Global are a family firm and it shows, very easy going, friendly and very helpful. Totally no pressure at any time. Doug our salesperson was fantastic, caring, very helpful, gave us some excellent advice and kept us fully informed throughout. Global use their own fitters, Mark and Billy who fitted our windows and doors were great. Hard working started and finished the job on time, excellent standard of workmanship, cleaned up after themselves every evening. We love our new windows and doors, everything about them is high quality and they look great.

Global have recently completed a conservatory at our bungalow. The build was completed on time to budget. The team were very helpful and the communication and aftercare has been excellent. Global were prompt, cooperative and very clean and tidy We had an issue with floor levels which was resolved promptly to our satisfaction. I would recommend their services.

We had Global Windows to replace an old conservatory what a great job Aaron and Lewis did. It was completed to schedule and budget although the weather at times was awful wind and rain. They were very courteous, clean and tidy. The helpfulness and aftercare from Global is second to none would certainly use this company again

Have used Global Windows twice now, for upstairs windows and also a front door. Excellent workmanship each time, despite some challenges with existing frames being less than square on one side of the house. Work was done on time, efficiently and no mess at end. Very happy with quality of both windows and door - finally have got rid of drafts! Whole customer service and support process was great from start to finish. And great value as well. Have no hesitation in recommending.

Global windows built my conservatory in 2002. They were excellent in every way so they were my 1st choice when we decided to install a Guardian insulated roof. We had to postpone the original date of the installation because of the atrocious weather in January. Global agreed to this so there was no problem. The installers were very good, workmanlike, tidy and efficient. Costs were as quoted. The roof has made a tremendous difference and I would recommend the installation and the installers without hesitation.

Just thought I’d write this review and make the effort to say how happy we are from start to finish with all the team at Global Windows after having all windows replaced on our house. The workmanship and quality is fantastic. The amount of noise reduction and warmth is amazing. Would highly recommend and will use in future if needed with anything else. Thank you to all.

We needed ageing hardwood windows replacing after 40 years for the whole house - 13 windows in all. Salesman Allan was honest and factual and knowledgeable about his products, even humorous. He ensured that our specific needs were met. Fitting was arranged within 4 weeks and the job carried out in 3 days. The fitting team Andy and Shaun were efficient, tidy and clean ensuring that areas were covered by dust sheets prior to commencing each room. They were friendly and cheerful and did an excellent job. Andy spotted a small crack in the final window frame which I guess most fitters would miss and had a replacement made which was fitted one week later, completing the job. The job was the right price, the product of excellent quality and fitted within the time frame quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We recently had a conservatory built onto our kitchen. the global window gave great customer service from start to finish. There was no pressure from the salesperson just helpful advice on how to get the best from the limited space we had available. We were issues a work plan which they stuck to leaving the job clean and tidy after each day. The quality of workmanship was very high a d nothing was to much trouble I would recommend Global to anyone.

Just had 6 windows and 2 doors fitted, from start to finish everything went well from Paul the salesman coming up with various suggestions and showing us different coloured doors on the photo's of our two doors he had took previously, nothing was to much trouble and competitively priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful with no pressure, the fitters Andy and Shaun worked extremely methodical and efficiently, and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone.

Would highly recommend. Extremely professional service from start to finish. Paul came out to measure up and give us a quote for a composite front door, went through all the options, very knowledgeable and really nice bloke. We was booked in to have the door fitted in April but due to the virus was put on hold. We were kept informed of what was happening and was contacted to rebook a date. Fitters that came to do the installation were very polite, did a fantastic job and left us neat and tidy. We will definitely be using Global Windows again when we update the windows and conservatory. We needed a replacement roof for the Global conservatory that was initially built in 2003. Work began on the Monday morning just before the lockdown announcement later that day. The team ensured that we were happy for them to continue to do as much of they external work as they could whilst maintaining strict social distancing. Unfortunately they were unable to complete the internal work - plastering and electrics - until restrictions were lifted but again the team were extremely diligent in ensuring guidance was adhered to during the final stages of the work. We are extremely pleased with the high standard of work and the professionalism of the team throughout the whole process! Thanks to Paul for the initial survey, to Joe for ensuring work was progressing as planned, and Billy and the team for their superb craftsmanship!

Delighted with the replacement Guardian roof, it has transformed our rather tired conservatory inside and out and made a huge difference. All the Global tradesman who attended were professional, friendly and efficient, even in the challenge of carrying out the work during the pandemic. All COVID guidelines and protocols were adhered to, keeping us and others safe. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Global.

We were recommended Global Windows by a friend back in February so we visited their showrooms at Handsworth. From the moment we walked in you could tell they were a very professional company. We were shown all their products and a date was arranged to measure up and give us a quote. That was all sorted a week later, everything was clearly explained and a competitive price was given. Then Covid kicked in! Throughout the shut down we were kept informed of what was happening, and once things were opened up again our work was completed. I can’t fault Global, all appointments were kept to, on time, all paperwork was sent through and the windows fitted without any hassle or mess. The two fitters who came were quality tradesmen. I would recommend them to anyone. Top Quality.

