Needed a Plumber in an emergency as the boiler had broken down leaving my Uncle without heating and hot water. Spoke to Gary and he said he would be able to call later that day to look at the job and do us a quote. We decided to go ahead having a Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler. Gary and Aidan are really professional super hardworking and have done a brilliant job. It’s nice to be able to recommend a company that is local to us who really care about their customers. First class!

Gary responded quickly to my initial enquiry and was able to pop round to quote for the work required. We wanted to get rid of our old boiler and tank, and replace with a combi system. Gary provided a few options suitable and quoted for all options that same day. We booked Gary in for his next available time which was a couple of weeks later. Gary and Aiden were prompt, efficient, very reasonable with pricing and extremely tidy. Gary kept us up to date as the job went on and took time to give us a tutorial following completion of the install. Other gas engineers wanted to charge us for moving the boiler to the loft and provide a new hive. Gary did none of this. He was able to put the new boiler where we wanted it and use our existing hive. Thanks again!

GLM gave a very competitive quote for a top quality Worcester boiler. They were flexible with the fitting date to suit us and also really helpful in siting the boiler to make best use of the space we had available. Both fitters were polite, friendly and obviously experts in their field. After many years of having to chase gas fitters for appointments, this firm turned up when they said they would, carried out the work agreed and charged exactly what they quoted. They also carried out some additional work which materialised once the fitting got under way but never charged an additional premium for this. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

My boiler overheated a few days before Christmas and it wasn't under warranty with the manufacturer,I called Gary at glm and told him what had happened. Lucky he was able to call the next morning to have a look and arranged to come the following day to replace my boiler. All the work was carried out to a exceptionally high standard all the mess was cleared up and it was done in a few hours ,can't thank and recommend glm enough

Gary contacted me promptly and professionally within 24 hours of me submitting my first enquiry directly to Worcester. He explained that he could not visit immediately but after I sent him photos he prepared a competitive quote and suggested that because my existing boiler had completely failed, he could replace it within 48 hours. I sought other quotes but Gary seemed on the ball, friendly and professional so I went ahead. He and his colleague visited on the day agreed (and bang on the start time agreed) and the new boiler was installed in place of the old one by the end of the day. Both Gary and his colleague were hard working, clean and tidy and came up with various fitting solutions for vents and drains which were a great improvement over my last boiler. I have no hesitation in giving GLM a five star reference and look forward to offering even more tea when they visit at service time !! :)

Having recently moved to North Wales and having problems with the existing boiler, I looked on the internet for a Worcester Accredited Installer and found GLM Boilers & Plumbers - what a great find! I phoned them and Gary and his assistant installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a different position, which wasn’t an easy task. Gary is very professional both with his work and communication. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Gary and his assistant worked as a great team and removed old boiler etc. and left the place very clean. They are very polite and considerate and I highly recommend them.

Gary is a great lad with a very high level of competence, a very diligent worker and extremely efficient and helpful. The completed job for a new Worcester Combi boiler was superb. All pipework very neat and tidy and the installation looks brilliant and works like a dream. Everything left in a tidy state and all completed with minimum fuss. Firstly the contact we had with Gary when getting a quote was great, very fast replies and he also took into account our needs and requests without any hesitation. We had our old conventional boiler system removed and a new Worcester fitted in it’s place. The old boiler was removed from the kitchen and the new one fitted upstairs in the airing cupboard. Gary and Aiden are both extremely professional and kept the house tidy throughout the job. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Couldn’t fault anything about them at all and would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I chose GLM gas and plumbing to install a new boiler and replace radiators. From start to finish of the job, I couldn't fault their approach to the job. All very professional. Any queries we had as the job progressed, Gary was more than helpful in getting us on the right track. At the end of the job, they left the place clean and tidy, so no complaints there. The final bill was fair and compared well with other quotes we had had. No hesitation in recommending them to others, and we will certainly use them in the future when we need a good plumber and gas engineer.

I'd recommend Gary and his team for their work. We had an old boiler changed and at the quote stage Gary was one of the few who actually replied and followed up when he said he would. All work done on time and within budget. They tidied the birds nest of pipework and clearly take pride in being neat as well as really tidy. Sheets over the stairs and carpets and all rubbish and dust was removed. Can't fault their work at all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Our boiler had a pinhole leak. We had to wait a week for it to be fixed, but this was not an issue as we are currently having our bathroom renovated so we didn’t need any hot water. We sent photos to Gary and he knew straightaway how to fix the problem and came to our house with everything ready.

Gary and his colleague came to convert our 30 year old boiler for a brand new Worcester boiler. We couldn't have asked for a better service, They were both very professional and friendly, considerate in our home and tidy, all at a very competitive rate! Gary and his co worker replaced our 20+ year old Worcester Boiler with a new Worcester unit. He was recommended from the Worcester Bosch Web Site, as an approved installer. I can fully recommend his company. His work was excellent, and the installation was completed in one day at a very competitive price. Gary and his work colleague replaced my 30 year old combi boiler with a top of the range new one. He also fitted 7 new radiators. The price for the whole job was very competitive. He was very careful not to leave any mess and all rubbish was removed from my property. Amazing work real life Santa Claus came on his day off at Xmas set me up on 0% finance yesterday after giving me a quote for a Worcester boiler install and true to his word came and installed next day this really was a real life miracle at Xmas you won't go wrong with guy clean and tidy great workmanship if only all tradesmen were half as good as this guy and trust me I never write reviews but had too for this guy.

We were looking for someone to service our boiler after our long standing engineer said he could not do it this year. Saw Gary’s van in driveway on our road and started talking to him. He was very approachable and helpful. Within a few of minutes we had a service date sorted and booked into his diary. (The back of Gary’s van was very organised and tidy which, to us, says a lot about how a person works.) Gary arrived on time and quickly carried out the service. We would definitely book him for the next boiler service and, should the need arise, any other heating and plumbing work.

