I started my construction career in 1989 with a large company, and did the bulk of my building, and roofing training there.
GM Property Services was formed in 1996 when i decided to form my own business.
I have worked for myself since then, and have always been hands on with the work, so you will always get me the owner of the company on site each day, this maintains the quality of work, and timescales quoted, and should you have any questions about anything im always about to ask.
I also have a good group of qualified, professional sub contractors that carry out additional skills for me that i'm not qualified to carry out myself, like, Electrical, Plumbing, and plastering work.

Gary was recommended by our friends who had also recently had an extension done on their property for which they were really happy. Gary and his teams worked tirelessly through the summer and into winter always keeping us apprised of the work and what was next on the list. Using his experience he also made recommendations on slight changes to the original plans as necessary which was of great help. The work was completed on time, to budget and without any issues - a rare team indeed and worth every penny, if it were possible to give 6 stars I'd be looking to give 7 for his work on our home. Thank you Gary and I will definitely be picking up the phone in the future.

We had a series of small jobs to do on a newly purchased house. Gary came out to look and impressed us with his knowledge and suggestions; gave us a competitive quote for initial and (later) further work; kept us updated on his schedule; was cooperative when we had to put him off (due to Covid); arrived when he said, put effort into protecting our property from dust and disturbance; worked continuously and effectively; and took care to leave us with a perfect job and no financial surprises. We can't sing his praises high enough.

Gary and his team have done a fabulous job with our single storey extension and garage renovation. They are friendly and hard working, communicated well throughout to discuss and agree minor changes and details, and most importantly tidy up at the end of each day! The work was completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.

Gary and his team (Scott and Will) built a single story rear and side extension for open plan kitchen diner with utility room. We deliberated which builder to go with for quite some time but were delighted we ended up choosing Gary. Communication was 1st class, Gary always explained in simple terms (I don't understand a thing about house building) and dealt with any issues that we had. He was always on site and focused on our job until the job was complete. We were extremely happy with the quality of work, the speed of the work and how tidy they kept the site. Even the neighbours commented not only what an excellent job they had done, but what considerate people Gary, Will and Scott were. GM Property services were recommended to us by a friend. We would certainly to recommend Gary to any of our friends or family and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

We were given a clear, itemised quote for the removal of an internal wall. Gary and his team did an excellent job, quickly and with minimal disruption. Will be using them again for any future work. Not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for.
