We arranged for Global to replace a bathroom window, after they gave us a very competitive quote. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would, the fitters were very polite and they left absolutely no mess. Communication with Global has been great. We are very pleased with the results.

We were building onto our property and also intended replacing existing windows, and were introduced to Global Windows through friends who had replacement windows from them. The ethos of the company appealed to us with the no-quibble, most-current pricing approach together with the standard of workmanship and choice. Our project was quite big so in discussion with 'Global' it was decided to split it into three phases to accommodate our build. From the outset everyone we spoke to was professional, polite and listened to our needs. The windows are of excellent quality and the installation teams were professional and friendly. The after sales service continues in this manner with polite and friendly staff dealing with the associated paperwork. It has been a pleasure dealing with a company which obviously takes a pride in all aspects of its work. We would not hesitate to recommend Global Windows based on our positive experience.

Global Windows provided a great service from the first phone call to the actual installation of 4 replacement windows. The sales assessor's suggestions regarding the design were very useful. Aaron and Keegan arrived on the dot and worked right through till late midwinter afternoon. Very tidy, quiet and helpful workmen. A small unforseen hitch occurred which was fixed immediately on the next working day. I would recommend Global above any other firm.

In November 2023, Global Windows replaced our leaky 28 year old conservatory with a properly built sunroom extension. We found them to be a really good company to deal with, and are delighted with the outcome. Global did a great job, from the design advice and the survey, all the way through the actual build. The staff on the project –builders, fitters, plasterer and electrician, were very experienced and their workmanship was to an excellent standard. They worked extremely hard through less than ideal weather, kept to schedule, and tidied up very well at all stages. There were regular site visits from Joe, the project manager, who kept us well informed and dealt very quickly with any queries we had, making the whole process painless and stress-free. The buildings inspector visited several times, and even the owner of the company! The new sunroom has transformed the back of the house. All in all, Global are very professional and well organised, and they delivered excellent value for money; we highly recommend them.

Very good service from initial quote to installation. Good solid and secure door to repalce the UPVC door that thieves forced open to break in.

Second composite door ordered and fitted by Global Windows, we had the same pleasant greeting while we were browsing their showroom, and everything from start to finish was just perfect. We had Andy and Sean this time to fit the door and they had to work through a horrid rainy day, but they just got on with it, and all done clean and tidy, two pleasant guys, and the door we picked, well it looks fab, inside and outside.

Special shout out to these lads, they got the job done in two days despite day one being horrendous weather - I wouldn't have grumbled if they'd sacked it off for the day, but they carried on regardless, making sure everything was clean and tidy when they left. Global Windows provided and exceptional service from first contact by telephone, to the salesmen's visit to the fitting of the windows and front door. Conversion of conservatory into a solid roof extension with all new frames and doors. What a fantastic company to do business with. Every single person we had contact with was courteous and professional. From the initial contact to contract completion was a great experience. They went far beyond the scope of contract and at every step of the way we were kept updated of progress. It is seldom the case in the building industry that you have an outcome that exceeds expectation. We are really pleased with our new windows from Global. They look fabulous!! The customer service was exceptionally good and we particularly appreciated Trevor’s help in guiding us with the right choices. He was very patient and helpful. The fitters were great , very efficient and friendly. Before going for Global we had looked into a few Sheffield companies for quotes but chose Global due to price and timescale from order to fitting. Am so glad we did as they were brilliant !

Decided to call into Global Windows showroom in Sheffield after looking at replacing our Upvc side door . Looking around their showroom, which is well laid out, to browse at ease. We were well looked after, and after some discussion we picked our door, paid a deposit, sorted a fitting day, and when home happy. Day of fitting arrived, on time, welcome greetings to Mark Finlay and his workmate, whose name I’ve forgotten,sorry. All prepped up and ready to go. So me being nosey I watched for a little while whilst chatting with the fitters.one door out, and in goes the new one, got a bit noisy drilling the fitting holes, so left Mark to carry on. So, all done, all cleaned up, inside and outside. Love the door and the service we received from start to finish, and that same day we called into the office to pay the the balance. We also had planned to change our front door at a later date, but on the way to pay we decided to take another look around the showroom, and picked out our front door, paid our deposit, and now we’re just waiting for a final measure up and fitting day. Maybe get Mark Finlay and mate again, but if not, I’m sure whoever calls to fit the door will be just as Brilliant. Thank you Global Windows.

