New boiler and a couple of replacement radiators

Globe heating replaced the old boiler for a combi boiler and removed the loft tank and hot water cylinder, installed the smart thermostat, towel radiator and a shower column. From the first day Chris was very helpful answering all our questions and giving us recommendations. Chris and Shane were very careful working and left everything very tidy after every day of work. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing or heating works in the future.

Fixing leaks from sink waste and appliance hose connector, and switching direction of appliance water fill tap. In an old Victorian badly plumbed rented house small jobs which should've been straightforward proved complicated and difficult. Chris handled it all so professionally and considerately taking great pains to keep me informed at all stages. He had to buy parts an even sent me a text to tell me he was leaving ScrewFix. The job was in my son's house who is disabled and Chris was very sensitive to the situation. The final problem was a broken stopcock out in the street. It had turned the water off but then the integral key broke. He tried for such a long time to get the water back on and even contacted Bristol Water on our behalf. But he persisted and did manage, with great difficulty, to eventually get it back on. He went over and above what was required instilling great confidence and gratitude. And he was pleasant and courteous throughout. Couldn't ask for more.

A massive thank you to Globe Heating for attending at VERY short notice today to help with waste plumbing which will enable my fitters to continue work on my kitchen tomorrow. New pipes for a gas hob were fitted too. We really do appreciate your service and would give you 6 stars if we could ! Globe Heating performed a new boiler install , change of power shower pump and a power-flush of central heating . They were very quick in replying to my enquiry and presented a competitive quote . Upon acceptance of the quote , the install took a day and half , the process was painless and professionally done . Had a new boiler fitted and new flue replacing old one in the same area. Chris and Shane were very efficient and polite and informed me of what had to be done along the way . They were attentive to detail and ensured that my carpet was covered with plastic type sheeting for protection . I was shown how to use the boiler and temp control and was left with booklets , although was told to never hesitate to contact them if I needed any advice regarding the new boiler . Very pleased with the work and customer service Plus , they left everything tidy .

New boiler installed. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Work was carried out to a high standard. Had some unforseen issues (nothing to do with the trader) but was rectified the following day at no extra cost.

Replacement of my Worcester Combi boiler with a Baxi combi boiler and the flushing of the radiators. They arrived on time, were pleasant and provided a quote I was happy with. I was unsure of using Baxi after reading reviews in 'Which' but they assured me that this boiler was as good if not better than Worcester's or Vailant's similar offerings.

Shane and chris were a pleasure to have in the house. They moved very quickly to get a new boiler in when ours broke, and were cheerful prompt and easy to deal with throughout. The supply and installation of a bathroom shower, with associated pipework and electrics. This is the second time I had used Globe. The first, in September 2017, was the replacement of old central heating and hot water gas boiler with new, including purchase of all materials and testing. I was very pleased with Globe's performance and behaviour on both occasions. I found Globe via Checkatrade and a competitive tendering exercise.

Following my annual boiler service by my current gas supplier it was recommended that I have a magnetic particle filter added to my central heating system something they quoted me a very high figure for supply & fitting. Globe Heating Ltd came recommended and were able to pop in for a quick look and gave me an excellent quote there & then, later that day they were back & prepped the work area well to protect my floors, drained the system, fitted the filter, topped the system back up including inhibitor & were done in a very short space of time. Clearly very good at what they do & was happy to let them get on with it. Top service by a local trade at a great price.

Globe heating installed a new Baxi boiler in my home. The price was very reasonable and the installation was perfect and very neat. The old boiler was removed and taken away. There was no mess left and the two people involved were very pleasant to deal with. I can highly recommend this company!