From the initial conversation with Global, to the consultation, actual fitting and follow up service, they were spot on at every step. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and helpful. Although Global weren't the cheapest quote we received, they came highly recommended and we knew that it would be worth the extra money for their services, particularly as our old windows were challenging to remove due to the rendering. We'd particularly like to praise Mick and Nigel, the fitters, who were fantastic and a genuine pleasure to have around for 4 days!

We returned to Global Windows as we had previously experienced their excellent workmanship, customer service & competitive pricing. We were delighted to find their standards have remained as high as ever.

Had 2 large bedroom windows and patio doors fitted. Patio doors needed walls chopping and some plaster work. Two men arrived and worked very hard, professionally and politely. Cannot fault them or the work they have done. Windows a massive improvement on the old ones. The patio door recommended by the company looks fabulous.

Global were recommended to us by several friends and I fully understand why. Their service is excellent from initial planning through to final ‘snagging’. They are not the cheapest but they deliver quality and are worth every penny. They keep you fully informed of the schedule, they are punctual, cheerful and hardworking. The attention to detail is excellent and they leave everything tidy on completion. We will definitely use this company again.

Outstanding from start to finish. I cannot praise Andy and Shaun enough. On time, in atrocious weather, that fortunately improved. Superb fitting of the window, cleaning up, knowledge and friendliness and helpfulness. How wonderful they were.

Global were recommended to us and whilst I was aware they were not the cheapest, we had decided on the Guardian Warm Roof for our conservatory and we had seen the quality of work at our friend’s home. I appreciated being kept informed every step of the way by the project manager – which includes a final ‘snagging’ appointment to ensure that we were happy with everything. Building regulation approval is obtained on your behalf and the structure is insured for 10 years. We are thrilled with the end result, a bright and warm conservatory that we can now use all year round.

Global were fantastic, start to finish. We viewed products in the showroom, got a quote and booked immediately. The customer service was fantastic and we were kept in the loop throughout regarding start dates / times etc. The fitters were prompt / tidy / courteous and craftsmanship was fantastic. Trevor, thanks, superb service. My husband and I came into the showroom back in July just simply to view the colour of composite doors. You were most helpful, giving us your time and some great advice even though you knew we weren’t going to buy from you as we were from Manchester and just browsing for colours. Just as we were leaving I said to my husband “what a lovely man, Mum’s had some quotes for her double glazing but I wasn’t impressed with the customer service I got when presented with the quotes, let me ask him if he can come over?" You came over met my dad while my mum was in hospital and his words “ what a great man “. You took the time to get to know our needs and offered some great advice on the window openers and also gave me the assurance that my parents would be in good hands given their circumstances and nothing would be a problem for installation. Deal done. Since then communication has been great and you gave me so many reassurances during this difficult time as you knew I couldn’t get across to Sheffield to help my parents. The windows are now in. You came on the morning of installation to make my parents feel at ease and even called me to let me know you were there. The boss ( my mum ) is really pleased. The Installation guys were great. It does all go back to that day that we walked in and you gave us your time. My profession is Sales Trainer. I train sales people the skills for selling. So many can take a few tips from you.

We are very pleased with the end result - our beautiful new conservatory. This company was recommended to us by two of our neighbours and we are now also happy to recommend Global Windows. The building work was started in August but due to the pandemic there was a delay in erecting the conservatory. However once the materials arrived good progress was made to a high standard throughout.

Previously had Global to replace gutters. Did a good and satisfactory job so decided to have them to replace my old and rotting wooden garage window. Workmen arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and with due consideration to surrounding garden. They were polite and made a good job of the window considering they had a bit of adjustment to carry out. Overall very satisfactory.

From start to finish we have had a good experience, albeit delays incurred with the current Covid-19 situation. When the date was agreed to install the windows, and the two fitters, Andy & Sean turned up to start the installation, we could not have been happier. From turning up, they covered all floorings with plastic sheeting and dust sheets. They were very tidy in their work, and you could not tell they had just taken out the old windows, and put new in. They turned up every day on time, sheeted up and worked through the day without any hiccups. They were very considerate, tidy and explained everything they were doing that day, and what they would be doing the next day. We had 11 windows, a new composite front door and bifold doors on the back - everyone installed in the same professional manner. Anyone thinking of having new windows/doors installed, then choosing Global would be a good choice. I would also insist on getting Andy & Sean to complete the work, you will not be disappointed. We used Global Windows after reading their customer rating on Which. The fact that their showroom/office was nearby was a bonus. We can’t praise the service and quality of the conservatory highly enough. The conservatory is quite bespoke. It required a box gutter. There was a small leak. The Global guys promptly sorted it and it’s been fine since. We’re absolutely delighted with our new conservatory.