Global windows in Sheffield installed my windows and doors and I would recommend them to anyone. The are professional friendly and a very impressive team. They started a day before and finished within time The installers Anthony and Lee were very good at their jobs and worked together very well. I immediately felt at ease with them both and they cleaned up after themselves I had no mess at all a great team.

From the very first contact with Allan we were impressed. He was professional, realistic and honest and from there on we weren't disappointed, we were kept informed of dates and times, James the surveyor came, again he was professional and helpful and then the fitters Andy and Shaun were fantastic. Again professional and left no mess after fitting all 9 windows. We definitely would recommend you to family and friends as the quality of the products are brilliant and the service is fantastic. From the first phone call to the completion of the job all went smooth. The diagram of the door really let us know what the finished job would look like. The lads who fitted the door were polite and helpful, and finished the job in quick time. We have used this company before and will use it again if we need their expertise.

Thoroughly impressive from start to finish. We approached Global to replace our 2 bay windows and 6 other windows. From Trevor, from the sales team, who helped us choose windows that kept the design and character of our house, answered our (many) questions and also gave practical, sensible advice on managing our budget, to the team in the showroom and office, who never rushed us to make a decision but were always helpful and polite and communicated carefully. The survey was thorough and needed additional scaffolding and a further visit to be exactly sure of measurements, all organised withing 48 hours. Special mention however to Andy and Shaun, who were punctual every morning, completed all the work on time and went above and beyond to give us the best finish possible. They were careful to protect the carpets and rooms and cleaned every day. One pane broke on the final day of fitting and instead of a long wait for this to be changed, they had it ready and installed within 2 working days. In terms of price, although not the cheapest they were certainly not the most expensive. We would recommend them unreservedly and will definitely consider them for any future work.

We have had work done by Global before and chose them this time to fit New Windows and Doors. From our initial enquiry to job completion they were friendly and helpful. After a fair few months of looking for a good window provider we can say we are one hundred percent happy with Global. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. My mum wanted to say thank you so much for the fantastic service Global windows have given her following her burglary. From start to finish they reassured her the replacement patio doors would be robust and fitted as quickly as possible to ensure the property was secured. On the day of fitting the fitters arrived promptly and installed the doors with no mess. The gentleman who organised this from Global (sorry she couldn’t remember his name) came out to check the doors and to see mum was happy with them brought her a beautiful bunch of flowers. Mum was over the moon. Thank you so much.

We decided to re-use this Company despite moving house and County. Global were helpful and very professional at all stages of the installation. We found all their staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dates given, returning phone calls etc. were all met. The price was very competitive, the quality of their products was excellent with a good range of colours and styles. The fitters were very hardworking, managed to get the work done in one day rather than the expected 2, mainly due to the fact they worked as a team, didn’t take breaks and clearly knew their job. Great company.

We contracted with Global to replace our windows and doors and build a very large 6x4 m orangery . From start to finish the quality and customer service have been amazing . When Paul visited us to discuss the orangery he really listened to us in terms of the design and the final room is spectacular! There was zero pressure sales the quote arrived the next day and the price was itemised for each window and door and the orangery build something another quote didn’t do. The contracting process was simple clear and easy via docusign and after Jo visited to do the survey we were supplied with a detailed project schedule which included the names and contact numbers of the builder and the electrician. The project despite needing a raft rather than strip footings to meet the building inspectors’ requirements was delivered on the due date which was 6 weeks 2 days from start to finish. Jo ( the project manager) made frequent visits and was incredibly responsive when we had any queries . As this was a large project we met 16 Global employees in total completing the various stages and they were all prompt punctual tidy and actually good fun. The quality of their work is superb. We were particularly struck by how long many of them have been working for global which is a good sign. We had a number of quotes for the work and we consider the price was great value for money given the quality of workmanship and customer care. I cannot recommend Global highly enough