I contacted Gary to ask if he could undertake the annual service on my Worcester Bosch Gas Boiler. The phone was answered straight away and after confirming a few details my service was booked in. Gary sent me a SMS on the day confirming the arrival time and the work was completed with no fuss and no mess. Gary was very polite and explained the work carried out. Fantastic service from Gary. Fitted new boiler, a replacement radiator and 6 thermostats, all for a great price. Arrived on time, kept to schedule, cleaned up and respected my home. GLM provided an awesome service from first contact to completion of the job. Extremely polite, professional and helpful team. The workmanship was outstanding and so was the attention to detail. What can I say but excellent on all counts! Being a retired professional engineer having someone meet your standards both in quality of workmanship, knowledge, communication and ability and willingness to listen is all you can ask for. Gary and Adam? have ticked all those boxes for me. The work involved not just the installation of a new combi boiler but also modification to the basic heating plumbing with the removal of old zone valve, redundant bypass and old filter. All associated controls rewiring also done. The place was left clean and tidy, all materials, packaging and old boiler and flu removed. The price quoted was the price invoiced except for the addition of a new smart thermostat which was found to be needed. Without a doubt we will be using Gary again for all our future plumbing needs.

Gary came out to do a gas safety certificate for us, he was excellent at fitting us in short notice. He was prompt and very friendly. During our gas safety check Gary noticed that we had major gas leak. He was very calm and reassuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He stopped me from panicking and helped to get the gas board out to resolve the gas leak. Gary even came back the next day to finish off the gas safety certificate for us. Without him we could have been in major difficulties. His service was incredible. Very clean and tidy as well as professional. His communication is brilliant. I would absolutely recommend GLM to anyone and will be using his services again for all our boiler/gas needs.

Contacted Gary to arrange a service for my Worcester Bosch boiler. Arrived promptly and completed the service finding two faults which needed attention. Excellent service and will use again.

Gary contacted me the day after I had filed a request for an approved installer to replace an existing broken boiler. He visited the same day and provided me with a quote later the same day. He returned two days later and installed a new boiler. The old boiler was extremely difficult to remove because it was in a fitted, bespoke kitchen. Gary was punctual, polite, and extremely efficient. He tidied up all the mess that was inevitably made getting the old boiler out. He fitted a horizontal flue and sealed off the previous vertical flue that was located in a chimney. He is by far and away from the most proficient and 'user-friendly' tradesman I have ever dealt with and I recommend him very highly.

Gary came when arranged gave us the price returned when he said he would and did the work efficiently and cleanly. We would recommend him and use him again.

Gary did an excellent job fitting the boiler a year ago . A year on I get a service reminder text he then arranged to service the boiler that week . Gary is always on time he is clean and efficient nothing is too much trouble.

Gary recently replaced a dead floor standing boiler, located on the third floor with the complication of a roof flue. It was a difficult job requiring taking apart the old boiler bit by bit and arranging a roofer for the new flue. Gary and his apprentice got done really quickly including fitting in the old boiler extraction on a Friday afternoon so that there was no risk of a delay for the roofer. Gary was professional from start to finish with a thorough quote discussion covering some potential issues and work completed exactly as scheduled with everything left clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend Gary for any Boiler Installation.

Called Gary at GLM to see if he could help with an urgent issue regarding a leak. Gary was fantastic, came a couple of hours after me contacting him and managed to detect the leak and fix it all on the same day. Excellent in response to my phone call. Prompt visit to assess my property and supply a recommendation. Highly competitive quote received in the evening of the same day as his visit. Supplied a written online quote with simple online method of acceptance. Swift arrangement of fitting within 2 days of quote and arrived when promised. Job fully completed within one day. Gary and his apprentice were polite and well mannered and ensured that all areas were kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Following installation we were given precise instructions on operation of the boiler, timing and thermostat controls. They checked that all radiators were fully functioning before leaving. Will gladly recommend Gary to anyone wishing for work to be carried out on their premises. We will also be arranging for GLM Gas & Heating to carry out annual servicing of all of our appliances. I was recommended GLM Plumbing by a friend. I needed pipes moving and refitted against a wall, a new sink fitted and radiator for my kitchen. I can honestly say that the fitters were brilliant. Gary was extremely polite discussed with me what I needed and explained what he would be doing. Sent me an email with the price to do the work and when the job was completed I received the invoice with no added extras to pay. Very tidy and I would definitely use then again.

I contacted Gary to replace and move my existing boiler from the middle of the house to the utility room. His workmanship was very professional and the pipework was neat and tidy. He removed the old flue and sorted the roof out. All of the rubbish was removed, and the house left clean and tidy, definitely recommended.

We contacted Gary after using the internet to search for a Worcester Bosch recommended company. He had great reviews and was easily contactable, we used his facebook page. We had a problem with our Greenstar 35 CDI boiler, Gary arrived at the arranged time and was very thorough in checking the boiler, he then had to order the required parts, he kept in touch with us to let us know when they arrived and made arrangements to come back to fit them. His service is exceptional, he was professional and yet friendly at all times and we were very happy with the final outcome including the cost. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again.

After years of being a British Gas customer and paying a service agreement every year, I thought I would have a change, reduce my bill substantially, and give someone local the work. Gary agreed to come and do my boiler service, and the date fitted in with my requirements, he expected to be with me at about 11:00, and it was. He was very thorough and explained what he had done, in a professional and friendly way. I was very impressed with the service and would, and will be, recommending Gary to everyone I know.

Gary has just completed the installation of some new radiators & valves as part of some building work in my house. He even helped to resolve a separate issue we had with our cistern.
