Highly recommend Glasgow Boiler Repairs. Jordan was fantastic, arrived on time with no hassles. He had a look at the boiler and performed the investigation and fix with no issues whilst also being friendly and spent time walking me through the system. Communication and setup of the appointment was also seamless.

Visited to quote for replacement boiler. As there were questions, about the gas supply came out again to double check and finalise a quote that was reasonable. Efficient installation and no problems at all.

Looking for a straightforward boiler servicing on a perfectly functioning 15yr old boiler. Tried a couple of other Which? Trusted Traders before contacting GBR. The other two did not respond to enquiries but Darren was different. He got back in touch with a price. We agreed a date and time (between 9am-12pm). Jordan arrived at 10am sharp, wore the mask in compliance with COVID regs and had the job done swiftly and without a mess. Certificate was in my inbox within 5 minutes. Later on in the day all the lights on the boiler started flashing. Rang Jordan (whose number was on the certificate) and he was able to advise how to reset the boiler over the phone. Overall a good experience and will be returning to this firm again.

2nd Time enlisting the help from the company, very friendly and helpful. Darren the company owner was kind enough to send one of his best men Jordan for our boiler repair on a Saturday. Jordan diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and we finally had running hot water and shower again (cheers Jordan : ) Definitely highly recommended , thanks again gents !

Decided to finally replace very old and inefficient boiler that was costing a small fortune in gas bills. Dropped Glasgow Boiler Repairs an email and received a call from Darren on the same day to arrange an appointment. Engineer came out next day - arrived on time, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Received reasonable quote later that day. A few days later they came out to replace the boiler, despite the COVID-19 restrictions, again arriving on time. Work done in one day, all rubbish taken away and tidied up. No mess left behind. Before leaving they explained very clearly how to use the new boiler. There were very pleasant, friendly and efficient. I’m very happy with my new boiler I would definitely recommended them to anyone I know!

Called GBR on the 30th april arranged appointment on the 1st May, engineer arrived prompt sorted my problem explained the problem and was very courteous and friendly I would not hesitation in recommending Darren who I made my initial appointment with and Jordan who carried out my repair. GBR will be at the top of my list should I have any other problems first class.

My central heating packed in during a chilly spell. GBR got a quick fix in place so that I instantly had some heat again, while they ordered replacement parts. They were able to explain what the underlying problem was, offer me two different options for a new thermostat and explain clearly what the merits of each option were. They came out at times to suit me. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, polite: would recommend.

Darren was very helpful when my boiler was deemed beyond economic repair by my insurers. Honest advice and no hard sell. New boiler fitted in two days by very pleasant and professional engineers. Nothing was too much trouble, seamless from initial contact to installation. I will continue to use Glasgow Boiler Repairs when my first service is due. I would highly recommend this company. The Glasgow Boiler Repairs team have visited my property three times over the last couple of months, to solve a couple of separate problems (a leaking radiator, and a blocked condensation pipe) and also to carry out a gas safety check. Each time they have responded very quickly to my on-line enquiry, and then communicated well by email. The repairs have been completed quickly and efficiently. The fees have been very reasonable. I will definitely be using Glasgow Boiler Repairs again in the future.

I am very happy with the new boiler I got installed last week. Jordan came out and fitted it within a day - there was no mess and he also disposed of the old one. Was very pleasant and explained things, even fixed my dodgy radiator valve! The boiler has been great so far and the price was fantastic. Aftercare has also been good as well. I would definitely recommend GBR!