Bought new windows (8 in total) and a door for the front of the house. Great service from the start and after fitting. The salesperson understood our requirements, provided details of the product and answered our questions. We visited the showroom to see the products to make a final selection. This was really helpful to make our choice of door. The surveyor visited, explained what was required, how they would be fitted and that we would need scaffolding. Bit of a surprise, but we knew it was a possibility. Fitting was the best part. The window fitters arrived as expected, were very professional, tidied up after themselves and completed it in 1 day rather than the scheduled 2 days. The windows and doors look brilliant. More importantly, there is less noise, the wind does not blow through the vents and it is much warmer. Price-wise - this was the middle of 3 quotes we obtained. I would not hesitate to use Global Windows again.

Excellent work by the Global team. Polycarbonate roof removed and replaced with solid roof. We had a few quotes for the work and decided to go with Global mainly because of the attention to detail from Paul, who came to do the initial survey and quote. The work was completed on time and to a high standard and the guys doing the fit were all polite and friendly. The plasterer was particularly good as there was some tricky boxing and he came up with a great solution for it. A couple of minor issues that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently. Thoroughly recommend.

From the first time we popped into the showroom for a chat, to the final payment, everything about our conservatory roof replacement has been excellent. Everyone at Global has been both pleasant and professional. The price they quoted us was fair. All work started and was completed on time, and we had visits from the Project Manager almost every day. Although different teams were involved (roofers, electrician, plasterer) they all communicated with each other, so they all knew what was going on, and what our requirements were. They were great at keeping us up to date as work progressed, and we got a daily update before they left the site each day. Work was completed to a high standard, and they were very respectful of our property and always left the site clean and tidy. Having work of this sort done was a big investment for us, but we felt confident that they were looking after us throughout. We gladly recommend them to anyone considering a conservatory roof replacement. And now that the roof is done, the conservatory is much warmer and quieter.

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Global windows for doing an excellent job from start to finish: After visiting the showroom which is nicely laid out showing all the different types of windows and doors and patterned glasses to help us make our decision Trevor the salesman – very knowledgeably having done it for a number of years and his recommendations on colours and door accessories were appreciated, the quotation was easy to understand. We were kept up to date with the installation date by David, which was kept to and was a shorter delivery time than other companies we spoke to. The scaffolders arrived the day before and were excellent, keeping the driveway clear so we could garage our car at night. The installation team Steve and Becks arrived at 8am on the day of installation and immediately got to work covering the carpets and furniture in case any dust was shed after taking out the old windows, it was like this for the whole 3 1/2 days they were here, they treat our home like they would there own and after each working day cleaned up to a high standard. On completion, the scaffolders arrived the same afternoon and took down the Scaffolding. Pat in the office was very friendly and made sure that all the paperwork went through and certification sent through with a few days. We decided to go with Global to replace our existing conservatory. We had a number of quotations from various suppliers and chose Global after visiting their showroom and meeting their representatives. They visited our property and following discussions to meet our requirements and their recommendations. Friendly outgoing staff, not pushy but professional. After a number of visits we agreed and start date was set. Although a number of months away, they arrived on the agreed date and all work was completed to our complete satisfaction and a high standard. We are very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

From the very start of our project to completion we felt in trustworthy and experienced hands. During the initial planning phase, we were listened to and they delivered our vision. All employees were trustworthy and committed to provided a quality end product. Although the project took a little longer than planned we have an extension that we are very pleased with. Global have just replaced our French patio doors, and the difference is amazing. This sliding unit feels solid and substantial unlike the previous. Not the cheapest company in the book, but the attention to detail, product quality and the undoubted expertise of the two guys who did the installation make the extra few quid feel really well spent. I've a bit of a jaded outlook on the quality of current day customer satisfaction ethic, but would suggest that Global has given me hope. Great job.

The job was to install a Guardian roof on an existing conservatory. The workers arrived on time and completed the installation in the agreed timeframe and on budget. We were kept informed of who would arrive and when and also of any changes to the original schedule. Final inspection was immediately after completion and any snagging details were completed the next day. A professional service from start to finish.

Removed existing wooden door. Supplied and fitted new Composite door to the utility room giving access to rear garden. The work was carried out in line with the quote on the day agreed in a clean professional manner, with all waste and old door removed by the fitter. An excellent job!

