Sean came round to service both our boilers. He was on time, friendly, helpful competent and efficient. Just what you need in a gas engineer.

We were changing from a gas cooker to an electric one and needed a gas engineer to uninstall the gas cooker safely. Sean was able to fit our job into his schedule with little delay, and the job was very quickly and efficiently done. However, his tests indicated a small gas leak. This proved not to be in the gas line that had fed the cooker at all. It was very impressive to see Sean's diligence and skill as he traced it to a faulty solder joint in the supply to the gas boiler, which he quickly repaired. Overall, it was a job done quickly at a good price, despite having turned out to be much more complicated than could have been anticipated. Communication with Sean regarding all aspects of the job was very easy, and it was a pleasure to have him visit and achieve so much. We would thoroughly recommend him.

Sean was recommended by a friend as I required a boiler service. Sean was extremely professional, friendly with excellent communication. It’s refreshing to have a tradesman so enthusiastic about their work. I cannot recommend Sean enough.

Had our heating system flushed following issues with our boiler cutting out. Sean talked us through the reasoning and causes brilliantly. Excellent communications, considerate (I was working at home on the day) and got everything done to time. Heating is now running like new and the house has never been warmer - wish we had had it done years ago! Overall, an amazing job. Can’t recommend enough.

We used Sean initially to undertake a power flush of our heating system - and were so impressed with his knowledge, reliability and professionalism that he has now become our go to engineer! He's a great guy to deal with honest, open and cares about his work and his customers. Since the powerflush he has also replaced a radiator and is booked in to sort another and repair our towel rail along the way! He is always so helpful, responsive and always goes above and beyond. Glowfront initially came out as a call out due to our boiler not working and straight away i though he was professional and friendly and explained everything so that I could understand what was going on. I have since had them back to complete a bigger job and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was through and methodical and did an excellent job. His customer care is excellent and even little things like a courtesy call when he is on his way really do make him stand out from any other engineer I have used in the past. I will always go to them for any further work that I will need and recommend him to anyone who asks.
