Worth every penny! From the initial survey to the installation and commissioning, the whole operation was a great experience. Both Gary and Aiden were meticulous in the removal of the old boiler and radiators, and also, the fitting of the new ones. The electrician used was timely and professional too - all in all, a very slick unit. Great price, 10-year warranty, and ongoing support! Why use British Gas and the other big boys when you have experienced local trades? Without a doubt, please use these guys.

Gary and Aiden, have just updated our boiler to a new Worcester Bosch. They arrived at the time they specified, completed the work in the day in a very professional and clean manner leaving no mess. Gary explained the system very comprehensively and clearly (to two Luddites!). The guys are friendly and comfortable to talk to and give a real sense of knowing what they are doing. The great reviews I have seen on the internet about this company checked out 100%. I was very happy with the standard of work to install my new boiler. Gary and his collegue Aiden got on with the job with no fuss, bother or excess noise. A radiator was moved where I wanted it, which prevented excess exterior pipework . They were very patient with me when explaining the new thermostat/ controller. Great job all around and I hope they’re around to assist with servicing and repairs in the future.

Gary and Adrian replaced our old boiler with a new combi-boiler. They were very busy but managed to fit us in. They were very friendly and polite, updated us on what they were doing and how long it was likely to take, and gave us guidance on how to set up and use the new thermostat. They did a really good job and took great care to make sure everything was done to a high standard. We were really pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again.

I had a new boiler fitted in a more accessible position and the old boiler removed. The work was completed in just over a day and the house was left clean and tidy when they finished. A new boiler was installed with the old system requiring removal and disposal. All work was completed over a couple of days with minimal disruption and the house was left clean and tidy. My wife and I are very pleased with the work done and the price quoted/paid. Gary and his co-worker were very polite and friendly. Really impressed with GLM. Suppled and fitted a new boiler and designer radiators all down stairs which are gorgeous. Removed the old tank with zero mess left behind. Needed a Plumber in an emergency as the boiler had broken down leaving my Uncle without heating and hot water. Spoke to Gary and he said he would be able to call later that day to look at the job and do us a quote. We decided to go ahead having a Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler. Gary and Aidan are really professional super hardworking and have done a brilliant job. It’s nice to be able to recommend a company that is local to us who really care about their customers. First class!

Gary responded quickly to my initial enquiry and was able to pop round to quote for the work required. We wanted to get rid of our old boiler and tank, and replace with a combi system. Gary provided a few options suitable and quoted for all options that same day. We booked Gary in for his next available time which was a couple of weeks later. Gary and Aiden were prompt, efficient, very reasonable with pricing and extremely tidy. Gary kept us up to date as the job went on and took time to give us a tutorial following completion of the install. Other gas engineers wanted to charge us for moving the boiler to the loft and provide a new hive. Gary did none of this. He was able to put the new boiler where we wanted it and use our existing hive. Thanks again!

GLM gave a very competitive quote for a top quality Worcester boiler. They were flexible with the fitting date to suit us and also really helpful in siting the boiler to make best use of the space we had available. Both fitters were polite, friendly and obviously experts in their field. After many years of having to chase gas fitters for appointments, this firm turned up when they said they would, carried out the work agreed and charged exactly what they quoted. They also carried out some additional work which materialised once the fitting got under way but never charged an additional premium for this. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

My boiler overheated a few days before Christmas and it wasn't under warranty with the manufacturer,I called Gary at glm and told him what had happened. Lucky he was able to call the next morning to have a look and arranged to come the following day to replace my boiler. All the work was carried out to a exceptionally high standard all the mess was cleared up and it was done in a few hours ,can't thank and recommend glm enough

Gary contacted me promptly and professionally within 24 hours of me submitting my first enquiry directly to Worcester. He explained that he could not visit immediately but after I sent him photos he prepared a competitive quote and suggested that because my existing boiler had completely failed, he could replace it within 48 hours. I sought other quotes but Gary seemed on the ball, friendly and professional so I went ahead. He and his colleague visited on the day agreed (and bang on the start time agreed) and the new boiler was installed in place of the old one by the end of the day. Both Gary and his colleague were hard working, clean and tidy and came up with various fitting solutions for vents and drains which were a great improvement over my last boiler. I have no hesitation in giving GLM a five star reference and look forward to offering even more tea when they visit at service time !! :)

Having recently moved to North Wales and having problems with the existing boiler, I looked on the internet for a Worcester Accredited Installer and found GLM Boilers & Plumbers - what a great find! I phoned them and Gary and his assistant installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a different position, which wasn’t an easy task. Gary is very professional both with his work and communication. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Gary and his assistant worked as a great team and removed old boiler etc. and left the place very clean. They are very polite and considerate and I highly recommend them.

Removed old boiler system and replaced with a combi boiler. Needed the work doing at short notice - he said he'd try to achieve it by the date and was true to his word. Polite, good communication and excellent pipe work.