Third time we have used Global. All the work was carried out speedily, on time and professionally from start to finish and could not be faulted. A special mention for Michael in Sales, Joe for overseeing the work, Ian and Aaron, (fitters), Craig (plastering) and Steve (electrician) who all worked tirelessly throughout. Global must be proud to have such great people working for them. Everyone arrived on time as promised and left the place tidy afterwards.

From the initial consultation about our front door and the help with choosing which to have fitted, to the finished job, everyone involved was very helpful and knowledgeable. The door is very strong and draughtproof, and the quality is first class. We are very pleased we chose this firm and highly recommend them.

Unlike other window companies I approached Global Windows were able to visit me very soon after my initial enquiry. Very quickly on their first visit they showed a thorough knowledge of their business and identified just what we wanted during discussions. We made an appointment at the first meeting for the installation date which was about 16 weeks later. This installation took place on the date agreed and the work was professional throughout.

We had two quotes for replacing our third floor bedroom window. The first company said we’d need scaffolding even though we have a decent sized balcony below the window on the second floor. Global’s quote was similar to the other company but they said we wouldn’t need scaffolding. It was a no brainer, therefore, to accept their quote, which we duly did. It was only after the surveyor visited to take exact measurements & photos & after signing the contract that, a week or so later, they then changed their mind and said we’d need to pay an additional £300 for scaffolding! It was, apparently, a health & safety risk & requirement. They wouldn’t budge or help us to meet this cost. We had to proceed as time was pressing on before bad winter weather. They completed the job this morning. Workmen were great & job completed quickly & to good standard. However the workmen never used the scaffolding erected on the balcony (didn’t bring in a ladder to access the scaffolding), apart from climbing out of the new window to seal & clean. It was basically all done from inside. So, although they may have made a genuine mistake here, next time we have any window quotes I would get it in writing about the scaffolding first. Indeed, it would be better if all Global’s sales persons have an understanding of the same health & safety requirements as their surveyors.

Competitive price, no pressure at all unlike other companies. Kept fully up to date with courtesy calls and emails. Customer service is excellent. Window fitters Sean and Andy were fabulous. Clean, tidy and friendly but also worked their socks off. Had a little issue with the patio door but sorted this straight away and is now perfect. Would highly recommend. Very satisfied with all aspects from quote to finish.

Ordered replacement windows last December after they had successfully replaced the glass orangery roof with a warm roof. Very considerately done as my wife was being treated for cancer at the time. They were a natural choice for the window replacement. The quote was acceptable and we were due to have the work done Earl in March. However, my wife was very ill and I had to call them the night before to ask to move the date forward. I was apprehensive of their response but it was not an issue, they put it on hold until I was ready. The installation has now been completed and I am very happy with the finished product. The installers were very professional and friendly. Whenever I have contacted Global they too have been friendly and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Well done all of you at Global. The orangery roof to is excellent.

Can not fault this company for all their help in replacing our polycarbonate roof with a Guardian warm roof. From start to finish the work was carried out in a professional manner, always on time, clean and tidy workers can not praise Simon and Mick enough also Joe for all his help.

Really disappointed with Global Windows, It took two attempts to fit the Bifold and French doors. DPM missing on the first attempt and holes under bifold, Replacement of rendering is still ongoing the third attempt coming soon, peddle dash stuck on with silicone on the second attempt, patio tile smashed, rubbish left and unfinished work, we have been blamed for various issues and then asked to pay more money before final fixes have been made. quoted - 2day job - now two weeks later four visits and no finish line in sight.

