Go Plumbers Ltd is a small independent company focusing on quality workmanship and a personal service. We specialise in domestic plumbing, heating and gas work and are Gas Safe registered. Whether it’s a dripping tap, problematic central heating, hot water issue, boiler service or full boiler installation, we can help.
Established in 2011, after completing a time served apprenticeship and 10 years working with firms in Central London, we have gone from strength to strength. Our priority is to ensure that the customer receives the best solution for their particular gas or plumbing issue, implemented in a clean, tidy & efficient manner, to a schedule to fit the customer’s particular needs. We have built up an outstanding reputation with our customers as a result, which can be seen in our reviews below.

We cannot have been more happy with GoPlumbers. From the start Bentley was very helpful, accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. Our job was quite challenging (a very tight space for a boiler and water tank) and he managed to get it all done within 48 hours and at a very reasonable price. I very rarely would write a review for a plumbing job, but I felt compelled to do it! Would recommend Bentley without a doubt!

Their quote was the most competitive of three to replace our aged central heating boiler. The work required was well thought out with modifications made to the gas and condensation outlets. Tools, work sheets etc were appropriate and well laid out, and the work carried out was cleanly carried out in the kitchen. The plumber and his helper were polite and informative. We are very satisfied with the result.

This is the second time I've used Go Plumbers, and again I was very pleased with Bentley's service. Go Plumbers installed a water softener and serviced my boiler. Go plumbers fitted a Honeywell Evohome system to my property and Bentley was very knowledgeable about the product. They were tidy, efficient and easy to have around your home. Simply professional from start to finish. The team arrived early and got straight to work laying out their equipment on clean matting. The work undertaken required some problem solving and adapting to unseen circumstances. Bentley was very keen to explain what was going on and what the best course of action would be. And true to form the team did a fantastic job as instructed. on time and on budget. Not only that Bentley had a quick look at the Boiler and Megaflow. Giving them a quick once over. Go Plumbers first supplied and fitted a new boiler for us just over 12 months ago and have more recently come to service it a year on. They also plumbed in a new shower and fitted a new radiator. Communication is good and they arrived as expected. Work done in the schedule outlined and no hidden costs. We had shopped around and their quote was the most competitive (and they had come recommended by friends too). We would have no hesitation at recommending them.

We had a buzzing noise from our 12 year old Glow Worm boiler that 3 BG engineers were unable to fix and had suggested a £900 powerflush to see if it worked! I asked Bentley to come and take a look. We were given an accurate quote before he came and although his first visit didn't solve the problem the second visit and a new pump proved the successful solution. He also checked a couple of radiators for me that weren't heating correctly. Bentley was punctual, texting me when he was on his way, tidy and very polite. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

New Atag boiler and Nest thermostat install

Bentley has been servicing my (very) old Gloworm boiler for about the last 3-4 years. I have always found him very knowledgable, honest and reliable. I recently made the decision to invest in a new boiler, and Bentley recommended an Atag unit with a nest thermostat controller. I hadn't heard of Atag as a brand, but with a bit of research, discovered they were a highly respected Dutch manufacturer, very well-known in larger commercial installations. They also offer a !0 year warranty on their domestic units, which was good enough for me. Installation happened over 2 days and was carried out on time and very thoroughly. The new system is fantastic, on a different planet to the old Glow-worm boiler (which, by the way, Bentley had managed to keep running way beyond its 'sell by' date). I have no hesitation at all in recommending Go Plumbers, and will be continuing to use them for future annual servicing. Thanks for doing a fantastic job!

My bath taps, locked in along a tiled wall and inaccessible, started to leak. Bentley suggested locking off the taps and searching for replacement cartridges. On his recommendation, I sourced these items, and he came back and fitted them. Brilliant as I now do not have to rip out my complete bathroom in order to solve the problem. Really nice chap, reliable, knowledgeable and charming!

Bentley and his apprentice turned up exactly when they said they would and completed the work in the projected time. His pipe work on the new boiler was an improvement on the original and his attention to detail(e.g. tweaking the existing condensate pipe) was reassuring.

Bentley helped with 2 jobs in 2 bathrooms. The first jobs was to replace a set of taps in a complex bath configuration and the second was to fix a weeping shower unit and then regrout the shower. Job completed in 90 minutes. Impressive speed, ease and creative with the way the job was approached. Good explanations throughout and provided a great overview of the work completed. Very tidy and cleaned up afterwards. Great aftercare service. Would 100% recommend.

We needed a water supply for the plants and trees on our 1st floor terrace. Go Plumbers suggested a water butt system as an alternative to a mains supply which would have involved quite a bit of disruptive building work. We were very pleased with the installation of their 'green solution' which saved us a significant amount of money. Go Plumbers were very reliable and communicative and we were very pleased indeed with their service.

Bentley fitted a shower screen and shower head to the wall, as well as fitting a bathroom cabinet onto a tiled wall. We are very pleased with the work and it was completed efficiently and neatly. Will definitely recommend and use Go Plumbers again in the future.
