on.

Frustrating
They provided a quote and agreed to go ahead with works , then radio silence, called and emailed several times with no reply.

Good evening Firstly, thank you for your review . I am well aware of who you are and the quotation you are writing about . I’m sorry you feel frustrated though the quotation we provided was done over the phone from pictures of your existing storm doors, this was almost 4 months ago . We did at the time reply with costings though we did not agree to go ahead with the job until we arranged a survey visit , after this you wanted us to add ice edge bevel lines to all glass panels , we could not then do at the costings agreed . Since then you have not been in touch until recently online looking to go ahead with the job. We cannot do the job at the costings supplied due to your changing of the glass detail If you would wish though to discuss this further and arrange a new costing then I would be happy to arrange this for you Kind regards G&W Ltd

I have now used Gavin and Wright twice. I used them for my previous house before I moved and it was an easy decision to pick them again for the new place. Work is always completed quickly and to a high standard. The installers and Joe could also not be nicer. I have replaced all doors and windows in my new property and there is a noticeable difference with sound reduction and heat retention. I would recommend anyone to use Gavin and Wright.

We had all our windows and doors replaced. All the work was carried out to a very high standard. Workers were very approachable friendly and professional. I cannot express how happy we are with the work that was done. From start to finish the whole job was done with professionalism.