These guys are superb. Andy and Sean are brilliant at their jobs. No mess, everything tidy, very efficient. The quality of the windows second to none. Trevor who initially visited to quote us knows his stuff, no sales pressure. One of the window frames had a slight flaw which I didn't even notice. Andy the fitter pointed it out to me and had insisted on replacing it. Obviously these lads of perfectionists. I would wholly recommend using this company to anybody reading this. We have had new doors and windows throughout the house. After getting quotes from numerous companies we decided on Global Windows and we are really pleased with the work. Every member of staff that we have come into contact with have been brilliant. Trevor from sales came to speak to us initially, bringing sample products and brochures. He then sent us images of what our choices would look like, providing advice and information when requested. The surveyor talked us through more details and helped us to make our final decisions. The office staff were friendly and helpful whenever I rang and they kept us up to date with start / finish dates etc. Andy and Sean were fantastic! They have done a great job and worked systematically and quickly through the house. They did a great job of tidying up and there was no mess at the end of each day. Trevor even popped in during installation to see how the work was progressing. The work was completed on time and within budget. We have just had our windows and door replaced by Global Windows and I have to post this review as I highly recommend this business. From Trevor coming out to quote and advise on openings on windows and finishing handles and door style to giving quote ( no hard sell ) to Andy and Sean arriving to fit we could tell this was going to be a job we had faith in to be done. Within minutes of Andy and Sean arriving the dust sheets and stair covering were down and windows being worked on all while managing to converse to us what to work was to be carried out that day. It was apparent from the start that Andy and Sean worked well as a team, one working inside, the other outside completely in sync with each other. The workmanship they have can only be described as excellent and professional. They are efficient and daily cleaned up, leaving no mess for myself to do. We even had neighbours commenting how quickly the windows went in and how they never stopped work, even though weather was extremely hot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these two guys from how well they work together to being really nice people who we quickly felt at ease with. I would certainly advise asking specifically for Andy and Sean, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Thank you guys.

Really happy with the service from Global Windows right from the start the customer service was great, friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were kept informed throughout the process and the guys that fitted the patio door did a very tidy job of it, you can see they took their time to get it right. All this at a great price too, I would definitely recommend them.

We used Global Windows after reading their customer rating on Which. The fact that their showroom/office was nearby was a bonus. We can’t praise the service and quality of the conservatory highly enough. The conservatory is quite bespoke. It required a box gutter. There was a small leak. The Global guys promptly sorted it and it’s been fine since. We’re absolutely delighted with our new conservatory.

From start to finish we have had a good experience, albeit delays incurred with the current Covid-19 situation. When the date was agreed to install the windows, and the two fitters, Andy & Sean turned up to start the installation, we could not have been happier. From turning up, they covered all floorings with plastic sheeting and dust sheets. They were very tidy in their work, and you could not tell they had just taken out the old windows, and put new in. They turned up every day on time, sheeted up and worked through the day without any hiccups. They were very considerate, tidy and explained everything they were doing that day, and what they would be doing the next day. We had 11 windows, a new composite front door and bifold doors on the back - everyone installed in the same professional manner. Anyone thinking of having new windows/doors installed, then choosing Global would be a good choice. I would also insist on getting Andy & Sean to complete the work, you will not be disappointed. Previously had Global to replace gutters. Did a good and satisfactory job so decided to have them to replace my old and rotting wooden garage window. Workmen arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and with due consideration to surrounding garden. They were polite and made a good job of the window considering they had a bit of adjustment to carry out. Overall very satisfactory.

We are very pleased with the end result - our beautiful new conservatory. This company was recommended to us by two of our neighbours and we are now also happy to recommend Global Windows. The building work was started in August but due to the pandemic there was a delay in erecting the conservatory. However once the materials arrived good progress was made to a high standard throughout.

Trevor, thanks, superb service. My husband and I came into the showroom back in July just simply to view the colour of composite doors. You were most helpful, giving us your time and some great advice even though you knew we weren’t going to buy from you as we were from Manchester and just browsing for colours. Just as we were leaving I said to my husband “what a lovely man, Mum’s had some quotes for her double glazing but I wasn’t impressed with the customer service I got when presented with the quotes, let me ask him if he can come over?" You came over met my dad while my mum was in hospital and his words “ what a great man “. You took the time to get to know our needs and offered some great advice on the window openers and also gave me the assurance that my parents would be in good hands given their circumstances and nothing would be a problem for installation. Deal done. Since then communication has been great and you gave me so many reassurances during this difficult time as you knew I couldn’t get across to Sheffield to help my parents. The windows are now in. You came on the morning of installation to make my parents feel at ease and even called me to let me know you were there. The boss ( my mum ) is really pleased. The Installation guys were great. It does all go back to that day that we walked in and you gave us your time. My profession is Sales Trainer. I train sales people the skills for selling. So many can take a few tips from you.

