First fix for rewiring during fitting of new kitchen. Discussed options at each stage ensured we had one working socket and a light so could continue fitting kitchen. Both were professional and friendly, tidied up afterwards. One problem was resolved efficiently. Look forward to the same team coming to do the 'second fix' when we are ready.

Requested for some repairs to faulty sockets, light fitting, fuse board update along with EICR and replacing outdoor garden wiring and lighting and a new security camera. There is more work to be done in fault finding with the old wiring in the house which will need rewiring doing before the EICR can be given. This is as I expected. The whole team are very professional, punctual, helpful, understanding, tidy, explaining what they are doing as they go and showing their findings. Phone calls and emails are always responded to promptly and they are local.

Very happy with the service Glenfield Electrical Ltd provided with the installation of my new Hypervolt EV charger. The service from both Glenfield and Hypervolt was excellent. Marcin installed the charger and although there was an initial fault with the unit, both Marcin and the guys from Hypervolt resolved the issue within the time frame proposed. Very happy!

I asked Glenfield Electrical to check over two electrical sockets in the living room. One did not work at all and the other gave me what felt like a shock when I unplugged an electrical item recently. The electrician soon identified that the sockets were faulty and replaced them. This was a job done on time and resolved quickly.

I can confidently recommend this company. Customer service is excellent, from initial survey/quotation by Paul through to the completion of all the work that was done by Tom. The work included changing wall lighting, supply outdoor lighting and test and check wiring to security alarm, along with an Electrical Installation report and upgrade to panel. I now am confident that the wiring in my house is safe (and I understand it). Back-office service is also excellent with contacts and messages managed professionally and I was kept informed along the way. I would not hesitate to use Glenfield Electrical again.

As always, the service from Glenfield Electrical was excellent from the initial phone call, to the free estimate and the work being carried out. Both Paul, who prepared the estimate, and Shaun, who carried out the work, arrived exactly when they said they would, which makes a very pleasant change these days! There was a small problem with one of the doorbells after it was fitted, but a quick call to the office and Shaun was back the same day to sort it out. we couldn't ask for more. We wouldn't use anyone else for either small or large electrical jobs.

Glenfield Electrical provides a first class service. We had a number of tasks done including a cooker hood replacement and additional lighting installed. The installation worked to plan and was carried out by a very friendly and cooperative electrician (Marcin). This was the second time we have used Glenfield Electrical to do work since moving to Loughborough. We can highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future if there are any other electrical tasks that need doing.
