Great price, great service. They made time to quickly take a look at my old boiler and confirm that it really should be laid to rest. Then a very reasonable quote was discussed and agreed with me. This was followed by excellent service and that was above and beyond expectations, even tidying up work ftom a previous job that was nothing to do with them. I could not recommend them more highly!

We engaged with Glow Plumbing , Danny and Rob being the main leads for us. We had a boiler that was 18yrs old and wished initially to relocate it from the Kitchen to a alternative room. Glow Heating and Plumbing replaced my 19-year-old gas boiler in a new location requiring a through the roof flue. Their proposal and quote itemised the parts and materials required, the labour cost to install and their overhead charges. None of the several other bidders would do this, only offering a bottom-line computer-generated total. They visited the site twice at the quotation stage to ensure they fully understood what was needed and were able provide the lowest reliable bid. The installation went without a hitch, taking two competent, polite, and neat craftsmen seven hours to complete, including the Benchmark and handover paperwork. The following day one of the Company proprietors visited site to inspect the workmanship and make sure we understood the boiler operation, and to register with us the 10-year Warranty. Communication throughout the whole process was coordinated in an exemplary manner via their office receptionist. My 19 year old boiler had been on it's last legs for several months now. It was finally put out of it's misery a few weeks ago by a visiting service engineer and so time for a new replacement. I put the feelers out and had a visit from Danny a very friendly guy who explained the options available including a detailed break down of the cost. After weighing it all up against a couple of other estimates and checking this company's reviews I decided to go ahead with Danny's company. We agreed a date the for following week and the engineer, Tate, turned on the time agreed and after a brief chat he cracked on on with the job. He worked diligently throughout the day until completed later that afternoon. I just carried with my day , going out on a couple of errands and even for a spin on my bike. Tate tidied up his work areas before explaining the boiler controls, thermostat etc. A stress free process ( for me anyway ) and I would absolutely recommended using Danny and his team again should the need arise?

We received three quotes for the installation of a new boiler. Glow Plumbing and Heating were very fast to resins and even offered to visit the premises on a Bank Holiday. The install was scheduled a week later and fully completed in one day with no fuss or drama. Everything's working well. Can't recommend this company enough.