Global were fantastic, start to finish. We viewed products in the showroom, got a quote and booked immediately. Global were recommended to us and whilst I was aware they were not the cheapest, we had decided on the Guardian Warm Roof for our conservatory and we had seen the quality of work at our friend’s home. I appreciated being kept informed every step of the way by the project manager – which includes a final ‘snagging’ appointment to ensure that we were happy with everything. Building regulation approval is obtained on your behalf and the structure is insured for 10 years. We are thrilled with the end result, a bright and warm conservatory that we can now use all year round.

Had 2 large bedroom windows and patio doors fitted. Patio doors needed walls chopping and some plaster work. Two men arrived and worked very hard, professionally and politely. Cannot fault them or the work they have done. Windows a massive improvement on the old ones. The patio door recommended by the company looks fabulous.

We returned to Global Windows as we had previously experienced their excellent workmanship, customer service & competitive pricing. We were delighted to find their standards have remained as high as ever.

From the initial conversation with Global, to the consultation, actual fitting and follow up service, they were spot on at every step. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and helpful. Although Global weren't the cheapest quote we received, they came highly recommended and we knew that it would be worth the extra money for their services, particularly as our old windows were challenging to remove due to the rendering. We'd particularly like to praise Mick and Nigel, the fitters, who were fantastic and a genuine pleasure to have around for 4 days!

We were recommended Global Windows by a friend back in February so we visited their showrooms at Handsworth. From the moment we walked in you could tell they were a very professional company. We were shown all their products and a date was arranged to measure up and give us a quote. That was all sorted a week later, everything was clearly explained and a competitive price was given. Then Covid kicked in! Throughout the shut down we were kept informed of what was happening, and once things were opened up again our work was completed. I can’t fault Global, all appointments were kept to, on time, all paperwork was sent through and the windows fitted without any hassle or mess. The two fitters who came were quality tradesmen. Delighted with the replacement Guardian roof, it has transformed our rather tired conservatory inside and out and made a huge difference. All the Global tradesman who attended were professional, friendly and efficient, even in the challenge of carrying out the work during the pandemic. All COVID guidelines and protocols were adhered to, keeping us and others safe. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Global.

We needed a replacement roof for the Global conservatory that was initially built in 2003. Work began on the Monday morning just before the lockdown announcement later that day. The team ensured that we were happy for them to continue to do as much of they external work as they could whilst maintaining strict social distancing. Unfortunately they were unable to complete the internal work - plastering and electrics - until restrictions were lifted but again the team were extremely diligent in ensuring guidance was adhered to during the final stages of the work. We are extremely pleased with the high standard of work and the professionalism of the team throughout the whole process! Thanks to Paul for the initial survey, to Joe for ensuring work was progressing as planned, and Billy and the team for their superb craftsmanship!

Paul came out to measure up and give us a quote for a composite front door, went through all the options, very knowledgeable and really nice bloke. We was booked in to have the door fitted in April but due to the virus was put on hold. We were kept informed of what was happening and was contacted to rebook a date. Fitters that came to do the installation were very polite, did a fantastic job and left us neat and tidy. We will definitely be using Global Windows again when we update the windows and conservatory. Just had 6 windows and 2 doors fitted, from start to finish everything went well from Paul the salesman coming up with various suggestions and showing us different coloured doors on the photo's of our two doors he had took previously, nothing was to much trouble and competitively priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful with no pressure, the fitters Andy and Shaun worked extremely methodical and efficiently, and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently had a conservatory built onto our kitchen. the global window gave great customer service from start to finish. There was no pressure from the salesperson just helpful advice on how to get the best from the limited space we had available. We were issues a work plan which they stuck to leaving the job clean and tidy after each day. The quality of workmanship was very high a d nothing was to much trouble I would recommend Global to anyone.