I made the arrangement to have the boiler fitted and Brian arrived the next morning all tooled up and ready to go. The Job was finished by approx. 5.30pm all fired up and working. I can't praise Brian's work enough He explained any questions I had clearly in a way I could understand. It's now over a week ago and I've found nothing to question or complain about. Excellent job - arrived on time and just got on with the job, no fuss no bother - removed the old boiler and place left spotless. Called them three weeks later to explain that I had to have a new Hive hub and thermostat (old one was 5 years old and needed replacing) to ask if the new one would need paring with boiler - told me not to worry just to ring when I had the replacement parts to hand and Darren would send someone to fit it for me! What more could you ask for - such wonderful service - Jordan came and did the job today - super efficient and even re-set timings. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Glasgow Boiler Repairs. They arrived when they said they would, they investigated the issue fully before fixing it. Even better - I didn't need any parts, so all I had to pay was £60. Absolute bargain for such professional service. I will definitely use them again for servicing and have recommended them already to others. Fixed a number of things wrong with our boiler after it was installed pretty badly by a family member (who is in the trade) and our insurance company deemed it unfit and unsafe. Really great work carried out to make our boiler work better and most importantly safe. Our flue was fitted incorrectly and had more than 1 kind of pipe fitted in the incorrect size. Both things rectified perfectly and overflow pipe corrected as that was in the wrong position too. Definitely feel more at ease and safer in our home after they did their job. Friendly and done the job as quick as they could after initial call out and for a very reasonable price as quoted. Even asked to use my hoover to clean up after themselves :) would recommend 100%

This is the second time I've used Glasgow Boiler Repairs (GBR). In the past, I've been badly messed about by central heating engineers: didn't return calls, over-charged, misdiagnosed problems. So, GBR are a real find. They tracked down a problem which had resulted in the loss of hot water, quickly sourced the replacement part and fitted it at very reasonable cost. So, all in all, totally satisfactory - really excellent skills and service.

Very satisfied 5* Without heating or hot water I contacted Darren, from Glasgow Boiler Repairs Within a week I had a brand new Ideal Boiler fitted. John, the tradesman turned up on time, was friendly and polite, removed and replaced my boiler. John done a great job, very compitant tradesman, tidyed up, and left my kitchen in the same condition as when he arrived. I have had no problems with the boiler or work done, and will recommend this company to anyone requiring a new boiler or repair. Satisfied customer!

Friendly, professional service. Very quick turnaround. The work done to tidy the pipes going into the boiler and make them more flush with the wall means that I'll get the opportunity to use the previously inaccessible worktop below the boiler unit. Delighted to be able to 'shop local' for an engineer rather than go with one of the big suppliers. Competitive pricing. Would recommend.

Contacted the company as part of a series of quotes for a new boiler. Darren arrived at the time promised and the quote was by far the most competitive. I arranged a suitable date for installation and the fitter arrived when promised. Due to the location of the valve to switch the water off he had to cut a hole in the floorboard to access it. I authorised him to do this expecting a large access panel cut out. I was surprised and pleased to find a small hole that would have made it harder for him. Fitter then fitted a valve in a place easier to access. Boiler works perfect and place was spotless. I paid the fitter direct. The next day i received an invoice for payment. When i queried i received an apology and receipt within 10 minutes. Very impressed with the company and service and would highly recommend. Will definitely use for future services

I have been so impressed by Glasgow Boiler Repairs friendly team. After a nightmare experience trying to get the boiler changed with another company, I tried Glasgow Boiler Repair. They came straight away and gave me two brilliant solutions and had the new boiler ordered and fitted in a couple of days. They did a fantastic job. They are so professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them. Really a top-notch service.

After a frantic call on a Sunday they arranged an engineer to come out first thing Monday to give me some quotes and by Thursday afternoon I had a new boiler fitted. Great job on fitting the new boiler, was shown how to use it and old boiler was removed for me. Quick, efficient and friendly service! Will definitely use again and would 100% recommend.

Darren came with no salesman pitch of other companies . He gave us a price and a lot cheaper than others but had read previous reviews and decided to go with his company. The installer turned up on time and did a great job couldn't fault his workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a new boiler fitted and our old one removed in September 2018. Glasgow Boiler Repairs responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Darren came to our flat and carried out an assessment and then offered us 3 very competitive quotes. The boiler was fitted in one day and the work was all completed in one day. I would recommend this gas engineer company on price and the quality of the work was very good. I also needed to ask them to come back because our room thermostat was not paring with the new boiler, but Darren responded within a few hours to my email and this was fixed within 24 hours.

This was an unusual experience - in a good way. First of all, it was possible to get an appointment without any fuss. (I've been used to un-returned calls or businesses simply not interested in domestic jobs). The engineers turned up on time the next day. (I've been used to appointments not being kept.) They clearly knew what they were doing, explained everything very clearly and all in all the service was - for once- totally standout. All in all, a really excellent experience.
