New windows and doors fitted. A pleasure to deal with this company, from start to finish. Professional and courteous throughout the process, from the initial visit from Mick through the fitting by Anthony and Simon. Special shout out to these lads, they got the job done in two days despite day one being horrendous weather - I wouldn't have grumbled if they'd sacked it off for the day, but they carried on regardless, making sure everything was clean and tidy when they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

Global Windows provided and exceptional service from first contact by telephone, to the salesmen's visit to the fitting of the windows and front door. Aaron and Keegan arrived on time and did not stop work until they left in the afternoons. The whole installation was finished on time and to an exceptional quality. Aaron and Keegan tidied up before leaving each day and were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Global Windows to any who ask.

Conversion of conservatory into a solid roof extension with all new frames and doors. What a fantastic company to do business with. Every single person we had contact with was courteous and professional. From the initial contact to contract completion was a great experience. They went far beyond the scope of contract and at every step of the way we were kept updated of progress. It is seldom the case in the building industry that you have an outcome that exceeds expectation. We would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact we have already to our neighbour. 10 out of 10 for Global, with special thanks to Russell and Joe.

We are really pleased with our new windows from Global. They look fabulous!! The customer service was exceptionally good and we particularly appreciated Trevor’s help in guiding us with the right choices. He was very patient and helpful. The fitters were great , very efficient and friendly. Before going for Global we had looked into a few Sheffield companies for quotes but chose Global due to price and timescale from order to fitting. Am so glad we did as they were brilliant !

Decided to call into Global Windows showroom in Sheffield after looking at replacing our Upvc side door . Looking around their showroom, which is well laid out, to browse at ease. We were well looked after, and after some discussion we picked our door, paid a deposit, sorted a fitting day, and when home happy. Day of fitting arrived, on time, welcome greetings to Mark Finlay and his workmate, whose name I’ve forgotten,sorry. All prepped up and ready to go. So me being nosey I watched for a little while whilst chatting with the fitters.one door out, and in goes the new one, got a bit noisy drilling the fitting holes, so left Mark to carry on. So, all done, all cleaned up, inside and outside. Love the door and the service we received from start to finish, and that same day we called into the office to pay the the balance. We also had planned to change our front door at a later date, but on the way to pay we decided to take another look around the showroom, and picked out our front door, paid our deposit, and now we’re just waiting for a final measure up and fitting day. Maybe get Mark Finlay and mate again, but if not, I’m sure whoever calls to fit the door will be just as Brilliant. Thank you Global Windows.

Global windows in Sheffield installed my windows and doors and I would recommend them to anyone. The are professional friendly and a very impressive team. They started a day before and finished within time The installers Anthony and Lee were very good at their jobs and worked together very well. I immediately felt at ease with them both and they cleaned up after themselves I had no mess at all a great team.

From the very first contact with Allan we were impressed. He was professional, realistic and honest and from there on we weren't disappointed, we were kept informed of dates and times, James the surveyor came, again he was professional and helpful and then the fitters Andy and Shaun were fantastic. Again professional and left no mess after fitting all 9 windows. We definitely would recommend you to family and friends as the quality of the products are brilliant and the service is fantastic. Thank you for everyone involved for making this process run so smoothly.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job all went smooth. The diagram of the door really let us know what the finished job would look like. The lads who fitted the door were polite and helpful, and finished the job in quick time. We have used this company before and will use it again if we need their expertise.

Thoroughly impressive from start to finish. We approached Global to replace our 2 bay windows and 6 other windows. From Trevor, from the sales team, who helped us choose windows that kept the design and character of our house, answered our (many) questions and also gave practical, sensible advice on managing our budget, to the team in the showroom and office, who never rushed us to make a decision but were always helpful and polite and communicated carefully. The survey was thorough and needed additional scaffolding and a further visit to be exactly sure of measurements, all organised withing 48 hours. Special mention however to Andy and Shaun, who were punctual every morning, completed all the work on time and went above and beyond to give us the best finish possible. They were careful to protect the carpets and rooms and cleaned every day. One pane broke on the final day of fitting and instead of a long wait for this to be changed, they had it ready and installed within 2 working days. In terms of price, although not the cheapest they were certainly not the most expensive. We would recommend them unreservedly and will definitely consider them for any future work.

We have had work done by Global before and chose them this time to fit New Windows and Doors. From our initial enquiry to job completion they were friendly and helpful. The work was completed on time within budget and to an excellent standard. We would fully recommend Global to our friends and family. Excellent job done. Thank you to all the team at Global.

After a fair few months of looking for a good window provider we can say we are one hundred percent happy with Global. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Michael with the quote, the lovely ladies from the office and Andy and Josh who fitted our seven windows and front door. Very professional, good quality, quick and efficient work. My mum wanted to say thank you so much for the fantastic service Global windows have given her following her burglary. From start to finish they reassured her the replacement patio doors would be robust and fitted as quickly as possible to ensure the property was secured. On the day of fitting the fitters arrived promptly and installed the doors with no mess. The gentleman who organised this from Global (sorry she couldn’t remember his name) came out to check the doors and to see mum was happy with them brought her a beautiful bunch of flowers. Mum was over the moon. Thank you so much.