We needed ageing hardwood windows replacing after 40 years for the whole house - 13 windows in all. Salesman Allan was honest and factual and knowledgeable about his products, even humorous. He ensured that our specific needs were met. Fitting was arranged within 4 weeks and the job carried out in 3 days. The fitting team Andy and Shaun were efficient, tidy and clean ensuring that areas were covered by dust sheets prior to commencing each room. They were friendly and cheerful and did an excellent job. Andy spotted a small crack in the final window frame which I guess most fitters would miss and had a replacement made which was fitted one week later, completing the job. The job was the right price, the product of excellent quality and fitted within the time frame quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Just thought I’d write this review and make the effort to say how happy we are from start to finish with all the team at Global Windows after having all windows replaced on our house. The workmanship and quality is fantastic. The amount of noise reduction and warmth is amazing. Would highly recommend and will use in future if needed with anything else. Thank you to all.

Global windows built my conservatory in 2002. They were excellent in every way so they were my 1st choice when we decided to install a Guardian insulated roof. We had to postpone the original date of the installation because of the atrocious weather in January. Global agreed to this so there was no problem. The installers were very good, workmanlike, tidy and efficient. Costs were as quoted. The roof has made a tremendous difference and I would recommend the installation and the installers without hesitation.

Have used Global Windows twice now, for upstairs windows and also a front door. Excellent workmanship each time, despite some challenges with existing frames being less than square on one side of the house. Work was done on time, efficiently and no mess at end. Very happy with quality of both windows and door - finally have got rid of drafts! Whole customer service and support process was great from start to finish. And great value as well. Have no hesitation in recommending.

We had Global Windows to replace an old conservatory what a great job Aaron and Lewis did. It was completed to schedule and budget although the weather at times was awful wind and rain. They were very courteous, clean and tidy. The helpfulness and aftercare from Global is second to none would certainly use this company again

Global have recently completed a conservatory at our bungalow. The build was completed on time to budget. The team were very helpful and the communication and aftercare has been excellent. Global were prompt, cooperative and very clean and tidy We had an issue with floor levels which was resolved promptly to our satisfaction. I would recommend their services.

Global are a family firm and it shows, very easy going, friendly and very helpful. Totally no pressure at any time. Doug our salesperson was fantastic, caring, very helpful, gave us some excellent advice and kept us fully informed throughout. Global use their own fitters, Mark and Billy who fitted our windows and doors were great. Hard working started and finished the job on time, excellent standard of workmanship, cleaned up after themselves every evening. We love our new windows and doors, everything about them is high quality and they look great.

Our project was to replace an old lean-to conservatory with a modern and more usable one. We had several quotes but Global were the only company who we felt truly listened to our requirements and came in with a quality design. Once the design was agreed several site visits were made to check measurements and ensure all would fit exactly on the plot. Global are a great company to work with as they have all there own tradesmen meaning they are in full control of the build schedule. Joe kept us informed at all times on how work was progressing and what to expect at each stage. The tradesmen were all very professional, polite, punctual and skilled; they really cared about the quality of their work. They were also extremely tidy leaving the site clean every day. A brilliant experience from start to finish. Global guided us through the whole process of the build, from planning to itinerary of work, and kept us updated throughout. All of the workmen were friendly, tidy and professional and respected our home whilst they were in it. We know from experience that this cannot be taken for granted! A named contact was always available for us to discuss any questions and issues and the project came in on time and within budget. We are so pleased with the end result which has completely transformed the ground floor of our house. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolutely thrilled with our new Orangery. Global are a fantastic team to work with as they have all there own tradesmen meaning everything ran like clockwork even when it was raining non stop they carried on. The guys were all professional, polite, punctual and very skilled workmen. Joe had regular checks on the progress and kept us informed at all times on how work was progressing. All the little finishing touches were completed by the 10th October and the work signed off. We stood back in ore of what had been achieved our Orangery was everything and more than what we could have ever wished for. Thank you to all the Global team.

We had 9 companies quote us for new bay windows, facials and porch with french doors. Global we’re the only company who gave us a quote the same day which was also adhered to with a price that was fair and realistic for what we wanted. The documentation we received throughout has been very thorough ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. From the sales team who were enthusiastic for our plans; knowledgeable and able to advise us of design ideas, friendly and open and honest - far from pushy! To the fitters who could not have done more to keep our property clean and worked hard to complete the job on time, very friendly and respectful of the house. We had a couple of things which need adjusting after the fit however these were completed without question and within days, which again we were really impressed with as we had paid in full by this stage. We could not recommend anyone more highly than Global on every level of service - sales, fitting and after care.

