Cannot fault Global Windows, from the first phone call ,to the actual fitting the service was exceptional, everybody has been helpful, pleasant ,polite , I have used Global for a while now and always received the same excellent service ,can't rate them highly enough

Couldn't be happier with Global, from our first contact in the showroom, through to design consultations in our home, and then the demolition of our old conservatory to the construction of the new build. All staff are above and beyond, polite, professional, leave everything tidy and clean after each working day, and review what will be happening the following day, right through to completion and aftersales. We will definitely use Global again in the future and highly recommend.

Very good from start to finish. Mr Bland visited us initially to show us the variety of products available to us. With his software, we were able to select the right door for us. The new door was fitted in half a day on the 21st of August. The fitters were highly skilled and completed the job to our satisfaction.

Andy and Lee deserve special praise for the expertise and professionalism which they brought to the job ; the fit-and-finish of the final product was faultless and,as team,the lads were always punctual, polite and respectful.We couldn't have asked for a better service!

New front door: excellent customer service from start to finish - reponded very quickly to enquiries, proactively followed up after each stage with a call or email; very helpful and friendly. Fitters were brilliant. Very pleased with the quality of the door and looks great. Best window/door company we have ever used. Would highly recommend.

Good communication throughout. Promptly came out to quote. Had to wait 8 weeks for fitting but that was made clear at the time of the quote being given. Professional fitting, tidied up after themselves

Over 24 years ago global built my husband and I a brand new conservatory with a wood grain effect finish. After 11 years we decided to get an insulated roof installed on place of the glass one. Well, time and time tide wait for no one and the wood grain vinyl wrap had started breaking down and a number of window panels had failed. So, now in my own I decided to try and get the old frames and Windows replaced without demolishing the roof. I had two quotes from well known companies that said a full removal of frames and roof would be needed and a complete rebuke from the dwarf walls upwards. Global came in with a much different attitude. From the start they said it would not be necessary to year down everything and they could replace the side panels and glass with the warm roof in place. Well, the new design was agreed, window style and openings sorted. Once the fitters arrived everything went very smoothly. Final touches such as filling, plastering etc done and all waste removed and the site tidied. Superb work and the room already looks stylish and very neat. I am awaiting my decorator to do the painting but I am extremely happy with the quality and workmanship.

Fantastic from start to finish! We had a large-ish solid roof conservatory done by Global Windows and they couldn’t have made the process any easier. From the initial site visit, to quote and design, planning permission and even some unexpected issues from Yorkshire Water, right through to build and completion, the team at Global took care of everything with professionalism and care. The installation teams were all great, friendly, clean and tidy and kept us informed of everything. Pretty much the only thing I had to do was make the hot drinks! Nearing completion, there were a couple of minor issues but the guys were back to sort them within a couple of hours, you can’t ask for better service than that! I would highly recommend Global Windows and they will certainly be my first call for any future projects. A massive thank you to everyone at Global. We love our new conservatory!

Excellent from start to finish. Completed on time, good price, good quality work including by their in-house builder. Pleasure to deal with and we’ll be back when we’re ready for the conservatory
