Mark came to see me to discuss having solar panels fitted, he was informative, patient and designed a system specifically for my needs. Glow were very competitive with there pricing structure so I felt comfortable placing an order for a solar and battery system. The install went perfectly the team let me know what was happening at all times and worked extremely professionally to finish the job and tidied up as they went. I would highly recommend glow to anyone wanting solar panels

WOW!! A wonderful company to deal with from the word go! The solar journey was daunting for us and we’d already had three quotations all telling us different things. Mark the salesman came and spent all evening with us making sure we understood everything and reassured us, from then on the process was flawless. We did have a bit of a wobbly when we got closer to our installation date as we had not heard anything, but there was no need to worry, the scaffolding went up 2 days before, the electrician contacted us to check if he could start their work the day before the roofers and then the roofers and the products turned up on the day of installation, everything ran smoothly, just like a fine-tuned machine. All the guys we dealt with were friendly and courteous. They did an amazing job which also looks truly professional. After installation we had a query regarding the solar app and paperwork and Emma, the Office Manager was readily available with any help she could provide. We are really pleased with the outcome and their workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending Glow Electric Heat Ltd

The service from Glow was excellent from the time we met the salesman Howard to the time they All left after the installation. The workmen were so friendly and tidied up as they went along. All done in a Day, which was quite fantastic. The wiring from the panels to the equipment in the garage is so well hidden, and how they got it all down from the roof inside the house was a minor miracle, but then the workers are professional. I made final payment over the phone with Sebastian and he was another excellent guy to speak with. Being non computer literate I contacted a lady called Emma, she is the Office Manager, and like the rest of the team she too was excellent. Indeed I would say excellent +++. Hopefully anyone reading my Review will realise that Dorothy and I are very happy with Glow, indeed we have recommended them to 2 of our fiends in our Lane, who say they are going to get in touch. So glad to have chosen Glow Electric Heat for our installation of Solar panels and battery system. Mark was so helpful in explaining the whole process and we always felt that we were in safe hands. The installation team were brilliant, punctual, helpful and got everything done in 1 day,which amazed me. It was a minefield when we first went on the solar panel journey, so much to take in from a few companies, but so pleased to have committed to GLOW. Also Emma at the main office was very helpful as well.

I contacted GLOW after my booked solar company went into liquidation. Mark booked an appointment and spent time explaining the system based on my needs. A few days before installation the scaffolding team arrived and produce a safe access for the installation team. On the day four people arrived to install the system and discussed the work the were going to do and how long it should take. When finished the site was cleared of all rubbish and the installation was very professional and looked great. The team then spent time discussing the app and how the system worked. They also provided advice on how I can optimise the system through the year. After the installation Emma and Mark phoned me to make sure everything went well and what I wanted was delivered. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Being over 70 years old and unfamiliar with a lot of modern technology, having solar panels fitted was a big deal for us. Professional, helpful and courteous,starting with the initial visit from a rep who had the patience of a saint with us and our numerous questions, right through to the installation team who arrived promptly and caused us very minimum disruption, then on to customer services who handled our post installation queries with great efficiency and charm. The system is working well and we are extremely pleased with Glow Electric's performance and are reassured that they will look after us if the need should arise.

GLOW Electric were the third of the three recommended companies to contact us after we used SolarCompare.co.uk and were the only ones to actually come to the house. They suggested exactly the same system as one of the other two installers and came up with a very competitive price. They could also install within a much quicker time-span, so it became a very easy choice. The installation was just three weeks and one day after the initial visit, and took less than a day. The team who came were lovely. We'd asked not to have the wiring through the house, and they were able to trunk it all very neatly round the outside. They tidied up beautifully at the end (even sweeping the scaffolding boards) and were very thorough in showing us how to use the app - sharing their top tips from using their own systems. 14 panels and two batteries were in place by 3pm, and generating power. The only issue was the scaffolding remaining in place longer than anticipated, but when I contacted Emma to say this, she ensured it was removed the next day. They are genuinely a small, friendly team who want to know they've done a good job.

Martin from Glow Heat Electric called me after getting my number from a solar comparison website (comparesolar.co.uk). We had arranged a meeting at my house on a Saturday morning (24th August). On the day he never turned up and then did not answer his phone when I tried calling him twice to see if he was delayed. I have messaged him and had no reply. I would avoid such a company if this is their customer service with potential new customers.

I couldn't have asked for more. The fitters work well clean and tidy. Explained what was happening and how it all works. The sales rep couldn't have been more up front with the sales pitch. Even coming back in his own time to fixes the app on the phone for me. More than I would have expected from this company. Brilliant.
