Established for over 25 years, at Global Windows we are a local, friendly, family run business that have a reputation for quality, reliability and excellent customer service from initial contact to the finished product.

At our head office and showroom in Handsworth, Sheffield, South Yorkshire we provide you with quality windows, doors, orangeries, conservatories and more. All of our products feature high quality double glazing for security and warmth. We treat every home as individually as the owner and we invite you to visit us and meet our friendly, welcoming team and see our showroom in Handsworth, Sheffield. We provide you with a 10 year guarantee on the majority of our products and also a 10 year insurance backed guarantee.

A very professional company from the estimate through to the quotation. The job took five days but the fitters were efficient and thorough in their approach to doing a good job, seldom taking a break and making good any damage to plaster work or window surround. The price was very competitive, undercutting other quotes in the area from similar suppliers, made all the better by adding a discount for early settlement. We have an outstanding issue with a scratched window, but a date has been fixed to rectify that.

Hi David. Thank you for your feedback :) I have spoken to you already regarding your feedback but to just to confirm what we discussed. You will have received our maintenance guide where it explains to always lift the handle up when shutting the door. This is to align all the locks and hooks back inline to their keeps. This helps keep the door straight and to help stop the door from natural thermal distortion which can occur on rare occasions if not locked properly. The fitters arrived promptly as expected and got on with the job straight away, the door was fitted much quicker than expected and the old door taken away. The fitters were hardworking and aside from the noise of the tools were very quiet. I would recommend and have already done so. My only criticism was they could have swept the mess from filling from the front drive.

We had some old wooden sash windows removed and replaced by double glazed sash windows. We wanted to retain the look of the original windows, and Global did just that. They worked efficiently and finished the job in a day. The finished windows look fantastic and we are very pleased with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Global.
