Really happy with the service from Global Windows right from the start the customer service was great, friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were kept informed throughout the process and the guys that fitted the patio door did a very tidy job of it, you can see they took their time to get it right. All this at a great price too, I would definitely recommend them.

We have just had our windows and door replaced by Global Windows and I have to post this review as I highly recommend this business. From Trevor coming out to quote and advise on openings on windows and finishing handles and door style to giving quote ( no hard sell ) to Andy and Sean arriving to fit we could tell this was going to be a job we had faith in to be done. Within minutes of Andy and Sean arriving the dust sheets and stair covering were down and windows being worked on all while managing to converse to us what to work was to be carried out that day. It was apparent from the start that Andy and Sean worked well as a team, one working inside, the other outside completely in sync with each other. The workmanship they have can only be described as excellent and professional. They are efficient and daily cleaned up, leaving no mess for myself to do. We even had neighbours commenting how quickly the windows went in and how they never stopped work, even though weather was extremely hot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these two guys from how well they work together to being really nice people who we quickly felt at ease with. I would certainly advise asking specifically for Andy and Sean, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Thank you guys.

We have had new doors and windows throughout the house. After getting quotes from numerous companies we decided on Global Windows and we are really pleased with the work. Every member of staff that we have come into contact with have been brilliant. Trevor from sales came to speak to us initially, bringing sample products and brochures. He then sent us images of what our choices would look like, providing advice and information when requested. The surveyor talked us through more details and helped us to make our final decisions. The office staff were friendly and helpful whenever I rang and they kept us up to date with start / finish dates etc. Andy and Sean were fantastic! They have done a great job and worked systematically and quickly through the house. They did a great job of tidying up and there was no mess at the end of each day. Trevor even popped in during installation to see how the work was progressing. The work was completed on time and within budget. I would definitely recommend Global Windows, in fact I have already recommended them to my friends!

These guys are superb. Andy and Sean are brilliant at their jobs. No mess, everything tidy, very efficient. The quality of the windows second to none. Trevor who initially visited to quote us knows his stuff, no sales pressure. One of the window frames had a slight flaw which I didn't even notice. Andy the fitter pointed it out to me and had insisted on replacing it. Obviously these lads of perfectionists. I would wholly recommend using this company to anybody reading this. I have even recommended them to a friend around the corner who has already agreed an install date. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Really disappointed with Global Windows, It took two attempts to fit the Bifold and French doors. DPM missing on the first attempt and holes under bifold, Replacement of rendering is still ongoing the third attempt coming soon, peddle dash stuck on with silicone on the second attempt, patio tile smashed, rubbish left and unfinished work, we have been blamed for various issues and then asked to pay more money before final fixes have been made. quoted - 2day job - now two weeks later four visits and no finish line in sight.

Can not fault this company for all their help in replacing our polycarbonate roof with a Guardian warm roof. From start to finish the work was carried out in a professional manner, always on time, clean and tidy workers can not praise Simon and Mick enough also Joe for all his help.

Ordered replacement windows last December after they had successfully replaced the glass orangery roof with a warm roof. Very considerately done as my wife was being treated for cancer at the time. They were a natural choice for the window replacement. The quote was acceptable and we were due to have the work done Earl in March. However, my wife was very ill and I had to call them the night before to ask to move the date forward. I was apprehensive of their response but it was not an issue, they put it on hold until I was ready. The installation has now been completed and I am very happy with the finished product. The installers were very professional and friendly. Whenever I have contacted Global they too have been friendly and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Well done all of you at Global. The orangery roof to is excellent.

Competitive price, no pressure at all unlike other companies. Kept fully up to date with courtesy calls and emails. Customer service is excellent. Window fitters Sean and Andy were fabulous. Clean, tidy and friendly but also worked their socks off. Had a little issue with the patio door but sorted this straight away and is now perfect. Would highly recommend. Very satisfied with all aspects from quote to finish.

We had two quotes for replacing our third floor bedroom window. The first company said we’d need scaffolding even though we have a decent sized balcony below the window on the second floor. Global’s quote was similar to the other company but they said we wouldn’t need scaffolding. It was a no brainer, therefore, to accept their quote, which we duly did. It was only after the surveyor visited to take exact measurements & photos & after signing the contract that, a week or so later, they then changed their mind and said we’d need to pay an additional £300 for scaffolding! It was, apparently, a health & safety risk & requirement. They wouldn’t budge or help us to meet this cost. We had to proceed as time was pressing on before bad winter weather. They completed the job this morning. Workmen were great & job completed quickly & to good standard. However the workmen never used the scaffolding erected on the balcony (didn’t bring in a ladder to access the scaffolding), apart from climbing out of the new window to seal & clean. It was basically all done from inside. So, although they may have made a genuine mistake here, next time we have any window quotes I would get it in writing about the scaffolding first. Indeed, it would be better if all Global’s sales persons have an understanding of the same health & safety requirements as their surveyors.

Unlike other window companies I approached Global Windows were able to visit me very soon after my initial enquiry. Very quickly on their first visit they showed a thorough knowledge of their business and identified just what we wanted during discussions. We made an appointment at the first meeting for the installation date which was about 16 weeks later. This installation took place on the date agreed and the work was professional throughout.

From the initial consultation about our front door and the help with choosing which to have fitted, to the finished job, everyone involved was very helpful and knowledgeable. The door is very strong and draughtproof, and the quality is first class. We are very pleased we chose this firm and highly recommend them.

Third time we have used Global. All the work was carried out speedily, on time and professionally from start to finish and could not be faulted. A special mention for Michael in Sales, Joe for overseeing the work, Ian and Aaron, (fitters), Craig (plastering) and Steve (electrician) who all worked tirelessly throughout. Global must be proud to have such great people working for them. Everyone arrived on time as promised and left the place tidy afterwards.

