Globe heating is a company started by two engineers, Chris Bullock and Shane Weston. We are both former British Gas employees. It was there we served our apprenticeship and both spent over ten years.
 
We offer excellent after-care service and all work is covered by guarantee. Our professional team always work with minimum disruption and will always leave your premises in a tidy condition.

I called up Global heating to arrange for a quote for a full central heating system. Chris sounded nice on the phone and was very helpful arranging a date to pop in and give me a quote. Chris was very detailed in talking about what I would require from piping to the locations around the house for the work to be carried out. I received my quote within 24 hours. Global heating was my first quote and I found it useful Chris being detailed as I was able to get 2 more quotes that were completely comparable to the work Chris had quoted me to do. Without hesitation I excepted Global Heating quote and arranged for the work to be completed. Chris and his business partner Shane arrived Monday morning at 8.30 to start the job. They were both very friendly and dressed well. I wanted one room’s piping completed first and Chris was able to start that job first and allow me to continue with my everyday life. The job took 4 days to complete and throughout the process they were model professionals. Shane’s pipe work in my airing cupboard is a work of art. My house was left tidy and I was given a tutorial of my new heating system along with a folder of all the paperwork, manuals etc. I would totally recommend Global heating to anybody. From the first quote to the finish of the job they have been a pleasure to do business with. Thank you so much Chris & Shane, All the best to you both in the future.

When Chris came round to look at the job and quote, he asked all the correct questions and seemed like a genuine person. When Chris, Shane and their colleagues came in to remove the old boiler and install the new one they were on time, well prepared, covered up the floors and promptly started the job. I would really recommend Globe Heating to others.

My aunt recommended me to Globe heating, she sung their praises and I agree. When Chris first came out to have a look and quote me on a new boiler he told me my boiler was fitted in the wrong place (legally). We had been having continuous issues with our old Worcester boiler since it was installed 6 years ago. Chris spent time explaining what needed to be done and where the boiler would need to be installed. I received their quote that same evening in fact my all my text messages were responded to within an hour. On the day of the install Chris and Shane arrived at the time arranged, they were very clean and protected all my floors and carpets. They happily answered my questions and always checked and made sure I was happy as the work progressed. They were always polite, friendly and courteous. I am very happy with the job they’ve done installing the new Baxi boiler, as it had to be installed in my bedroom it is as quiet as Chris told me it would be and has not disturbed me at all. The rubbish was collected the same day and everything was left clean and tidy including filling the holes made for the air vent on the old boiler. I highly recommend Globe Heating and will be using them in the future for servicing and any other work I need doing. Thank you Shane and Chris

New multizone hive fitting

So I contacted Chris and Shane from Globe back last week and asked if they would return to my property to install another Hive which I had purchased a few weeks previous. As always they were very helpful and courteous and while speaking to Chris on the phone himself and Shane offered to pop round on their way home just to check that I actually could have two of these thermostats fitted in my property. Once established they arranged for the Globe HTG electrician to come round and install. These are top quality guys which in my view is key to a successful business. Absolutely recommend 100/10

We had an old combi boiler that was installed in the wrong place and needed to be 90 degree rotated and slightly moved to achieve front-clearance. We are very happy with the final result now. A much better boiler (baxi 630) installed in the right place. Professional and friendly service by Chris and Shane. All details were clearly covered in the quote. Would undoubtedly recommend!

Chris and Shane are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to fix a number of issues with our central heating system and left us with piping hot radiators once more! From providing an initial investigation free of charge to getting spare parts and fixing the issue, the whole process was easy and painless with Globe Heating - highly recommended!

Despite difficult road conditions (snow and ice) Chris & Shane arrived on time. New boiler and water cylinder installed, some replacement pipework. Minimum disruption (my wife is wheelchair-bound), carpets that were taken up all re-laid expertly, rubbish cleared, system working by 6pm same evening. Slight delay with electrician visit but Chris kept me informed and that presented no problem. Good workers, professionally installed system, good communication plus there were some "extra" issues relating to my wife's condition that could have been limiting factors. These were sorted by Chris & Shane which was a big help to me. I would have no problem in recommending Globe, good workmanship and very caring, professional people.

I was recommended Globe heating from a work colleague and from the initial phone call asking for a quote, to the installation, Chris & Shane have been amazing. They turned up on time to quote, and took the time to talk me through what needed to be done to upgrade me from a G rated boiler to an A rated boiler and to replace a water cylinder and 3 radiators, with one of the radiators moving to a new location. Day 1 - Chris & Shane turned up at the agreed time 08:30 and started the install. They put down carpet protectors and can honestly say not one piece of rubbish / dirt was left behind. They even offered to leave me some heaters for the 1 night that I was without heat. Day 2 - Chris and Shane turned up at the agreed time and again no rubbish or dirt was left behind. Chris & Shane have been fantastic throughout, explaining what there doing and how long it'll take. It's truly rare these days to find such trust worthy tradesman and wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future.

Very prompt visit by Chris on the day of my enquiry and a clear explanation of the work required, followed by a quote the following morning. I received messages by text and email to confirm details and timings- really helpful.A new hot water tank was installed only a few days later (great to have such a quick service at this time of year). Chris and Shane were professional, efficient and tidy workers. They were polite and friendly, and provided an excellent and reliable service. Highly recommended.
