Fantastic from start to finish! We had a large-ish solid roof conservatory done by Global Windows and they couldn’t have made the process any easier. From the initial site visit, to quote and design, planning permission and even some unexpected issues from Yorkshire Water, right through to build and completion, the team at Global took care of everything with professionalism and care. The installation teams were all great, friendly, clean and tidy and kept us informed of everything. Pretty much the only thing I had to do was make the hot drinks! Nearing completion, there were a couple of minor issues but the guys were back to sort them within a couple of hours, you can’t ask for better service than that! I would highly recommend Global Windows and they will certainly be my first call for any future projects. A massive thank you to everyone at Global. We love our new conservatory!

From the very start of the process, Global Windows have been fantastic. From the initial contact, Trevor’s help and advice, and our numerous visits to the showroom (because we couldn’t make our minds up!) — thank you for your patience — everything has been brilliant. We had 10 new windows, 2 doors and French doors installed at our 4-bed detached home in Sheffield by Global Windows, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding - solid, secure, beautifully finished, and a real upgrade to the look and feel of the house. I particularly loved the composite front door, the stylish hardware, the handles, the oak duraboard windowsills, which polished everything off perfectly. All doors also came with three sets of keys. The attention to detail during installation was truly impressive, and the workmanship was efficient and flawless. What stood out even more was the professionalism of Global Windows as a company. Every department and team member played their part perfectly. From the initial quotation and survey, through to fitting, aftercare, invoicing, issuing the guarantee/certificate - it all ran like absolute clockwork. Each team clearly has their own expertise, and the whole process was seamless, stress-free and extremely well organised. A lovely final touch was receiving a bouquet of flowers after completion of the installation, which really showed the company’s commitment to customer care. Excellent service from initial enquiry to completion. The window visualiser was brilliant as I wanted to change the style of windows and am so happy with the outcome. The showroom has large range to see for real rather than relying on brochures and the sales team were not pushy. Although not the cheapest quote, I went with Global as the effort they put into sending me visuals, the quality of the products and the previous reviews made the difference.

Several years ago, we engaged Global for a new front door, and the pre- and post-installation service was exceptional, prompting us to re-engage them for the replacement of all windows and back doors. We are highly satisfied with all aspects of the project, including the sales team's professionalism, the installation team's efficiency, and the follow-up communication to ensure our satisfaction.

We couldn't be more pleased with the new windows, from the initial quotation and survey, right through to the final instal. Excellent work with minimal disruption by fitters David and Keegan who took great care to protect carpets and furnishing etc and finish the instal to the highest standard.👍

We were greeted at the Global showroom by a smiling Doug who showed us the Conservatories on show at there showroom. No pressure just helpful advise was given. From Paul the designer, Joe who oversaw the project, Nick ,Si, Craig, & Jordon the Installers/Builders & Plasterers what a team. They worked well together, was pleasant cheerful & helpful if we had any questions during the work. No mess, very tidy & cleaned up every day. We would recommend this Company to anyone and would certainly use them again for any further work we need doing. We look forward to using our new conservatory.