Removed existing wooden door. Supplied and fitted new Composite door to the utility room giving access to rear garden. The work was carried out in line with the quote on the day agreed in a clean professional manner, with all waste and old door removed by the fitter. An excellent job!

The job was to install a Guardian roof on an existing conservatory. The workers arrived on time and completed the installation in the agreed timeframe and on budget. We were kept informed of who would arrive and when and also of any changes to the original schedule. Final inspection was immediately after completion and any snagging details were completed the next day. A professional service from start to finish.

Global have just replaced our French patio doors, and the difference is amazing. This sliding unit feels solid and substantial unlike the previous. Not the cheapest company in the book, but the attention to detail, product quality and the undoubted expertise of the two guys who did the installation make the extra few quid feel really well spent. I've a bit of a jaded outlook on the quality of current day customer satisfaction ethic, but would suggest that Global has given me hope. Great job.

From the very start of our project to completion we felt in trustworthy and experienced hands. During the initial planning phase, we were listened to and they delivered our vision. All employees were trustworthy and committed to provided a quality end product. Although the project took a little longer than planned we have an extension that we are very pleased with. Many thanks to a quality team and company.

We decided to go with Global to replace our existing conservatory. We had a number of quotations from various suppliers and chose Global after visiting their showroom and meeting their representatives. They visited our property and following discussions to meet our requirements and their recommendations. Friendly outgoing staff, not pushy but professional. After a number of visits we agreed and start date was set. Although a number of months away, they arrived on the agreed date and all work was completed to our complete satisfaction and a high standard. We are very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Global windows for doing an excellent job from start to finish: After visiting the showroom which is nicely laid out showing all the different types of windows and doors and patterned glasses to help us make our decision Trevor the salesman – very knowledgeably having done it for a number of years and his recommendations on colours and door accessories were appreciated, the quotation was easy to understand. We were kept up to date with the installation date by David, which was kept to and was a shorter delivery time than other companies we spoke to. The scaffolders arrived the day before and were excellent, keeping the driveway clear so we could garage our car at night. The installation team Steve and Becks arrived at 8am on the day of installation and immediately got to work covering the carpets and furniture in case any dust was shed after taking out the old windows, it was like this for the whole 3 1/2 days they were here, they treat our home like they would there own and after each working day cleaned up to a high standard. On completion, the scaffolders arrived the same afternoon and took down the Scaffolding. Pat in the office was very friendly and made sure that all the paperwork went through and certification sent through with a few days. Overall I would recommend Global windows every day of the week to anyone wanting new doors and windows Great Job

The installers were very tidy, polite and considerate all the time they was replacing the windows and doors into the garden. Good value for money and would recommend them again to anyone

From the first time we popped into the showroom for a chat, to the final payment, everything about our conservatory roof replacement has been excellent. Everyone at Global has been both pleasant and professional. The price they quoted us was fair. All work started and was completed on time, and we had visits from the Project Manager almost every day. Although different teams were involved (roofers, electrician, plasterer) they all communicated with each other, so they all knew what was going on, and what our requirements were. They were great at keeping us up to date as work progressed, and we got a daily update before they left the site each day. Work was completed to a high standard, and they were very respectful of our property and always left the site clean and tidy. Having work of this sort done was a big investment for us, but we felt confident that they were looking after us throughout. We gladly recommend them to anyone considering a conservatory roof replacement. And now that the roof is done, the conservatory is much warmer and quieter.

Excellent work by the Global team. Polycarbonate roof removed and replaced with solid roof. We had a few quotes for the work and decided to go with Global mainly because of the attention to detail from Paul, who came to do the initial survey and quote. The work was completed on time and to a high standard and the guys doing the fit were all polite and friendly. The plasterer was particularly good as there was some tricky boxing and he came up with a great solution for it. A couple of minor issues that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently. Thoroughly recommend.

Bought new windows (8 in total) and a door for the front of the house. Great service from the start and after fitting. The salesperson understood our requirements, provided details of the product and answered our questions. We visited the showroom to see the products to make a final selection. This was really helpful to make our choice of door. The surveyor visited, explained what was required, how they would be fitted and that we would need scaffolding. Bit of a surprise, but we knew it was a possibility. Fitting was the best part. The window fitters arrived as expected, were very professional, tidied up after themselves and completed it in 1 day rather than the scheduled 2 days. The windows and doors look brilliant. More importantly, there is less noise, the wind does not blow through the vents and it is much warmer. Price-wise - this was the middle of 3 quotes we obtained. I would not hesitate to use Global Windows again.

We contracted with Global to replace our windows and doors and build a very large 6x4 m orangery . From start to finish the quality and customer service have been amazing . When Paul visited us to discuss the orangery he really listened to us in terms of the design and the final room is spectacular! There was zero pressure sales the quote arrived the next day and the price was itemised for each window and door and the orangery build something another quote didn’t do. The contracting process was simple clear and easy via docusign and after Jo visited to do the survey we were supplied with a detailed project schedule which included the names and contact numbers of the builder and the electrician. The project despite needing a raft rather than strip footings to meet the building inspectors’ requirements was delivered on the due date which was 6 weeks 2 days from start to finish. Jo ( the project manager) made frequent visits and was incredibly responsive when we had any queries . As this was a large project we met 16 Global employees in total completing the various stages and they were all prompt punctual tidy and actually good fun. The quality of their work is superb. We were particularly struck by how long many of them have been working for global which is a good sign. We had a number of quotes for the work and we consider the price was great value for money given the quality of workmanship and customer care. I cannot recommend Global highly enough
