I was in a quandary about removing a 40m overgrown conifer hedge until I witnessed George at work. He efficiently removed and disposed of them in 2 days enabling replacement by fencing. A complete garden makeover was then undertaken which required the removal of rotten sleeper beds, a patchy lawn and an old block paving drive. The new drive and its associated paths around the dwelling together with two patios in the back garden were completed in a day entirely due to the skill and incredible work ethic of this company. At all stages, I was informed of each timescale and costs and aided by George's recommendations. Overall, in just over two weeks the work including the addition of new topsoil and a new lawn was completed to my entire satisfaction with all waste disposed of and the site cleaned afterwards even including the pavement. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a reliable, hard-working and trustworthy landscaper.

We engaged George to extend our patio by a further 12 m2, and also to reconstruct / replace an old concrete garage ramp. From quotation through to the finished job, George had clear and quick communication, completed everything on time and to budget, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, and he explained his process as he completed the various stages of the job. We are so pleased with the result, as he took great care to match the existing paver tiles, and the final result is excellent. George and his team were always professional and courteous, and we would definitely employ him again for any future jobs!

The job was to clear overgrown shrubs, replace fencing, landscape the garden with paving and shingle beds so it would be low maintenance. It was executed to a very high standard. George offered different options and was patient and understanding throughout. He went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the results. Everything was completed according to the original schedule and budget. He kept us up to date with a video diary of progress , consulting us at each stage. A great job. Highly recommended.

George and his team did a superb job in re landscaping our back garden. It was a challenging job on three levels but they achieved a fantastic result that we are delighted with. So much so we had them back to block pave our driveway and front path, the end result of which has far exceeded our expectations. George is very approachable, really listens and is very keen to achieve what the customer wants. Highly recommend!

George and his team were reliable and committed throughout the project. He communicated everything he would be doing, what his timescales were etc. and nothing was too much trouble (even when we changed our minds over various bits and bobs throughout!). What particularly struck us was his honesty and integrity at all times. George and his team showed professionalism and great respect for us and I would absolutely recommend him and his crew for other projects. So much so, he is back later this month on another job for us!

We cannot praise George, Danny and Martin highly enough. The work was excellent, the customer service second to none and their willingness to discuss any worries was 100%. They worked hard the whole time and if I wanted to ask a question George would stop what he was doing and give me a proper answer. They also went over and above the work they contracted to do by removing 2 concrete gate posts with metal rods in, which was quite tricky and took a lot of doing as they went a long way down. George knew we'd had a step up to our porch to help me and my husband was going to make a new one, George and the boys built us a step of paving stones which is quite a feature and is just right. We have nothing but praise for their quality of work and their kindness and helpfulness during the work being done. George, Danny and Martin, you are stars!

A big Thank You to George and the boys (Danny and Martinus), for a terrific job. They were prompt, polite and tidy and they worked really hard. No slacking!! Best of all, I really appreciated the way that George kept me in the loop, at all stages. Any small deviation from the original idea, he always ran it by me, to make sure that I was happy. I don't think I disagreed with him once, but it's nice to be kept informed. And all at a fair price. What more could you want? I have no hesitation in recommending GHS. George and his team acted professionally throughout the entire works. The job did take longer than planned, this was due to the British weather but George kept me informed at all times. GHS replaced our back yard,taking away the old surfaces and a fish pond then replacing with block paving, they also replaced fencing to the side and rear of our garden. George has been very helpful throughout the job along with Danny and Martin. They worked very hard and everything was left as tidy as possible at the end of each day. GHS gave an excellent quote to replace and extend our patio. We had other quotes for the same price but George gave much more detail in his quote regarding drainage and other problems the old patio had suffered over time. Excellent communication from George during the job and he addressed any concerns I raised without delay. His team worked really hard and fast. They were on site for about 3-4 days in total. The area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are very happy with the finished result. We would happily use GHS for further work in future. Highly recommended.

We used this trader for the provision of a new fence and shed. George, Danny and Martin were professional in all their dealings. The work done was of the highest standard even working through bad weather conditions. They tidied up beautifully and what we liked was the first rate communication by phone and email by George. A timely and reliable company that puts ideas forward to the customer. GHS re-turfed the lawn then built and installed 2 hexagonal trays around my dove cote and bird feeder and filled with white quarry stones. A great solution to messy bird seed ruining the garden. The work took under 2 days and they didn't mess about flitting from one job to another in between which too many tradesmen do. I have a beautiful garden now and cannot recommend this Company highly enough.
