We decided to re-use this Company despite moving house and County. Global were helpful and very professional at all stages of the installation. We found all their staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dates given, returning phone calls etc. were all met. The price was very competitive, the quality of their products was excellent with a good range of colours and styles. The fitters were very hardworking, managed to get the work done in one day rather than the expected 2, mainly due to the fact they worked as a team, didn’t take breaks and clearly knew their job. Great company.

My mum wanted to say thank you so much for the fantastic service Global windows have given her following her burglary. From start to finish they reassured her the replacement patio doors would be robust and fitted as quickly as possible to ensure the property was secured. On the day of fitting the fitters arrived promptly and installed the doors with no mess. The gentleman who organised this from Global (sorry she couldn’t remember his name) came out to check the doors and to see mum was happy with them brought her a beautiful bunch of flowers. Mum was over the moon. Thank you so much.

After a fair few months of looking for a good window provider we can say we are one hundred percent happy with Global. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Thoroughly impressive from start to finish. We approached Global to replace our 2 bay windows and 6 other windows. From Trevor, from the sales team, who helped us choose windows that kept the design and character of our house, answered our (many) questions and also gave practical, sensible advice on managing our budget, to the team in the showroom and office, who never rushed us to make a decision but were always helpful and polite and communicated carefully. The survey was thorough and needed additional scaffolding and a further visit to be exactly sure of measurements, all organised withing 48 hours. Special mention however to Andy and Shaun, who were punctual every morning, completed all the work on time and went above and beyond to give us the best finish possible. They were careful to protect the carpets and rooms and cleaned every day. One pane broke on the final day of fitting and instead of a long wait for this to be changed, they had it ready and installed within 2 working days. In terms of price, although not the cheapest they were certainly not the most expensive. We would recommend them unreservedly and will definitely consider them for any future work.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job all went smooth. The diagram of the door really let us know what the finished job would look like. The lads who fitted the door were polite and helpful, and finished the job in quick time. We have used this company before and will use it again if we need their expertise.

From the very first contact with Allan we were impressed. He was professional, realistic and honest and from there on we weren't disappointed, we were kept informed of dates and times, James the surveyor came, again he was professional and helpful and then the fitters Andy and Shaun were fantastic. Again professional and left no mess after fitting all 9 windows. We definitely would recommend you to family and friends as the quality of the products are brilliant and the service is fantastic. Global windows in Sheffield installed my windows and doors and I would recommend them to anyone. The are professional friendly and a very impressive team. They started a day before and finished within time The installers Anthony and Lee were very good at their jobs and worked together very well. I immediately felt at ease with them both and they cleaned up after themselves I had no mess at all a great team.

Decided to call into Global Windows showroom in Sheffield after looking at replacing our Upvc side door . Looking around their showroom, which is well laid out, to browse at ease. We were well looked after, and after some discussion we picked our door, paid a deposit, sorted a fitting day, and when home happy. Day of fitting arrived, on time, welcome greetings to Mark Finlay and his workmate, whose name I’ve forgotten,sorry. All prepped up and ready to go. So me being nosey I watched for a little while whilst chatting with the fitters.one door out, and in goes the new one, got a bit noisy drilling the fitting holes, so left Mark to carry on. So, all done, all cleaned up, inside and outside. Love the door and the service we received from start to finish, and that same day we called into the office to pay the the balance. We also had planned to change our front door at a later date, but on the way to pay we decided to take another look around the showroom, and picked out our front door, paid our deposit, and now we’re just waiting for a final measure up and fitting day. Maybe get Mark Finlay and mate again, but if not, I’m sure whoever calls to fit the door will be just as Brilliant. Thank you Global Windows.

We are really pleased with our new windows from Global. They look fabulous!! The customer service was exceptionally good and we particularly appreciated Trevor’s help in guiding us with the right choices. He was very patient and helpful. The fitters were great , very efficient and friendly. Before going for Global we had looked into a few Sheffield companies for quotes but chose Global due to price and timescale from order to fitting. Am so glad we did as they were brilliant !

Conversion of conservatory into a solid roof extension with all new frames and doors. What a fantastic company to do business with. Every single person we had contact with was courteous and professional. From the initial contact to contract completion was a great experience. They went far beyond the scope of contract and at every step of the way we were kept updated of progress. It is seldom the case in the building industry that you have an outcome that exceeds expectation. Global Windows provided and exceptional service from first contact by telephone, to the salesmen's visit to the fitting of the windows and front door. Aaron and Keegan arrived on time and did not stop work until they left in the afternoons. The whole installation was finished on time and to an exceptional quality. Aaron and Keegan tidied up before leaving each day and were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Global Windows to any who ask.

New windows and doors fitted. A pleasure to deal with this company, from start to finish. Professional and courteous throughout the process, from the initial visit from Mick through the fitting by Anthony and Simon. Special shout out to these lads, they got the job done in two days despite day one being horrendous weather - I wouldn't have grumbled if they'd sacked it off for the day, but they carried on regardless, making sure everything was clean and tidy when they left. Second composite door ordered and fitted by Global Windows, we had the same pleasant greeting while we were browsing their showroom, and everything from start to finish was just perfect. We had Andy and Sean this time to fit the door and they had to work through a horrid rainy day, but they just got on with it, and all done clean and tidy, two pleasant guys, and the door we picked, well it looks fab, inside and outside.

Global is always my first choice for doors, windows and conservatories. They have always been consistently good and competitively prices. In my opinion, there is no reason to look anywhere else. Very good service from initial quote to installation. Good solid and secure door to repalce the UPVC door that thieves forced open to break in.

In November 2023, Global Windows replaced our leaky 28 year old conservatory with a properly built sunroom extension. We found them to be a really good company to deal with, and are delighted with the outcome. Global did a great job, from the design advice and the survey, all the way through the actual build. The staff on the project –builders, fitters, plasterer and electrician, were very experienced and their workmanship was to an excellent standard. They worked extremely hard through less than ideal weather, kept to schedule, and tidied up very well at all stages. There were regular site visits from Joe, the project manager, who kept us well informed and dealt very quickly with any queries we had, making the whole process painless and stress-free. The buildings inspector visited several times, and even the owner of the company! The new sunroom has transformed the back of the house. All in all, Global are very professional and well organised, and they delivered excellent value for money; we highly recommend them.

Global Windows provided a great service from the first phone call to the actual installation of 4 replacement windows. The sales assessor's suggestions regarding the design were very useful. Aaron and Keegan arrived on the dot and worked right through till late midwinter afternoon. Very tidy, quiet and helpful workmen. A small unforseen hitch occurred which was fixed immediately on the next working day. I would recommend Global above any other firm.

We were building onto our property and also intended replacing existing windows, and were introduced to Global Windows through friends who had replacement windows from them. The ethos of the company appealed to us with the no-quibble, most-current pricing approach together with the standard of workmanship and choice. Our project was quite big so in discussion with 'Global' it was decided to split it into three phases to accommodate our build. From the outset everyone we spoke to was professional, polite and listened to our needs. The windows are of excellent quality and the installation teams were professional and friendly. The after sales service continues in this manner with polite and friendly staff dealing with the associated paperwork. It has been a pleasure dealing with a company which obviously takes a pride in all aspects of its work. We would not hesitate to recommend Global Windows based on our positive experience.