The project undertaken by Global Windows was to remove the old roof of our large (7.5mx5m) conservatory and replace it with a Guardian Warm Roof. From first contact it was evident how much care Global take to understand customer requirements and ensure that all aspects of the job are considered before commencement. A number of site visits were made to check measurements and ensure all our specific requests had been noted. Detailed documentation was received on the the project and all related matters. We consider the price quoted to be very fair and competitive. The installation, scheduled to take a little over 2 weeks, started on time. We could not be more impressed with the team Global deployed to do the work. Not only were they clearly very experienced but they were all equally polite and friendly. Daily visits were made by a member of head office staff to check progress and if there were any concerns. In fact we encountered no problems during the entire installation, which reflects well on their detailed planning and expertise. At the end of each day the site (which after all is our home) was left as clean,neat and tidy as possible. The job finished exactly on time and to budget. Aftercare has been excellent and we are absolutely delighted with the finished product. In conclusion we would say that Global are a thoroughly trustworthy, extremely competent and customer focused company. They have set very high standards and everyone has clearly bought in to this culture.

Everything was very professional. From the salesman to the fitters.They explained everything clearly and delivered on all aspects. We were given really good advise about traffic noise reduction which has made a big difference. The fitting team were friendly, hard working and very tidy, they cleaned everywhere they worked which was 4 rooms in total. Excellent price, product and workmanship. Aftercare was brilliant, checking we had all the documentation we should have and that we were happy with their work. Would certainly recommend and use them ourselves.

The standard was what I have come to expect fro this company from initial quotation to completed work. I can recommend them for this roof line type work to installation of composite doors. Their automated online estimate was excellent and proved (in my case) to be pretty accurate, approx £2000 less than a local competitor for much the same remit. The follow up inspection and quote inclusive of an additional replacement composite door easily undercut other quotes. The job began 1 day late due to over-run on a previous job. I was kept up to date and work proceeded efficiently and in the expected timescale. The finished quality is excellent, I'm really pleased with the installation. The whole task was completed as a managed project which is refreshing and reassuring. Paperwork was prompt. The job description, the delivered items all listed and accounted for on job completion. I have no problem recommending Global to anyone. Very professional approach and well executed for all aspects of the project.

We moved into our property a couple of years ago and although double glazed, the units were very old and obviously needed attention. The doors also needed an update from a security point of view. Having moved into our property a couple of years ago, the previous owners had kindly left documents relating to work carried out since 2004 on different projects by Global Windows Ltd. We were so pleased with the quality of the windows, doors and conservatory, we decided to replace our bedroom window for a triple glazed one, have a new patio door and some replacement seals. The colour match and quality was the same as the ones fitted over 14 years ago. The fitters were extremely professional and polite. We had a new conservatory, patio door and some windows replaced. All of the tradespeople that came during the course of the project were great, friendly guys. Since the conservatory has been finished we've spent every evening there and have had lots of compliments from passing neighbours! The conservatory is modern in style, just what we wanted. The designer took on board what we wanted to use the space for and gave us great advice. We decided to have an extension on the kitchen and only when we went to view the windows and doors we realised that global also did extensions. We asked them to go to the price which they did quick and efficiently and within a matter of 2 month it was completed. Great service from all the guys from Liam initially who took the order down to the builders, plasterer, electrician etc who were all hard-working and pleasant. This extension has totally transformed our house a most of our time is spent in here. Thanks to everyone at global.

We had some old wooden sash windows removed and replaced by double glazed sash windows. We wanted to retain the look of the original windows, and Global did just that. A very professional company from the estimate through to the quotation. The job took five days but the fitters were efficient and thorough in their approach to doing a good job, seldom taking a break and making good any damage to plaster work or window surround. The price was very competitive, undercutting other quotes in the area from similar suppliers, made all the better by adding a discount for early settlement. We have an outstanding issue with a scratched window, but a date has been fixed to rectify that.
