We are disappointed to read this review as it does not reflect the full or factual position. Communication did not cease after payment, nor were calls ignored or terminated. We did not refuse walk-arounds; on the contrary, multiple walk-arounds were conducted, including personally by the company director. There was extensive correspondence throughout the project and afterwards, including return visits, written exchanges, and formal engagement with Which? Trusted Traders, NAPIT, and an independent inspection. The installation was inspected through Which?. The RISA report did not uphold all of the concerns raised and confirmed that the works were sound, compliant, performing as intended and the external finish was found to be satisfactory. While some minor cosmetic items were identified, these were limited in scope and capable of rectification, which we have repeatedly offered to undertake. We attended the property on multiple occasions, completed agreed snagging items, and made further written offers to return and address any remaining installation-related points. We also engaged fully with the Which? dispute resolution process. These offers were declined. We respect the right to leave feedback; however, we do not accept the characterisation of our workmanship or conduct. We are satisfied that we acted professionally, responded appropriately and followed the correct processes throughout. We remain proud of our work and of the many customers who continue to recommend us.