We decided to re-use this Company despite moving house and County. Global were helpful and very professional at all stages of the installation. We found all their staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dates given, returning phone calls etc. were all met. The price was very competitive, the quality of their products was excellent with a good range of colours and styles. The fitters were very hardworking, managed to get the work done in one day rather than the expected 2, mainly due to the fact they worked as a team, didn’t take breaks and clearly knew their job. Great company.

We contracted with Global to replace our windows and doors and build a very large 6x4 m orangery . From start to finish the quality and customer service have been amazing . When Paul visited us to discuss the orangery he really listened to us in terms of the design and the final room is spectacular! There was zero pressure sales the quote arrived the next day and the price was itemised for each window and door and the orangery build something another quote didn’t do. The contracting process was simple clear and easy via docusign and after Jo visited to do the survey we were supplied with a detailed project schedule which included the names and contact numbers of the builder and the electrician. The project despite needing a raft rather than strip footings to meet the building inspectors’ requirements was delivered on the due date which was 6 weeks 2 days from start to finish. Jo ( the project manager) made frequent visits and was incredibly responsive when we had any queries . As this was a large project we met 16 Global employees in total completing the various stages and they were all prompt punctual tidy and actually good fun. The quality of their work is superb. We were particularly struck by how long many of them have been working for global which is a good sign. We had a number of quotes for the work and we consider the price was great value for money given the quality of workmanship and customer care. I cannot recommend Global highly enough

Bought new windows (8 in total) and a door for the front of the house. Great service from the start and after fitting. The salesperson understood our requirements, provided details of the product and answered our questions. We visited the showroom to see the products to make a final selection. This was really helpful to make our choice of door. The surveyor visited, explained what was required, how they would be fitted and that we would need scaffolding. Bit of a surprise, but we knew it was a possibility. Fitting was the best part. The window fitters arrived as expected, were very professional, tidied up after themselves and completed it in 1 day rather than the scheduled 2 days. The windows and doors look brilliant. More importantly, there is less noise, the wind does not blow through the vents and it is much warmer. Price-wise - this was the middle of 3 quotes we obtained. I would not hesitate to use Global Windows again.

Excellent work by the Global team. Polycarbonate roof removed and replaced with solid roof. We had a few quotes for the work and decided to go with Global mainly because of the attention to detail from Paul, who came to do the initial survey and quote. The work was completed on time and to a high standard and the guys doing the fit were all polite and friendly. The plasterer was particularly good as there was some tricky boxing and he came up with a great solution for it. A couple of minor issues that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently. Thoroughly recommend.

Very happy and impressed with my new door and windows.Had lots of comments from friends and neighbours on how good they look. The company helped me design and choose. Everyone at Global were friendly and professional. Got the job done on the day they said with no mess at all. Well done Global. No other company I tried could match their price.

From the first time we popped into the showroom for a chat, to the final payment, everything about our conservatory roof replacement has been excellent. Everyone at Global has been both pleasant and professional. The price they quoted us was fair. All work started and was completed on time, and we had visits from the Project Manager almost every day. Although different teams were involved (roofers, electrician, plasterer) they all communicated with each other, so they all knew what was going on, and what our requirements were. They were great at keeping us up to date as work progressed, and we got a daily update before they left the site each day. Work was completed to a high standard, and they were very respectful of our property and always left the site clean and tidy. Having work of this sort done was a big investment for us, but we felt confident that they were looking after us throughout. We gladly recommend them to anyone considering a conservatory roof replacement. And now that the roof is done, the conservatory is much warmer and quieter.

The installers were very tidy, polite and considerate all the time they was replacing the windows and doors into the garden. Good value for money and would recommend them again to anyone

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Global windows for doing an excellent job from start to finish: After visiting the showroom which is nicely laid out showing all the different types of windows and doors and patterned glasses to help us make our decision Trevor the salesman – very knowledgeably having done it for a number of years and his recommendations on colours and door accessories were appreciated, the quotation was easy to understand. We were kept up to date with the installation date by David, which was kept to and was a shorter delivery time than other companies we spoke to. The scaffolders arrived the day before and were excellent, keeping the driveway clear so we could garage our car at night. The installation team Steve and Becks arrived at 8am on the day of installation and immediately got to work covering the carpets and furniture in case any dust was shed after taking out the old windows, it was like this for the whole 3 1/2 days they were here, they treat our home like they would there own and after each working day cleaned up to a high standard. On completion, the scaffolders arrived the same afternoon and took down the Scaffolding. Pat in the office was very friendly and made sure that all the paperwork went through and certification sent through with a few days. Overall I would recommend Global windows every day of the week to anyone wanting new doors and windows Great Job

We decided to go with Global to replace our existing conservatory. We had a number of quotations from various suppliers and chose Global after visiting their showroom and meeting their representatives. They visited our property and following discussions to meet our requirements and their recommendations. Friendly outgoing staff, not pushy but professional. After a number of visits we agreed and start date was set. Although a number of months away, they arrived on the agreed date and all work was completed to our complete satisfaction and a high standard. We are very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

From the very start of our project to completion we felt in trustworthy and experienced hands. During the initial planning phase, we were listened to and they delivered our vision.
