Giant Solar came and fitted an extra 5 kilowatt battery to my solar panel system. No issues since, excellent service and made sure everything was swept up and clean afterwards. They engineer who came round was great, couldn't sing his praises more highly. Had an aftercare call a week to10 days or so later, checking that all is okay and said if they were any problems, to call him directly. I sent enquires to 3 companies - Giant Solar rang me within 2 hours and gave me a very competitive price.

They came to problem sovle an issue with the inverter and solar batteries and did a whole diagnostic on it. They identified what was wrong and put it all right. One of the batteries was faulty so we were given a new battery. As an older person, you do become quite wary these days of contractors and what they'll do for you. But they're really good. They didn't try to sell us anything at all, just problem solved and educated us and fixed the fault. Had no problems since, will definitely use them again.

Giant Solar came out and diagnosed a fault with our solar panels, it was the inverter which they ended up replacing. All working fine now. They kept us well informed with what was going on, the customer service was great. Can't fault engineer, he came out to initially diagnose the problem, which he then fixed. Very satisifed with the professionalism and the help from this company.

From management to workmen, all was accomplished swiftly and professionally. Follow up service was outstanding and management went out of their way to help with answering questions that arise following installation (I had no experience with solar equipment), as well as assisting with the establishment of the export account with my electric company. We had Nayeem come look at our system, he was very helpful it trying to get to the bottom of the problems with our Solor system. Explained to us the problems with our unit. Re celebrated the unit, as requested. A very helpful polite gentleman. Would recommend.
