Go Plumbers Ltd is a small independent company focusing on quality workmanship and a personal service. We specialise in domestic plumbing, heating and gas work and are Gas Safe registered. Whether it’s a dripping tap, problematic central heating, hot water issue, boiler service or full boiler installation, we can help.
Established in 2011, after completing a time served apprenticeship and 10 years working with firms in Central London, we have gone from strength to strength. Our priority is to ensure that the customer receives the best solution for their particular gas or plumbing issue, implemented in a clean, tidy & efficient manner, to a schedule to fit the customer’s particular needs. We have built up an outstanding reputation with our customers as a result, which can be seen in our reviews below.

Go Plumbers Ltd was a contact I found in Which Traders. we wanted to replace our current gas boiler 18 years old, the hot water cylinder and immersion heater, shower pump, programmer, wireless thermostat and some other items of plumbing maintenance. Bentley the proprietor of Go plumbing surveyed the job and provided a written quote. The job was completed in the time given and the cost quoted. Despite a very cold spell we were never left without heating or hot water even if it required working later into the evening. A thoroughly nice young man who deserves to be successful. We would certainly recommend him.

I've used Bentley for many years for all our plumbing needs, and he's always excellent with all aspects of the work and reliability. I have no hesitation in recommending him. This last job was fitting a new radiator, which he'd collected, to replace an old one that had fallen off the wall. Bentley made the new one a firm fixture and amended the fittings appropriately to minimise disruption. Before coming to install, he'd done the necessary calculations on size and BTU needed. In short, once instructed, he does the lot and to a constant high standard.

After phoning several plumbers and never getting a reply or a call back, I remembered Which Trusted Traders. I'm so glad I did. I phoned GO Plumbers and they actually answered my call. They arranged to visit me the next day, which they did at the appointed time. They completed the required work to replace a corroded Ball Valve in my cold tank quickly and efficiently. Bentley installed a new boiler, a new radiator, and fitted a number of new radiator valves. His work is thorough and efficient. He showed consideration throughout and explained what he was doing. He even took videos of his work in areas that were not so accessible for me, e.g. when cleaning out the water tank in the loft. The time taken was accurate and the finished job was as per estimate. The communication with Go Plumbers is also excellent. I will be using Go Plumbers for the annual boiler service and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I contacted Bentley at Go Plumbers to change my kitchen tap that had corroded as well as supplying and fitting a new water filter. He was very booked up so I had to wait a few weeks but my belief is that you have to wait for good people. On the day he arrived on time and worked diligently, changed my tap, installed the new water filter and also serviced my hot water tank. Everything was done neatly and expertly and I will use Bentley and Go Plumbers for my plumbing needs.

Have previously used Go Plumbers for a job that required 3 thermostatic radiator valves changing. Bentley completed the whole job to my complete satisfaction. As it was his first visit to us he checked out our boiler and observed some items that needed attention that had been overlooked during previous annual services. This visit was for our annual boiler service. He arrived prepared with the necessary parts to complete the FULL service ín a very efficient and competent manner. He was very happy to show me the old parts that indeed looked as if they were worn out. I am so pleased to have Go Plumbers now looking after my CH system. Their comms are excellent too.

We were advised by a friend to install a water softener. I was fairly dubious at first but we went ahead with Bentley as he viewed the job quickly and was very helpful and informative. The results are amazing! The water is now literally like silk! I’ve never experienced anything quite so soft it’s really remarkable. He delivered the job with no fuss, all very easy and straightforward including a very efficient and user friendly admin process. We had Bentley recommended last year and he has done our boiler & cylinder twice now. Our builders massively over spec'd the boiler and left some of the wiring in a dangerous state. Bentley did the servicing quickly and was great, but he also helped us to tune our boiler better so that we reckon we saved ~15-20% gas usage last year by limiting the flow temp and the boiler power output (from the massive 42kW to 22kW) with no difference to our heating! Also he rectified the worst of the original builder's wiring issues that were dangerous. Will be getting him back for a full tear down service next year.

Bentley is a friendly reliable plumber who does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. This sort of reliability in tradesmen is becoming increasingly rare and probably for this reason Bentley is a very busy man. So you may have to wait a bit for a routine service but it is worth the wait.

Go Plumbers have undertaken annual servicing of our old central heating for several years. This year I asked them to install a new, repositioned, gas boiler for us. The job ran smoothly on the agreed dates and for the expected time. I was impressed by the standard of work - and the amount of careful thought that Bentley put into details of the new installation. My central heating packed up one afternoon during a cold spell in January so I phoned Bentley, who fitted me in at 8.00am the following day, before his first appointment. He determined that the problem was the electrical supply to the pump and that a new relay was required. He got the heating working there and then by bypassing the relay and undertook to revert to me (now non-urgent) with a new relay as soon as he was able. I couldn't be happier with his work and with his friendly and supportive approach.

Bentley disconnected and removed an old, unusable gas fire. The booking process took a few days, but once the appointment was fixed the service was excellent. He arrived on time, on a Saturday afternoon, and did a remarkable cleanup of a large accumulation of old ash and debris from the chimney, as well as removing the fire and sealing off the gas line. He worked rapidly and efficiently. Would use him again.

We booked Bentley to relocate a new boiler to the loft from the kitchen. He and his colleague did an exceptional job and we couldn't have been happier. They were both, friendly, professional, courteous and a pleasure to have working in our home. I have very high expectations but these were exceeded in the attention to detail and some of the finishing touches. No mess was left and the installation works perfectly. The hinge to the boiler control panel door was damaged during the installation but Bentley ordered a new one straight away and within a couple of days, he popped back and fixed this. We were that impressed, we have booked Bentley to come back for another job that needs doing. The price quoted was what we paid. No hidden extras. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.
